My 3 day stay was ok. Room needed some work. Some damage inside room and sheets there stained. The pool was down due to apparent missing parts. The biggest annoyance was I was put down for room service and I never got any service. I guess for the price you get what you pay for. Also the beds sagged on the edges. Staff was friendly the only savior.

Out of date furniture ragged mattress was nice but found fleas in room Middle of June in eastern ga and they don’t have the pool ready yet??? Come on we was hot tired and ready for a swim should have to refund $$ if they don’t offer what they advertised

Property was out dated and rundown. Rooms had a very foul odor that didn’t subside. Facility pool was closed, unkept, and dirty. Bathroom was very small, but it sufficed for the occasion. Area is very limited, and overall 2 nights wasn’t the end of the world. Employees were very helpful and thoughtful in which it made the stay easier.

Everything the rooms outside of the buildings are literally falling apart the bathrooms the ceilings the walls the doors the pool's been closed for the last 5 years.I've gone there for the last 10 years and this year has been the worst ever usually my whole family stays there, we have a family event every year it only me and one other family member stayed there everybody else stated a different hotel. The staff is great they're very friendly and courteous

The room was worn out the door did not close properly it gapped all around it the carpet inside the room turned my feet black the room definitely didn't look like the pics they showing online lights didn't all work toilet seat was peeling the pool was green they said it had been useable in over a year and half definitely not worth staying there

Unbelievably, surprisingly horrible. Worst place I’ve stayed in, in my lifetime (I’m 59) of business and personal travel. Room was so bad that I put a (questionable) towel over a pillow (tiny and stuffed with newspaper?) and slept in all my clothes on top of the sheet. Showered in my flipflops. The door to the room was covered in mold and the moldy carpeting was missing for approximately 4-6 inches from wall, exposing the tack-strips. If I hadn’t just driven 400 miles and needed to sleep since it was 1am, I would have forfeited the non-refundable cost and driven on… But the best part was the ‘clientele’ hanging out in the parking lot all night, arguing and drinking and who knows what else. I’m pretty sure this is a welfare hotel… STAY AWAY!!!

Check in easy and very nice desk attendant.Parking great. Room size great, bed comfortable. Furniture / frig/ microwave beat up. Lighting needs to be improved, tub and shower and toilet are clean but update needed. Plenty of towels. Rug clean and in excellent shape. I would stay here again and stay for breakfast, it looked delicious!

The staff was excellent, but the facilities were very run down. Carpet needs to be replaced with vinyl flooring, walls need painting, bathroom: tub has hole in side, sealing needs repairs, the entire hotel needs an upgrade. If it was not for the nice staff, we would not have stayed there .

Furnishing and linen were old and worn. Towels were very small compared to other hotels. Had to buy a can of lysol to get some of the smell out of the room.Lamps were rusted and chair was broken.I'd recently stayed at a Quality Inn in West Palm Beach that looked much better and in better condition.

Stayed here many times. Staff were excellent. Room looked nice, clean. Outside of rooms and sidewalks were nasty. Door to room had obviously been broken into. It was just patched up. Property has gone downhill from my last visit.

For a small town this hotel was ok. Dated but OK. The issue I had was with the service. My key wouldn't work EVER. When I took it to the front, it was somehow my fault. I had to just turn in for the night, as I knew the key wouldn't work when I got back with out going up front to have it rekeyed It was more aggravating than anything

Communicated with the hotel to make them aware of our late arrival. We agreed that 2-4am would be fine. After a 12 hour drive We arrived at 2:30am. There was nobody at the front desk. I rang the bell, said “hello?” And called the number posted at the front desk. After calling customer service twice, I yelled HEELLLOO, and a young girl woke up from inside the office, apologized profusely and set us up with a room half an hour from our arrival. The room smelled so bad my girlfriend was gagging. The room was also in rough shape. The next day I requested a room change and the another young lady helped me professionally. The next day the assistant manager saw us walking our dog after we came back from my families house. At 9:30 at night he decided to address the concern. After hashing out how the first girl set us up we figured that she charged us per diem instead of for the entire stay, the pet fee for the first 2 days was on the receipt and for some reason I was in the office having to explain my pet, when I've already paid for him. I told the assistant manager all about my stay twice and he assured me he would pass it on to his manager. At 10:30pm he called our room and woke us up to ask what we wanted as a result of the negative experience to which I replied that I think some compensation was in order and to please not call again until the morning. It has been a week since our stay and I haven't heard back from them.

Large stain and pulls to fabric on bed cover made me immediately remove and throw in corner. Off rt95 by 30 miles so not expecting much. Overall wear to room, dings, bangs here there. Breakfast was nice to have so close to room but coffee tasted like bath water. Nice puerto rican lady hosted breakfast.

Close to the train station. The hotel is in poor condition. The bathroom sink is low the ironing board was made for a child height. Flies in the room. The top lock was coming off the door panel. Breakfast was a leftover joke. Won’t be back

The room was well kept however the toilet wasnt working properly other than that it’s right next to McDonald's, a gas station, a Chinese restaurant, and a places that sells sushi and boba .

Very disappointed in this facility. It needs a MAJOR REMODEL! Rotten wood and cracked concrete was everywhere. Our room was very outdated and lacked basic normal items. Coffee with no condiments, no tissues, The toilet was child-size and there was no chair to sit in. The breakfast was minimal to say the least. Basic cereal and waffles with no butter. Fruit consisted of apples only which were badly bruised. Coffee and juice machines were both broken. No bagels, toast or other normal items available. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and friendly. However, as a whole I would give this facility barely a 2.

Old. Out dated. Crusty carpet needs paint the bathroom needs an over haul our tub had a hole in it. No breakfast just cereal totally disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Quality Inn in Jesup, Georgia was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. Great customer service can make all the difference, and this team definitely delivered. Thank you for your hospitality I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Motels old out of date, lamps and refrigerators are rusted doors hardly shut and the walls are peeling but the pool was clean and the bed was comfortable. And the Staff was great. I’d pay that just for the staff alone
