Stayed at this location a couple of years ago. Since they have done some remodeling. Nice place to stay. Had room for our truck and boat to park safely. We will stay here again.

The location of our room was in quiet area with parking in front of room. Beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast provided a wide selection of hot foods and cereals etc. Being the 3rd week of June, we expected pool to be open. It was disappointing to learn it had not been inspected and not open. The bathroom floor in the room was not clean. Potty had stain.

I booked a non smoking room and they put me in their last room that freaked of smoke. Everything was dirty and stained from the sheets to the towels and even the curtains. The shower head wasn’t even clean. I was very uncomfortable and slept on top of the comforter fully covered in my clothing. I did not sleep that night.

The room stunk like something we couldn’t figure out. We almost asked for a room change, but we’re too tired from our travels to drag everything out to another room. We found 2-3 snot rags laying around, so clearly it wasn’t cleaned well before we arrived.

This hotel was filthy, cockroach infested, and no security on the door other than a deadbolt. The bathtub wouldn't drain, there was an orange film in the bathtub, there was a pubic hair on the edge of the bathtub, the sink and counters were dirty, the toilet barely flushed, the carpet had black globs of who knows what on it in several places... Did I mention cockroaches? Several of them in our room, at least 2" long. When I went to breakfast, I wasn't allowed into the lobby until 6:30, even though it was 6:20. The man putting breakfast out was rude. Then, I heard several other couples talking about the cockroaches. I will never go into a "Quality" Inn again. Never have I had a good experience with them, and this was the last straw. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The quality and conditions were terrible! Dirty towels, sheets, walls and bathroom, holes in the wall, roaches in the cabinet where the fridge is… this hotel should have not cost as much as I paid for what my family had to sleep in overnight. The workers were very nice though!

I was terribly disappointed with my stay. My room had soiled sheets, no accommodating shower, crack in floor, lack of staff assistance regarding changing rooms or changing the soiled linen on the bed. I will not stay there anymore.

The front office staff was polite. The beds were decent but the bathroom was horrible. The floor wasn’t swept, the shower head was rusted and only TRICKLED out water which then built up in the tub. The water pressure was overall bad which is why I think the toilet flushed so slow. We had to hold the handle until it fully flushed. We just needed a place to sleep and this place served its purpose. I wouldn’t book this location again.

This was an OK place to stay. Clean, beds were comfy, full breakfast fare. Only problem was the plumbing. We had to switch rooms because toilet wouldn’t flush. Second room had slow flush but it flushed. Shower drain needs to be cleaned as a few inches of water collects in tub while showering.

We had booked a room for 2 nights, but ended up only staying one. Both of us had only slept for maybe 3 hours. Be aware there are many railroad tracks near by and the trains run every hour (no fault of the hotel). The bed is extremely soft, and we prefer a medium bed (again no fault of the hotel) The bed pillows are very small as well. There was a drip in the bathtub that we had not noticed until after we went to bed, we placed a towel under the drip to keep it quiet. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod from a previous guest. There were two light bulb’s burnt out. All of the staff we encountered were very nice. The parking areas were very clean and well lite, as well as the entry ways. The breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast; scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles and many selections of yogurt and breads as well as juice and coffee.

It was an older comfort inn. Needs some updating. The shower area had water stains, showerhead was groaty. The bathroom door stuck on the bottom and needed to be planed or shortened. Adequate at best. Breakfast was ok, coffee could be hotter.

Like the location, easy to get in and around town. Dislike the overall condition of the room, especially the cramped bathroom with the extremely slow draining toilet and tub. However, you want a place to sleep and nothing more, it was an okay stay. Of all my stays in Cordele when visiting, this was the most train noise (loco horns about every two hours, all night long) of any to date, and I have stayed in most of them.

Just a one night stop. Clean room, comfortable pillows and bed, but … Was that really a queen? Seemed small. Tub/toilet room SUPER small. Nice size frig and a microwave, which can be so helpful at times. Decent breakfast options, which included Hot choices like eggs and sausage and waffles. I’d stay again.

When we checked in we were told that breakfast was from 6-9am. when we got there at 9am the guy came to the door and asked us what we wanted. When I told him we were there for breakfast, he answered: 6:30 to 9:30 and closed the door and went back to his chair in the lobby to watch tv. We went to Denny's - did not like his attitude at all,

After letting the front staff member know that there were bugs all over the room (I killed at least 25 in the first hour) I was told no other rooms were available. Finally at midnight I went out and slept in the backseat of my truck. I had to put all of my clothing and belongings in the bed of my truck and then disinfect everything when I got home. I literally stripped down in my garage and showered with a garden hose to avoid bringing anything into my house. When I notified the front staff I was told "a lot of construction workers come through here and they bring bed bugs with them, and there is not much we can do" I will probably never stay in the city again after having gone through this.

Booked 5 days and selected the wrong dates. On arrival I had to rebook for the days I needed but staff was unable to do anything and said to wait for manager approval. 4 days pass no manager ever shows up and out of over $400 having to double-pay. Zero regard for the situation or any real solution other than “sorry you’re SOL”

We got to our room and walked in and seen a roach on the desk we went to front desk and told them they couldn't refund our room became we paid thru hotels .com she gave us another room we didn't find bugs but the bathroom was very dirty and soiled towels we ask to speak to manager said he was there but took our number he was suppose to call us and never did not worth money stay somewhere else

There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod from a previous guest. There were two light bulb’s burnt out. All of the staff we encountered were very nice. The parking areas were very clean and well lite, as well as the entry ways. The breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast; scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles and many selections of yogurt and breads as well as juice and coffee.

We had booked a room for 2 nights, but ended up only staying one. Both of us had only slept for maybe 3 hours. Be aware there are many railroad tracks near by and the trains run every hour (no fault of the hotel). The bed is extremely soft, and we prefer a medium bed (again no fault of the hotel) The bed pillows are very small as well. There was a drip in the bathtub that we had not noticed until after we went to bed, we placed a towel under the drip to keep it quiet. Like the location, easy to get in and around town. Dislike the overall condition of the room, especially the cramped bathroom with the extremely slow draining toilet and tub. However, you want a place to sleep and nothing more, it was an okay stay. Of all my stays in Cordele when visiting, this was the most train noise (loco horns about every two hours, all night long) of any to date, and I have stayed in most of them.

The site said sound proof rooms. They weren't kidding. Couldn't hear anything from the rooms next door and could hardly hear anything from outside (like car doors closing or horn beeps when someone locked their car doors. It was a nice peaceful night to end our trip home.

Quick stop on our way to Fla. Left before breakfast was ready. Starts at 6:30. No problems with the stay. Quiet at night. Looked like the bathroom part of our room had been updated.

When we checked in we were told that breakfast was from 6-9am. when we got there at 9am the guy came to the door and asked us what we wanted. When I told him we were there for breakfast, he answered: 6:30 to 9:30 and closed the door and went back to his chair in the lobby to watch tv. We went to Denny's - did not like his attitude at all,

Very comfortable beds and excellent quality sheets. Long vanity to spread out our belongings. Our big dog was very comfortable too in dog friendly room. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices considering many hotels just offer a muffin or bagel and juice. Good quality for the price. We will return

We had a one night/trip stay here. Breakfast was acceptable. Hot breakfast, eggs, meat, waffles plus cold options. Beds were comfortable. Love they have a micro and mini fridge since it's an overnight trip, I have things to go in the fridge. Couple of issues with the room, nothing that broke the deal, but we reported those the next morning and they were promptly put on a maintenance call list. We'd use them again next trip.

Just a one night stop. Clean room, comfortable pillows and bed, but … Was that really a queen? Seemed small. Tub/toilet room SUPER small. Nice size frig and a microwave, which can be so helpful at times. Decent breakfast options, which included Hot choices like eggs and sausage and waffles. I’d stay again.

Our room was clean, pleasant. Breakfast was very nice...we got there late so my husband got the last serving of scrambled eggs but I got a hard boiled one so no problem. For the price we felt it was just fine...cleanliness is always on the top of my list. No instructions/guide for TV. We had other things with us so not a problem for us.

Front desk staff were absolutely amazing! I called several times before we arrived with questions, and every single person I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Check-in was quick and easy, which made for a great first impression. The room was good for the price. It's a little outdated, but it was clean and perfectly fine for a weekend getaway. Yes, you can hear the train, but honestly, it wasn't bad at all—I actually kind of enjoyed hearing it. The location is excellent and close to everything. If you're in town, definitely check out the local farmers market and pick up some fresh watermelon! We also stopped by Cracker Barrel for lunch, and the staff there were some of the friendliest people we've met. I really can't say enough about how wonderful the hotel staff was—they truly made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the waffle batter was too runny, so we weren't able to make waffles. The eggs, sausage, and apple juice were all good, though. My only complaints were that our room wasn't refreshed on the second day. We didn't have the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, so I was hoping housekeeping would stop by to leave fresh towels and extra toilet paper. I was also disappointed that the pool was green, as we were really looking forward to using it. Overall, we had a great weekend, and thanks to the outstanding customer service and convenient location, I would definitely consider staying here again.
