Great people, service.. no breakfast, no pool.. beds r good, No elevator for 2nd floor.. ice n vending on 1st floor, only. Parking good. Wendy's n Taco Bell. Within walking distance.

The property looked renovated, so that lets me know they care somewhat about their investment. The rooms were definitely outdated and the breakfast wasn’t great but it was better than most at the rate you pay. Their carpet needs cleaning and their walls. Outside of that it was a great place to check out.

Everything is always fine at this location. Room, people that work there. I was sad the pool was closed, since it's very hot in Georgia in August n September. I try to stay here when I come to Kennesaw.

Definitely needs a upgrade and detail cleaning done. I actually had reserved two rooms. The other room i reserved with my friends name and her water for the bathroom would not get hot. Also the swimming pool was closed and wished it stated that before I reserved the rooms.

I would not book here or recommend for anyone else to. The hotel hallway and stairs were very dirty, stained and odorous. The hotel room was in poor condition. Needs updates and cleaned. The hotel room door that we had was very difficult to close fully and latch/lock. It did not feel safe. The AC was not working properly. My family did not feel safe or clean enough to stay here. We did not unpack our luggage. We did not take off our shoes. We checked out in less than 40 min of being there. Hotel front desk was made aware. I did ask for a printed check out receipt to show the time that we left and was told that they couldn't do that. The next day I received a checkout email receipt with inaccurate information. I have had hotels.com help to resolve this issue and this hotel has ignored two phone calls and an email from hotels.com so far. So I would add that the hotel has not been helpful in any of this situation either. I waited to write my review in hopes of being able to say that the property at least made it right. But they have not, as of 10 days later.
