Guests were not informed that pool was closed for the season prior to stay. Our room did not come equipped with a working phone and bugs were found late at night. Also, I had to reveal to them that some in our party received food poisoning after eating the premade breakfast sandwiches. The fresh items did not cause this and were actually quite delicious.

the 2 rear doors to get into the hotel are broken and do NOT close. people and animals can enter the premises. the doors stay open at the bottom approx. 2" . the Ice machine on the 1st floor is broken. you have to use the ice machine on the 3rd floor.

If we hadnt checked in so laye at night after an extremely long day of travel we would have left. Immediately we had concern that the back door that requires a card to be scanned in was broken and open for anyone to walk in. The carpet was torn amd dingy. When we got to our room there was a bad smell, blood dropelts in the wall by the window, dead bugs in the tub. The sink faucet was so loose water was goinf everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Thankfully we were so tired and literally only needed to sleep for a few hours before getting on the road again

I have stayed here before. Some staff members are friendly & others, just do their job. Pool area was not very neat this go round. Pool step missing on ladder & broken chairs/table just laying in a corner of pool area. Hallway carpets need attention of vacuum & cleaning better. No front chairs under front porch area (As Before) for customers to sit in & relax. I enquired about this & was told they were broken & removed & did not know if they would be replaced in the future. :/

The place looks nice enough online but there was a foul smell throughout the hotel. The floors weren't vacuumed or swept. They put us in the wrong room. The furniture was broken. We checked in, went up to it room, went back down and checked out. Staff was friendly and we were able to get a full refund.

I will never stay at this hotel again, the room I was in had hair in the bed, sink and bathtub. The bathtub also had a dirty ring in it. One of the white towels I started to use had dark stains on it. This was horrible. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We arrived at 3 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, place our things in the room and left out to my son's place to start cooking. We didn't return until 9:30 pm. We did not get to sleep in the room due to roaches take over. We contacted to front desk and they was only able to refund me for 2 nights and not the whole stay 3 nights. I will never stay in Country Inn and Suites again. The front desk persons was so negative. She told me, you will be back because there's nothing in Hinesville.Trust me you'll be back. I have grown to hate staying in hotels. I didn't return and stay down the street at a new and very clean hotel. They need to stunt that place down.

The room was okay, the lamps had some rust spots on them and the shower made a whining noise. Sheets had to be changed, and quiet hours weren’t so quiet. Decent pay for the stay highly recommend daytime check in

This could be a very good hotel if they were to invest a bit of money into it. I stayed in room 319 on sept 17 2025 I’m very picky about my conditions and surroundings. I only have 3 complaints about this particular place 1 the air conditioner was loud….really really loud!!! I had to turn it off. 2 no central lighting. They had lamps with energy efficient bulbs. This gives a fluorescent light in the room. Like I’m at work. 3 No premium channels on the TV. Other than that no issues

Awful… where do I start. Horrific, god awful worst pillows of ALL TIME. Uncomfortable horrendously stiff mattress. Smelled horrible on EVERY floor. Room was SO, SO, SO bright. EVEN AT NIGHT. Stupid “tissue paper” blind over the window did nothing. Water pressure in the bathroom faucet was violent and unnecessarily strong.

Just a one night stay but perfect for my needs. The staff was great and so friendly! Well lit property for any solo travelers. Breakfast in the morning, coffee, cookies at check-in. Easy check in and easier check out!

2nd shift front desk lady was so rude.I paid for double bed room she gave me single bed room and got mad when I told her that’s not what I paid for.And then she gave sofa bed didn’t want to give us sheet nor blanket.Oh yeah it was so dirty around the pool area.Yhe hotel looked out dated.I seen roaches around the breakfast area.I will not be staying there anymore

They charged the wrong credit card. The front desk was slow to respond. I requested a a handicap room in my reservation. They told me I had one when i got there. when I went into the room, It was not The phone in the room did not work, the TV did not work and when I got to check out. The system was down and the front desk clerk was asleep. I would like a partial refund.

I was looking forward to getting in the pool but wasn’t able to because according to the front desk it was closed for some odd reason. I also had a bad experience with the front desk when I went to ask for towels they weren’t available. The lady at the front desk told me that it wasn’t her job to do so.She was very rude and gave me an attitude.

Nice hotel that is centrally located to many shopping and dining options. The lobby and rooms were clean. There was a mix-up in booking, and my partner and I were assigned to occupied rooms - twice. It was a bit frustrating however, the front desk clerk was very helpful and was able to find us an unoccupied room. Still, it is one of the better hotels in the area in terms of safety and comfort.

My husband and I stayed that the hotel from 9/25-9/29. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.. Laura checked us in and was amazing. We booked last minute and need to add extra days. Laura was amazing getting us squared away.. Not to mention, the dining experience, was excellent. Staff member spicy, friendly, accommodating, and continual checked on everyone eating to see if they needed any.. This was an amazing stay at a hotel.. they use really good air freshener to keep the Georgia swampy smell out of the hotel.. which is a major plus for me.. the air smelled delightful.. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and if we return to Hinesville, GA, we will stay here again.. they have definitely made us customers for life!!

My husband and I stayed that the hotel from 9/25-9/29. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.. Laura checked us in and was amazing. We booked last minute and need to add extra days. Laura was amazing getting us squared away.. Not to mention, the dining experience, was excellent. Staff member spicy, friendly, accommodating, and continual checked on everyone eating to see if they needed any.. This was an amazing stay at a hotel.. they use really good air freshener to keep the Georgia swampy smell out of the hotel.. which is a major plus for me.. the air smelled delightful.. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and if we return to Hinesville, GA, we will stay here again.. they have definitely made us customers for life!!

Easy check in. Rooms are what is expected for the price. They are upgrading so the hotel owner is doing their part. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was extremely quiet while I was there. Check out was easy. McAlister’s Deli was delicious and just a little ways down the road. A neighborhood Wal Mart is across the street.

When I pulled into the property I already knew I was going to enjoy my stay. The outside looked wonderful with the landscape and the appearance of the building. The staff was very friendly when I arrived, the room was clean and everything was how it was supposed to be. They are currently remodeling the interior so it’s going to look even better within a few months. When I visit Georgia again I will definitely be using this hotel again for the price and quality it was well worth it!

Didnt like there was no more breakfast an hour before breakfast is over. If you run out you cook more versus saying it was a lot of ppl that came earlier. There were pee stains around the bottom of the toilet. You have to ask for housekeeping and they still didn't clean the pee around the toilet. The staff acted like they wanted to fight my friend bc she got more than 1 cookie. The iron in the room didnt work. The jacuzzi is just the pool and the jets dont work. I wouldnt book again

Guests were not informed that pool was closed for the season prior to stay. Our room did not come equipped with a working phone and bugs were found late at night. Also, I had to reveal to them that some in our party received food poisoning after eating the premade breakfast sandwiches. The fresh items did not cause this and were actually quite delicious.

The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, pool had bird feathers in it, breakfast was grab and go as we were told no hot breakfast due to no staff. Room spelt like mold. Side entrance door did not shut. Unsafe property.

One of the rooms was poorly maintained. The shade was broken, a bed pillow had several long hairs, and there was a roach. Breakfast was not available at the designated time and we had to go to Huddle House and spend nearly $50. Staff was not helpful nor sympathetic to our situation. The only staff member who was very helpful, friendly and cooperative was the young woman at the front desk when we arrived on Thursday evening (7/16). Will definitely not return.

The original room was advertised as a 2 queen suite with pullout bed. Its now just a regular room with chairs. The pullout couch in the second room was broke. The lounge chairs by the pool are peeling. But again, we loved the staff.
