La Reservación era para una Habitación con 2 Camas, pero cuando llegamos al lugar no tenían nuestra habitación de 2 camas, tuvimos que quedarnos 2 adultos y 2 niños en 1 sola cama. No es amigable el personal, las condiciones son pésimas.

No issues, great price, checking in was smooth

I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly one of the most unpleasant hotels I've ever stayed in. The common areas and exterior were filthy, there were bugs, no hot water, and the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana was throughout the property. There was even dog urine on the floor near the entrance. My room key didn't work for my entire stay. I spent hours waiting for someone to let me into my room because management never resolved the problem. The staff seemed indifferent, and management showed little concern for the inconvenience. I contacted customer service and was told someone would respond within 48 hours. A few days later, a regional manager called, said he was looking into the issues, and promised to call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly awakened between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. by staff members laughing, talking loudly, and playing podcasts on their phones. Getting a good night's sleep was impossible. The experience was so unpleasant that I sent all of my clothes to the dry cleaners as soon as I got home. The only positive part of my stay was one young employee who genuinely seemed to care, but he admitted there was nothing he could do to fix the situation. This hotel made me feel more like I was in a prison than a place of hospitality. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
