We chose this hotel due to the ratings here and a previous nice experience at a different Best Western. I did not realize they are franchised and this hotel was run down and completely unsatisfactory. There was a hair in the bed when we went to lay down the first night. The tissues and toilet paper in the bathroom was very cheap and thin. We were there for the holidays and were told that there would be no housekeeping or complimentary breakfast for two days of this our stay. We made a reservation over the phone for a rollaway bed and it was not mentioned that it would be an extra fee until we showed up for check in. The "gym" is a few dumbbells and a treadmill that was out of order. We sincerely regretted staying here and felt completely misled by the rating this hotel received here.
