The lobby and breakfast areas were very nice. Both of the front desk workers were very kind and helpful. The room was very large and the bathroom was nice with quality toiletries. There was no elevator. The gym's AC was not working and there were no workout towels or disinfectant wipes. There outside pool lights were not working. Overall a nice night.

This is a very nice hotel and will book it again without a doubt. Rooms are comfortable, nice outdoor pool and a small gym. The hotel is a bit outdated but that is fully compensated with the great staff. Employees are friendly and efficient. We stayed for 10 days and it felt like home.

Easy check-in first night. Friendly staff. Had a little confusion with my room and another person having the same key.. and had to have the key reset a few times. Just an fyi, if you can't climb stares, please request a downstairs room. There is no elevator. All in all good stay. And it's next door to taco bell.

As a handicap person this hotel had a second floor, and no elevator had to get clerk to change rooms to first floor room on the first floor was terrible. It looked like somebody just moved the furniture out no place to sit down no table and chairs one desk chair that was broken and you had to sit on the floor to sit in it. It was so low same thing in the bathroom toilet was so low so the hotel needed a few things to be desired. If I would was asked to stay there again, I would say no. Also the continental breakfast was not very good

After remodeling all the furniture in the room had been thrown out. The room was literally half empty and there was no place to sit comfortably. Have stayed here regularly on our way to vacation. We'll most likely find another hotel in the future.

Bed is too small. Shower water pressure was good. Sarah really helped us at check in. We wanted to be a different Floor. She coordinated the changing of the room. She had it cleaned for us All while keeping a smile on her face.

We encountered 3 staff members in two days, a particular lady at front counter was very unpleasant. She seemed to be bothered easily. Not the treatment you will expect from someone in hospitality business, rolling her eyes as I asked questions. I continue to conduct my business without acknowledging her rudeness. Had to encounter her in three occasions. She could probably benefit from a customer service course. The walls in the room were dirty and so was the rug throughout the hotel. Refrigerator was very dirty on the inside, we spend two nights, will not return above all based on customer service.

The desk clerk gave me a key to a room that already had someone in it. I opened the door and there was someone laying on the bed. I was mortified. I got a new key and made the desk clerk open the room. In the morning, I saw a centipede-like insect crawling on the floor. The "breakfast" was bull $hit. I didn't know it was a "continental" breakfast until after I booked my room. The "hot" breakfast is only served on the weekend. I would not stay there again.

They kept charging my debit card until there was no money left in my account, and then had enough nerve to ask me for another form of payments even though they’re already taking more than enough for my stay when I question the front desk about this some rude little gentleman insisted not my problem. There’s no reason to have this kind of attitude, and proceeds to ask me to leave after he locked me out of my room. I would’ve been more than willing to give them another form of payment if they could justify why, but they quit it and it seemed very questionable.

Check in process was terrible. I was charged twice. I tried to explain it prepaid for the room. She insisted that I didn’t. I even had the receipt that showed paid and she didn’t believe it.took three days to get my money back. Value for the money was good.Overall, the stay was good. The location is great.

They gave me the run around. The room I booked was not the room I got. When I asked the front desk right after check in they said I didn't book a two queen bed room. I then showed my hotels.com confirmation. The attendant told me that the manager would be in in the morning and I could talk to her then. In the morning she was not available and the lady at the desk said I was notified (voicemail while traveling I didn't get until then). The kids had to sleep on a pull out couch in a separate area away from me and my wife.

Walking into the lobby there was a extreme musty smell. There were several people gathered in the lobby that were very "rough" looking. When trying to check in I was treated rudely ( just short and curt with information and I could tell I was not really wanted). I was given a room on the upper floor and when I asked about the elevator I was told just to use the stairs. I am older and I am recovering from a recent broken wrist and surgery. I asked if there were any rooms on the lower floor and was told no that I had not requested one. Well duh, I had no idea there were no elevators. At least the lady cancelled my reservation and I was able to go to Hampton Inn and stay for twice the price since I didn't have a reservation.

This was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. i cancelled my week reservation because the hotel was dirty, the floors were sticky and there was not basic things taken care of through out the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful but i would not recommend anyone to stay there

Any concerns I shared with the staff were taken seriously. The breakfast was simple but it was good. Very friendly staff, quiet hotel with ample parking for the duration of my stay. I’m very likely to stay there again if I need accommodations in the area

The hotel has potential. They are doing some renovating. All of my needs were met. Safe area. Close to a few fast food restaurants, a coffee place and a convenient store. Less then 5min by car, even more shopping options. Right off the freeway and close to the college

The hotel has potential. They are doing some renovating. All of my needs were met. Safe area. Close to a few fast food restaurants, a coffee place and a convenient store. Less then 5min by car, even more shopping options. Right off the freeway and close to the college

I stopped here for one night while on a road trip. The room was dirty and the whole place was run down and in need of repair. People were noisy in the halls all night. The surrounding area is a college town and appeared safe. There were a lot of restaurant options nearby.

Our Stay was an Enjoyable valentines weekend. We were very pleased with the room in addition to the polite and courteous staff. The one Big disappointment was the breakfast. POOR ! And I will leave it at that.

No elevator. Breakfast was all cold. No coffee at 8:30am. Room was noisey. Sounded like a laundromat all night. Only gave 1 star because they changed the date when we mistakenly used populated date in expedia and staff was nice.

Room was hot and musty, seemed like someone sprayed a whole can of airfreshener to try and cover up the smell. Floors were filthy, walls were cracked, chunks of paint missing, scratches along the walls, looked like the microwave plug in the room (#115) had caught on fire, black smoke stains on the wall coming from the outlet. Breakfast was awful, just go to the gas station and find better. I tried to just have a bowl of cereal and the milk came out of the dispenser in chunks... $161 per night. I chose this place over other hotels because it had a better rating, I definitely won't be staying here again.

Room in dire need of work- paint peeling, shower had permanent stains on bottom and water was barely warm enough to shower. Breakfast was pathetic with most items not even available or filled. Front desk person who checked us in was not extremely responsive.

The pool was dirty very noisy hallways. The rolling desk chair caused my husband to fall and injure is elbow and back of his head. Blood everywhere! Definitely a fall hazard! When the second half of our party went down for breakfast, the eggs were still frozen! Not just ice cold. But were frozen solid! So hard you could tap them on the table!!

Property was clean and staff was helpfull.in assisting with dinner recommendations and driving directions. The only draw back with continental breakfast was lacking. It was carb loaded with no protein. Coffee was good. Offered waffles, beagles, muffins, cereal, and bananas. I would stay there again.

Any concerns I shared with the staff were taken seriously. The breakfast was simple but it was good. Very friendly staff, quiet hotel with ample parking for the duration of my stay. I’m very likely to stay there again if I need accommodations in the area

This hotel is close to everything. The staff is great. The rooms are not as clean as I would like them. They do not wash the floors enough in my opinion. But you can certainly live with it. Pricing is great. It just needs updates. The tubs r either discolored, Peeling or have Cracks in them.. some towels r so old and need to be thrown away. The shower curtains need to be wash after each guest leaves, they have an order that tells me they don't do that. TVs r small for the rooms sizes.

The property looked renovated, so that lets me know they care somewhat about their investment. The rooms were definitely outdated and the breakfast wasn’t great but it was better than most at the rate you pay. Their carpet needs cleaning and their walls. Outside of that it was a great place to check out.

Everything is always fine at this location. Room, people that work there. I was sad the pool was closed, since it's very hot in Georgia in August n September. I try to stay here when I come to Kennesaw.
