I was there to attend a friend's wedding. I arrived at 3:30 pm after a 7 hour drive. Check in was listed as 4 pm. I knew I was a little early and my room may or may not ne ready. The lady that checked me in was nice. She told me my room wasnt ready. At 4:30 my room still wasn't ready. I spoke with a different lady this time and told her how concerned I was because the wedding was at 5:30 and I needed to change clothes, fix my hair and put on makeup. I told her I had a wedding to get ready for and she just looked at me and said "yep, you and everybody else". I know it wasnt her fault that my room wasnt ready but she was very snarky and rude. I dont expect to be treated rudely at any hotel but for the amount of money they charge, I surely did not expect her attitude. I didnt get into my room until 5 pm. I had to skip most of the makeup I had planned to put on, didn't have much time to freshen up, changed clothes and ran out of my room to get to the wedding. This really put a damper on the evening for me. While I do realize that everyone was looking at the bride & groom I was uncomfortable & self conscious about the wedding pictures. The front desk didn't really seem to care. Attitude was very disappointing. Not what I paid for or expected.
