Says $15 for pet fee but they actually charge $20/night. Room was clean but a little run down. Fixture installations were a mess, one shelf was hanging halfway out of the wall holding on by one screw. View was nice.

Perfect little motel to just be incognito in. No fancy bells and whistles but clean, quiet, close to town, and the pool was so clean and nice. We have decide to come back when we have plans to spend more time in the city.

I do not recommend this hotel. Definitely was not as advertised. There was no breakfast offered, and the front desk staff claimed this was due to Covid. Guess they haven’t heard that the pandemic is over! Told them they should not advertise that they offer the complimentary breakfast if they do not provide it. It also annoyed me that there were no tissues in our room. Oh and the hotel ice machine was broken as well. Save yourself the aggravation and do not stay at this hotel!

Nice location. Right next to McDonalds. Nice, friendly staff. Beds are a little hard, but very nice sheets and comforters. I might suggest that they have the parking lines repainted. They are so far apart, I am pretty sure you could turn the current 10 spots into at least 15 comfortable parking spots!

So…. The bathroom smelled like pee. It said it was dog-friendly, but there was no grass anywhere on the property for the dogs, we had to use McDonalds property! The best thing about the hotel was the guest laundry. Machines were large and seemed new.

Did not feel safe staying here. Appeared people were living in the hotel and the hotel was pretty run down. The hotel advertised free breakfast but no breakfast served. Ice machine did not work.

We have stayed here a couple of times before and have found it to be a very decent hotel for the price. It has actually improved since our last stay here, and we even enjoyed using the pool this time. Friendly staff! Very good value for the money, and convenient location too.

I did not like the fact my room smelt like cigars due to residents living there, after 5 am the breakfast was not open or if at all. The lady at tge counter was nice. Pool was not open

Bed bugs in our room, no breakfast even though it was pictured online, WiFi access but was no given password, sheets were not cleaned, blanket on bed had a sticky candy spot on it. But again, there were bed bugs in our room. It was terrible

Sadly, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There were roaches crawling on the wall. I pulled back the covers to the sheets and there was a long black hair there which clearly wasn’t mine. And there were two dots of blood near the pillows. The floor was disgusting. And the free breakfast that was listed on 🏩Hotels.com did not exist.

Shower curtains were dirty, felt a little rushed to check out as they kept asking how long until we left, and there was no breakfast actually included. Front desk managers were really nice though!

The property is a great value for the price. It’s in a convenient place, close to everything and the owners are so friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time but our room was ready and we were given our keys with no hassle. It is an older property but our room was exceptionally clean.

My smoke free room smelt HORRIBLE. Like 50 people had been smoking in there. Even the pillows and sheets smelt like cigarettes. The tv didn’t work. The lobby was terribly decorated.

They absolutely do not serve breakfast, the rooms have not been updated since the 80’s. Including the mattress. It’s obvious when you pull in the parking lot at the amount of store bought plants where the priority is, it is NOT THE BUSINESS. Spend a couple of extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

The room itself was nice. The bed was clean, and the motel was in a good location. However, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I almost couldn't handle it. For a non-smoking room, it needs to be aired out or something. The TV didn't work, but for about 3 channels, the others skipped out and said no signal. With as much as I paid for this room, I definitely expected more. I will not ever stay here again. For the price, stay somewhere better!

Hotel advertised complimentary breakfast. There was no breakfast. Stayed for two nights, went to lobby at 8:30am both mornings and lobby was locked. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Annoying motion sensor in bathroom, lights would go out while in the shower or while using the toilet. Bathroom sink clogged.

It seems this hotel is being renovated. Some things are new and wonderful (including the showerhead); others old and problematic. The bolt on my door didn't work, nor did the blow-dryer. The toilet clanks when one sits and both the desk chair and the mattress felt like a block of wood. The walls desperately need painting but the linens are very nice. So for the price it's fine, but not great.

Trouble when we arrived as I booked online and front desk person said the company had overbooked and to call them next time to reserve. Comforters in nonsmoking rook had mutiple cigarette burns. Sheets were stained. No light in lamp and the front desk made the maintenance man go get a "new" lamp in that was covered in dust. No coffee maker. No tissue. Sink area was dusty. The only good thing was the maintenance man. He did fix the television that wasnt working.

They are always so very friendly and if there is any issues they are quick to respond. Furnishings are a bit outdated but CLEAN! If you are looking for an affordable place to sleep in Dahlonega this is your best bet. Convenient, CLEAN, there’s a Mc’D right in front for breakfast or a Dunkin just around the corner. At this price you can go out for breakfast.

Hotel no way matched the description on hotels. Com website. No one should be working the front desk if they are unable to do the simplest things like check in & check out. Was not even able to get a receipt when I checked out because the lady barely spoke English and didn't know how to do it. Outside of hotel was dirty and uninviting as was the room. The bed sheets had stains and didn't fit the bed properly. For a pet friendly hotel there was no designated area for your pet to go. Would not have stayed at all except for the cancelation policy. Will not stay again and advise other travelers not to either.

Nice location. Right next to McDonalds. Nice, friendly staff. Beds are a little hard, but very nice sheets and comforters. I might suggest that they have the parking lines repainted. They are so far apart, I am pretty sure you could turn the current 10 spots into at least 15 comfortable parking spots!

This is a nice inexpensive hotel. Clean and service was a sweet family. Located right next door to a McDonald’s. Convenient place for going to Crissom Gold Mine!!!

We have stayed here a couple of times before and have found it to be a very decent hotel for the price. It has actually improved since our last stay here, and we even enjoyed using the pool this time. Friendly staff! Very good value for the money, and convenient location too.

They absolutely do not serve breakfast, the rooms have not been updated since the 80’s. Including the mattress. It’s obvious when you pull in the parking lot at the amount of store bought plants where the priority is, it is NOT THE BUSINESS. Spend a couple of extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

Very hard/tricky to find. They did a good job on renovating. The pictures of the views are misleading. Trees are grown up so not really much view. No breakfast as advertised. Decent bed. Ok value for the price. Would not choose to stay there again

Bed bugs in our room, no breakfast even though it was pictured online, WiFi access but was no given password, sheets were not cleaned, blanket on bed had a sticky candy spot on it. But again, there were bed bugs in our room. It was terrible

Sadly, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There were roaches crawling on the wall. I pulled back the covers to the sheets and there was a long black hair there which clearly wasn’t mine. And there were two dots of blood near the pillows. The floor was disgusting. And the free breakfast that was listed on 🏩Hotels.com did not exist.

I do not recommend this hotel. Definitely was not as advertised. There was no breakfast offered, and the front desk staff claimed this was due to Covid. Guess they haven’t heard that the pandemic is over! Told them they should not advertise that they offer the complimentary breakfast if they do not provide it. It also annoyed me that there were no tissues in our room. Oh and the hotel ice machine was broken as well. Save yourself the aggravation and do not stay at this hotel!

Shower curtains were dirty, felt a little rushed to check out as they kept asking how long until we left, and there was no breakfast actually included. Front desk managers were really nice though!

Hotel advertised complimentary breakfast. There was no breakfast. Stayed for two nights, went to lobby at 8:30am both mornings and lobby was locked. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Annoying motion sensor in bathroom, lights would go out while in the shower or while using the toilet. Bathroom sink clogged.

Did not feel safe staying here. Appeared people were living in the hotel and the hotel was pretty run down. The hotel advertised free breakfast but no breakfast served. Ice machine did not work.

First, front desk was pleasant checking in. It appeared she was on her way out when I checked in. The room was ok. About what I expected. Dated but clean. Thats where good ends. A hotel’s main job is providing a nice sleeping environment and security. Absolute fail on both. It appears the hotel might be primarily used by companies that do work on the road. Maybe construction, etc. One of these groups decided it would be ok to blast music until 3 am. Tried to call front desk to ask if they could send someone to quiet it down. Hotel phone in my room didnt work so I used my phone to call the hotel number. Person that answered spoke about 3 words of English but understood enough to say they had no presence at the hotel overnight so there was nothing they can do. Basically you’re on your own at night there. I called twice over 30 minutes to double check. To be clear, THERE ARE NO EMPLOYEES AT THE HOTEL OVERNIGHT. You have a problem, its on you to fix it. Outside is trashy. Beer cans/bottles, propane cookers, chairs outside of doors where the “guests” congregate. Should of known when I pulled up but was exhausted and needed a bed. Left even more tired than I was when I got there. Just a very unkempt place overall. I DO NOT recommend this place in any way.

The place is definitely dated and could use some clean up and touch ups. The website (and other places) mention continental breakfast, there isn’t one. I think that’s because there are numerous people living in the motel. The beds were comfortable, the showers and toilets clean and functioning, and the AC kept us nice and cold. The kids loved the pool and had fun jumping on the deep end. There is a McDonald’s right next door, so noise and smells were sometimes an issue. I also saw the police doing rounds through the parking lot, which was well lit. Also, there are cameras all around the outside, so we never felt unsafe.

The hotel was older but it is obvious that the owners are trying to keep everything up. The beds were rather uncomfortable, tub had a crack in the side of it, a couple of the power outlets were not working, minimal towels. It was Clean Though!!! I appreciate that! Clean outside when you pull in, quiet, nice little pool, McDonald’s was right next door, clean ice machine and laundry area. Staff was excellent to talk to and friendly!
