The property was clean however in need to be updated. The elevator was in need of repairs. It bounced up and down when the door opened. They said it's done that for a while. I was scared to use it. The staff was very courteous.

Didn't expect much because of the town. It's right off the highway which is good. The elevator was a bit scary and the numbers were written on! The bed and room were clean. The shower could've have been cleaned a bit better as there was mold in the corners. We were only there for a night and the choices were limited.

The room was clean upon arrival. We stayed three nights and never received housekeeping service. We had to put our towels and bag of trash out in the hallway. Towels were only available if you asked the front dest receptionist. Half of the time no one was visable. You had to wait until staff came back. The pool wasnt clean so the kids were unable to swim. At check out my concerns were heard but still was charged the same amount. I was told to come back and give us another chance.

The staff and location we needed. I had no problem there. One of the beds had a pillow propped up when we got there. We weren’t sure if one of my granddaughters had done that before we noticed. When the pillow was slept on that night you could smell perfume. Obviously this pillow case had not been changed. Also not sure the linens in one bed had either. Only complaint though.

Facility was very old and dirty. Bedsheets was nasty and room was not clean with food debris all on the floor and carpet. Not sure how they clean the rooms besides bare minimum. Would not recommend staying here if you like clean places to rest. Very disappointed.

Stayed here for a multi day conference for work. Room was out of conditioner and lotion, had mold spots above the shower, and wasn’t as well kept as most Hamptons. Typically I prefer this brand due to high consistent quality, this one just missed the mark.

Omg!IWe did not get a good nights rest .We were in 221& you heard the elevator all night long -sounded like a cross between pipes trying to heat up and shower running off and on.Not a great night and sleep very much so lost .Always have a good stay @Hampton but this was not the case this time.Mrs.Janet in the breakfast area I believe was her name made up for the bad night.Her pleasant and sweet demeanor was so nice .She is a awesome employee and can tell she loves her job and the customers

Upon arrival which was late at night we were told we didn’t have reservation. We were told our name was not in the computer…We had to prove we did by showing the confirmation. If they would have just checked a little closer they would have realized they had our names backwards… instead of just saying nope we don’t show anything sorry. A little more help in that situation would have been nice esp after traveling almost 5 hours to get there to find out that we weren’t going to be able to stay unless we showed proof… glad my phone wasn’t dead!

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds - and have the receipt to verify. However, they changed my room to be a single king sized bed. There are no other rooms available. And I am unable do anything about it?! I have to have a place to stay and am unable to go elsewhere…they know that’s likely the case and decide to take advantage of that. That is very much a very bad thing to do to someone. Most definitely I will remember this and will let others know as well.

Check in was at 3 i got there at 3:47 and the room wasnt ready.Front desk told me to come back in 30mins.I came back at 5 room still wasn't ready.They just upgraded my room to the bottom floor and made every good.

I love the first floor room! It makes it so much easier for my husband and I to get our things into the room and then back out to our car tomorrow. The hotel is convenient to the interstate. It is a perfect hotel to break up our 1200mile trip.

Checked in at 5pm. Claimed the room we reserved wasn't clean. Offered room I didn't want. Said I would wait, told me he didn't know how long it would take. Obviously didn't have the room style I booked. Door to room had to literally be shouldered open. Water pipes began rattling like crazy at 7am. No juice at 9am, plain bagels, plain English muffin, plain toast. Cleaning came through and sprayed something so sickly sweet people ran for it. Terrible experience. Never again.

First of all, on the website the pet fee is stated as $50. When we got to the hotel, we were told it was $75 and we were charged $75. The website needs to be updated. I would like a refund of $25. My dog only weighs about 20 lbs and he did not make a mess of the room. Also at breakfast, there were no forks. The attendant said they were out. Breakfast was very disappointing. I have stayed at several Hampton Inns and this is by far the worst stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, but that would be the only good qualities.

Hotel staff was excellent. Quiet and clean. Wish the breakfast had more options but what we ate was okay. Waffles, sausage, yogurt.

Clean, comfortable room. Mini fridge worked & were cold. Check-in was quick & friendly. Elevator was slow. Breakfast was yucky, but coffee was good.

Our stay was amazing. Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing breakfast selections. I was sad that the pool was closed but other than that it was great.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and the welcome message on the TV was a very nice touch! The breakfast in the morning was delicious.

I expected a little better out of a Hampton. The shower floor looked dirty but I think it was just stained. There were water stains on the ceiling. The beds were comfortable, the lobby was nice, the breakfast they had was good just not much to choose from. They did have grits which I loved.

I realized they gave me a master key when I entered the wrong room. I immediately went to the front desk. They were aware they gave me a key that allowed me to enter all the rooms in the hotel. They told me just use it for my room and not enter any other rooms. The next morning, I told the front desk about the master key since there were different staff at the desk. Again I was told that they were aware. That it was just like the key the cleaning staff used. They said that the maintenance person wasn’t in and that was the only way I could enter my room. They did not appear to be fully booked. Not sure why they didn’t move me to another room. The sliding barn style door for the bathroom wasn’t able to be opened from inside the bathroom when fully shut. We got stuck inside and had to be rescued. Thankfully I was not traveling alone and someone was in the room to get me out. The elevator had a delay in the door opening. One of the hotel staff was in the elevator with us and said it happens all the time. That occasionally they get stuck in it for several minutes until it decides to open. I will never stay at this hotel again.
