So far, I like this hotel. It's clean and was easy to get to. It's close to shopping, gas stations, and places to eat. Some places to eat are within walking distance. The gym facility is small but had everything I needed. The pool looked clean and well maintained. Room is nice.

The lobby was clean and smells nice, kids loved the pool. It was nice and quiet, lots of places to eat nearby. Our room seemed like it couldve been cleaner. It may be that it is older, but grout in the bathroom was pretty dirty, the ottoman in the room had food on it.

Let you check in then tells you that the elevator won’t be working!!! We are both 70 years old and had to carry everything up the stairs. We then worked to cancel the rest of our stay called Wyndham and Expedia and they still charged us a$100 canceltion fee.

My stay was ok The only thing I had a problem with was I wanted to get in the pool and the pool was out of service my whole trip I picked this hotel because it had a pool but when I got there it was out of service very disappointed. I was on vacation for my birthday and to see my son and grandkids

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms were very clean. I liked the fact that there was no carpet on the floor as carpet tends to carry a lot of germs. Breakfast included a variety of foods to select from. Staff was very accommodating with check-out being efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

We travel frequently and we have never had such a bad experience as bad as today.. this place was disgusting, we see cockroaches everywhere and trash all over the hallways, the room was awful Never never comeback to this place.. So, we had to leave and nobody cared they didnt give us our money back or any credit at all, I would definitely WILL NOT RECOMMEND to use this hotel :(

The hotel was a good price for the time I was staying. I stayed for 4 days at the beginning of July through the holiday. The room looked run down, with spots on the furniture. The metal fixtures around the room were rusty and there was visible mold and mildew in the shower. The room was very humid even with keeping the air on the whole time and there is no ventilation system in the bathroom. After showers the room stayed humid for a little while. The pool was clean and its heated so that was nice. The breakfast had different options daily. I would think twice about staying here again just because of the state of my room, but the other amenities were nice. The staff was courteous. The hotel is within 20 min of the airport and 25 min of downtown Atlanta.

The door did not seal - the light from the hallway lit up the room at night from the gaps between the door and the frame. The renovation was nice but not homey or cozy, vinyl floors made the room feel very hospital-like. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was good - all in all an average experience.

The Wingate was very good place. Reservations online were simple. Room was great. King bed was extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast was good with several hot and cold choices. Would stay again.

I usually say you get what you pay for. Cheap rooms are a gamble! Let me tell you, this is a gamble you should take. We got this room for right at $100 and it was clean, renovated, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast! It did have an indoor pool but did not have time to visit. I could not have asked for a better pit stop to get some quick rest

Too expensive for the quality. Very out of date rooms. Shower heads broken or falling off, shower controls coming off wall, takes a very long time to get hot water, shower curtain doesn’t keep water in. Ac is window unit that doesn’t have a temperature you can set just hotter or colder. It was clean and beds were comfortable but overpriced for the quality.

I booked a weekend stay at this property 2/17/23-2/19/23while visiting my daughter at college. My family and I left the hotel Saturday morning and didn't return until late that evening. When we returned our room door was left open. We know for a fact we closed the door when leaving for the day. Apparently, housekeeping left our door open when retrieving our dirty washcloths and towels but didn't sweep or make up our beds. I left my large purse that I travel with on the plane in the room with large amounts of cash but couldn't confirm if any was stolen because I didn't know exactly how much I had in there because we just landed from NYC the night before. I went to the front desk and informed Barth which he apologized and informed me that he would inform the manager Vipul Patel. He gave me new towels and washcloths since housekeeping took them out the room but didn't replace with new ones. Upon check out I informed the day clerk of the incident the night before and he said he wasn't informed. I'm still waiting for the manager to contact me. I will never stay here again and you should think twice about it too.

Our first room had mold in it. We asked to switch rooms, and the concierge was playing an iPad game while looking in the room to confirm the presence of mold. Our second room was clean, but someone was given a key to the room and then entered at midnight while we were sleeping.

We have been staying here for The GA Ren Faire for several years. We bring a big group usually 15-20 people. This was the first year we had an issue. We were told “sorry, we’re going to have to upgrade you” upon arrival. I had booked my room 2 months in advance. 4 adults and a double bed room. Our “upgrade” was a king size bed and the crappiest pull out couch ever. Small as a full size bed, 3in thin stained old mattress and broken bed frame. Horribly uncomfortable for 2 grown adults. We were told there was a mistake and some contractors needed to stay longer and they got our room. That’s Not how that should work, tell them they have to leave or stay in the “upgrade room” because the room they got was ALREADY BOOKED. BY US!

We were told there was a mistake and some contractors needed to stay longer and they got our room. That’s Not how that should work, tell them they have to leave or stay in the “upgrade room” because the room they got was ALREADY BOOKED. BY US!

I have a registered service dog. When booked on this site, it says service dogs are welcome. The man told me “no animals of any kind are allowed” and I was turned away. Mind you this is against Georgia and ADA laws. After a long day of driving and flying, the last thing I wanted was to be turned away. After speaking with expedia the employee that come on after shift change said we would be welcome, but after all that we didn’t end up staying, because I refuse to support a business that does things like this.

I stayed at the Wingate during a business trip to Fairburn, GA and it was extremely clean, safe and the staff was amazing. I also talked to one of the police officers that I was working with during my time there and he told me that the Wingate was very safe.

Clean, comfy, and quiet. We slept well and had no complaints. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Easy to get and out of the parking lot and lots of coffee and food places nearby. We'll stay here again next time we need to be up in or near Atlanta.

This is my go-to spot whenever I find myself on the south side of Atlanta. The service is great, comfy beds, and literally anything you want is a short drive away. It's convenient to the airport and still a quiet spot to rest!

Location was the best about this hotel. They were renovating so that took away from it. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was not good, I think they put everything in the microwave. I am a trucker and since it is right next door to a truck stop, and I’m in that area often, I would probably stay there again. But they should offer a CDL discount as most hotels near a truck stop does.

This is my go to hotel. I stay here all the time. This trip will be my last. One of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast in the morning. Today was my last day and I was so looking forward to the waffles. I waited from 630 until almost 7 o’clock for them to put up breakfast. I could not wait any longer. I understand. People are shortstaffed, but priorities are priorities. I paid for that breakfast. I will not ever come back to this hotel.

The hotel appears to renovated. It was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was simple. The turkey sausage and eggs were bland. The great things is the hotel is located extremely close to multiple restaurants and stores. I enjoyed my stay and I most definitely will book again

The Wingate was very good place. Reservations online were simple. Room was great. King bed was extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast was good with several hot and cold choices. Would stay again.

Check in was seamless. The room had walls that had peeling paint and scuffs all over the walls. The refrigerator did not get cold at all, even after turning the temp control down. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. The breakfast items were NEVER restocked and we had to wait each morning.

I usually say you get what you pay for. Cheap rooms are a gamble! Let me tell you, this is a gamble you should take. We got this room for right at $100 and it was clean, renovated, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast! It did have an indoor pool but did not have time to visit. I could not have asked for a better pit stop to get some quick rest

Loved my stay at this Hotel It was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was the best. When i tell you that they had grits and they were good too. Never have i ever been to a hotel that served grits among other good things for breakfast. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend to friends. Its nothing like good customer service. It’s very rare these days. Thank your staff for their kindness.

The staff was super friendly when I checked in she was helping a young lady with 3 kids get checked in while answering multiple calls and quickly got me checked I very impressed how she was calm and multitasking. The hotel was spotless, clean, smelled amazing. Soft music playing. Room was super clean. Bed comfy. The breakfast was small and light but what I had was fresh. I would prefer something other than the meat and egg choices offered but others may enjoy that I found something I eat was satisfied. A/C stayed cold all night. Hotel sits off main road and seemed a bit more quiet than others that I have stayed in the area.

When I first walked in my room I was over powered by the smell of cherry air freshener. The walls look like they poured oil on them and the headboard on the bed did too. The air conditioner vent had a lot of laundry scent beads in it and the smell was over powering too. There was a dead ain’t on one of the towels. The rooms are outdated especially the shower (they definitely need to update the shower head). The bed was good. Overall it was a okay stay the rooms can afford a deep cleaning and a dust. I didn’t get to experience the breakfast being that I had to leave for work everyday at 6am.

The hotel staff was wonderful, the room was clean, breakfast was good. My only complaint was the pool, the smell of the chlorine burned nostrils and my eyes. There were towels all over the place and I felt like it could have been cleaner than it was.
