At this location the front desk attendant didn’t follow instructions that resulted in me being charged twice on the wrong credit card after she was given the correct credit card. Because there was a card already on file and she didn’t know how to switch them so she made the transaction anyway and lied to my face she had charged the correct card

Location was amazing, right off the freeway, very close to the airport, close to things downtown, and walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was wonderful. The place could use some updates and coats of paint to freshen up, but for the price, location, and quality, we would stay again as a family.

Morning Breakfast/staff were very on point with the cleanliness of the dining area. So when I travel, pay attention very closely to dining floor and lights. The dining area passed the test

We was put in a room that had blinds missing . We didn't find out until we went to close them. Told the front desk and they already knew so why did they put us in this room. And it was on the ground floor so we could see all the car lights all night.we had to put a sheet up so no one could look in but could see the lights all night..also went to use the iron and it had sticky muck on it and it came off on my white shirt as I went to iron it..other than that it was a bed for the night...
