My only problem was the lack of compensation due to the recent events of Friday, August 30 at 1 AM. With the elevator being out of order during the majority of our stay of the trip, and the fact that one of my friends who was riding with me for the trip has health condition and he gets tired real quickly, and we receive no form of compensation being that we got disturbed from our sleep in the middle of the night, knowing that we had a busy day in the morning. No compensation whatsoever was given. With the elevator being out of service, our time at the hotel was unpleasant.

Elevators are way past due for inspection and there is no option to take stairs… made my stay very nerve wracking. Pluming in room was not the best, toilet was slow to flush and the door to bathroom would not shut. Staff however was friendly and the location was great for seeing a concert at the arena.

Staff was amazing and kind but alot of things were broken like our keys stopped working multiple times, the elevators broke, and the vending machines did work. Rooms were ok but not the cleanest the whole carpet was sticky if you cant clean carpet just replace it with the same flooring in the bathroom.

We came from out of town for two nights day, and then we arrived at the lobby. The front desk lady told us we couldn’t check in because we booked with Expedia and had to wait for somebody specific to check us in when we went to go to our room the elevator was broken And most of the weekend so we had to take the stairs quite a few times our room was nice but the door didn’t latch so every time the cleaning lady would come she wouldn’t latch the door and the only way to do that was to lift up on the door, so our room was not secure And the remote in the room was not working so we would have to get up out of bed to turn the TV off. Overall, our room was nice and our stay was fine.

The staff was great and very inviting. They took care of all our needs when we arrived the first room was not to my liking. The floor and bed linen was wet making the room smell like mildew. I called down and let the receptionist know and she changed our room with no problem. The second room was much better and we enjoyed the room from that point on.

The hotel was VERY clean everywhere from the lobby to my room. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Honestly, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had. Definitely the best Holiday Inn I think. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. I came for one night to see a show at the gas south stadium and would absolutely come back here

First things first. Front desk was friendly and amazing. Property looked new and extremely clean. Our room had carpet but it wasn't weird or dirty. I didn't mind walking on it barefoot. Bathroom was clean and stocked with dove products. Breakfast buffet was 5 bucks and it was standard Breakfast. Bacon, turkey sausage, eggs, french toast, assorted breads and cereals. I went for a concert and the walk to the venue is 5 or 7 minutes. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and for the right price.

Arrived at 9:30 pm had to wait 15 minutes before someone ever came to the front desk to check us in. She wasn't to friendly and appeared to be tired. The room was fine but the beds were super hard and pillows flattened out so you might as well as not even had one. It a great location for the conference center parking deck.

Conveniently located near the arena, just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious, however the A/C could be kinda loud, the water pressure was alright and the shower floor could get very slippery. But overall it was a nice stay. The property was extremely nice and close to the Cheer competition that we were attending. The only complaint I have is the lady working the front desk was extremely rude and not friendly at all. She didn’t greet guest and acting as if we inconvenienced her if asked for anything at all.

I was double charged for my room, one being more expensive that the room stay itself. I only noticed because I happened to check my bank account before pulling away. When I asked the front desk about it they said everyone was charged twice due to an error with the night batch but did not tell me anything at all when I was checking out which is suspicious. I asked when will my refund happen and they had no idea. Now I have to go back and forth with them to get my money back. Other than that the stay was fine I guess.

This hotel was awesome! I definitely recommend it if you’re going to an event at the Gas South Arena. It was a very short walk. You had to cross one very small street. It was safe and well lit. The hotel itself was very clean. Staff was nice.

First things first. Front desk was friendly and amazing. Property looked new and extremely clean. Our room had carpet but it wasn't weird or dirty. I didn't mind walking on it barefoot. Bathroom was clean and stocked with dove products. Breakfast buffet was 5 bucks and it was standard Breakfast. Bacon, turkey sausage, eggs, french toast, assorted breads and cereals. I went for a concert and the walk to the venue is 5 or 7 minutes. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and for the right price.

I went to the only restaurant at the facility. It was unmanned. I went back to the front desk and asked if the facility was open. The front desk person told me to sit down and someone would come out. The waitress came out from the back and asked me what I wanted. I asked her if she had a menu. She brought me a menu covered with food stains. I ate Uber eats or Door Dash for my entire stay. There are no other eatery options within walking distance. Breakfast came with my package, but I was told that since I would be checking out, I would have to pay for breakfast. The hotel uses DISH for cable but half the stations did not work, so I ended up using my streaming from my phone. Would not stay here again.

There were no working elevators. There was an upcharge for pretty terrible breakfast. Fitness center was 1 treadmil and bike. Staff was great hotel was not.

Hotel dining was very good for breakfast, and we enjoyed the bar/lounge for fast order foods and drinks in the evening. Also, there are many nearby restaurants for convenience.

The breakfast was not satisfactory. No food out for long periods. No waffle mix that day. I waited 20 minutes for them to bring out more food (and then it was just one thing). Coffee ran out. We had to be at an event and had to scramble to find alternative in time.

The breakfast buffet was awful. You were only allowed 1 drink. We attempted to eat at 830a Half the stuff was gone. I didnt get coffee until i was half done eating. Not a good experience.

It was a good stay. Relaxing. Peaceful. The staff helped when there were issues I caused myself. None of the issues were theirs. The price was great. The food and service staff were all good at what they do and accommodating.

Convenient place to stay when attending an event at Gas South Arena. Able to walk to the venue and felt safe. Staff were friendly at check-in and check-out. The only complaint and not really a compliant maybe just inconvenience was the lighting in the room. There was only one lamp and two wall sconces. It just seemed dark to me. I would stay again if I attend another event at the arena.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years for a convention that we attend yearly. This past weekend we stayed again and our vehicle was broken into, our window broken, and our personal items stolen from our vehicle. According to the police, several vehicles were broken into on the same night at the hotel. I let the front desk know in the morning and they said that they were aware and that they were sorry. That was it. I stayed with the police for an additional hour reporting all that was stolen and submitting pictures of the damage. As the day went on, we realized that we could no longer park our car there as we had no window and could not secure the vehicle or protect it from the elements. I went in to speak with the manager and let her know that we had to check out and go home a day earlier. Basically, she just kept saying that she was sorry but there was nothing that she could do. My vehicle had been parked directly across from the front door of the lobby. I couldn't understand how they had not heard the alarms from all of the cars. The manager kept saying that she parked in the handicapped (she said she had a sticker) because her windows were tinted and she didn't want the same thing to happen to her. If the hotel had handled this differently (offered more assistance from the beginning) this would have been better. They could have offered a garbage bag to cover the window, assistance in finding someone to replace the window, a bottle of water even?
