Loved my stay at this Hotel It was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was the best. When i tell you that they had grits and they were good too. Never have i ever been to a hotel that served grits among other good things for breakfast. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend to friends. Its nothing like good customer service. It’s very rare these days. Thank your staff for their kindness.

The staff was super friendly when I checked in she was helping a young lady with 3 kids get checked in while answering multiple calls and quickly got me checked I very impressed how she was calm and multitasking. The hotel was spotless, clean, smelled amazing. Soft music playing. Room was super clean. Bed comfy. The breakfast was small and light but what I had was fresh. I would prefer something other than the meat and egg choices offered but others may enjoy that I found something I eat was satisfied. A/C stayed cold all night. Hotel sits off main road and seemed a bit more quiet than others that I have stayed in the area.

When I first walked in my room I was over powered by the smell of cherry air freshener. The walls look like they poured oil on them and the headboard on the bed did too. The air conditioner vent had a lot of laundry scent beads in it and the smell was over powering too. There was a dead ain’t on one of the towels. The rooms are outdated especially the shower (they definitely need to update the shower head). The bed was good. Overall it was a okay stay the rooms can afford a deep cleaning and a dust. I didn’t get to experience the breakfast being that I had to leave for work everyday at 6am.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was nice. The only issue we had was that the sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had multiple stains. When I went to the front desk to let them know, I tried to show the staff member, but she said she didn't need to see them and only started to get me a new pillowcase. I had to explain that I wanted an entirely new set of sheets and pillowcases. What disappointed me most was the customer service. If a guest comes to the front desk to report dirty bedding, the least I would expect is an apology. Unfortunately, I didn't receive one. Aside from that experience, the rest of our stay was fine.

The hotel staff was wonderful, the room was clean, breakfast was good. My only complaint was the pool, the smell of the chlorine burned nostrils and my eyes. There were towels all over the place and I felt like it could have been cleaner than it was.
