Over all the room desk staff and inside hotel clean. The pool was so green you couldn’t see your hand when put in water. They had a pond that was so clear you could see in it. I was having a mommy’s day out . Not able to swim in the pool like I had planned but did get to sit in quiet room for a night. They should have shut the pool down. . Health dept would if they knew about it. Very disappointed with that part of expensive stay.

I would have given more stars however the website shows a beautiful swimming pool area and it was closed in May. It was warm abs sunny and that’s why I booked here. Nowhere does it show on the website that it’s not open until the very end of May. Oh they did offer me 10 percent on my next stay. That’s a joke in this day and time

Overall for the price it was a great stay. There was some hair on the shower walls. So I assumed the shower was not cleaned prior to staying. I did not complain I just cleaned it myself. The pool was nice but a little dirty leaves and hair floating around in the water. Water was also a bit cloudy. Prices for breakfast and the canteen were way to high but a lot of good food options near by to eat at. Close to a Walgreens and Publix also for anything you may have forgotten or need last minute. The staff were very friendly and always present if you needed anything.

Lovely hotel with large rooms and amazing pillows! Bath products were nice. Swimming pool was in a lovely atmosphere but the water was extremely cloudy. Blech! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was overly pricey and we chose to go elsewhere.

The WiFi is slow and spotty. The breakfast is the same fare you would find at other hotels for free, but they wanted $20 a plate. Other than that, this hotel has aged well over the years.

It was very upsetting that a pool was advertised but “not opened”. It should have been in the advertising area. We requested extra blankets and was given a dampened one, there was a chaise lounger in the advertising but not one in the room.

Let me start off by saying that the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and amazing. The bar closes at 10:00 on a Saturday so you're forced to leave the hotel if you want a drink. My door was broken. My tub wouldn't drain. I do find it a little ridiculous that you have to pay extra for parking when you're a guest at the hotel. The outside seating area was very pretty.

Bath tub didn’t drain and toilet ran non stop which was loud and annoying. There was mold around the wash sink in the bathroom. There was also a few bugs in the room that we had to kill.

Some people were smoking marijuana at the pool which is illegal in GA, and there were infants around. The ceiling was leaking right outside of my room. The room had a lot of dirt on the walls. My bed sheet had a stain of blood or somthing on it that we had to take off and not use as it was gross. I’ve stayed in 2 other hotels in the area and they were far better in apeal. And people were more considerate. And the not free breakfast was unexpected. Parking was a disaster. Had to park on the very bottom

Very nice hotel with exceptional dining, bar, and lobby areas. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the entire hotel was and the room couldn’t have been better for my family of 4. 1 king bedroom for us parents and a separate living room and mini kitchen with a sofa bed for our daughters. It was perfect and we will be staying here again when we are in the area next. Thank you to the wonderful staff and hotel experience :)

Everything was perfect… except when the window cleaner was bouncing off our room window for a good 30 minutes & we didn’t get to bed till 6:30 am it 10 am & for 30 minutes I was beyond annoyed. I call the front desk & she said they are doing their job & I said I paid you to let me sleep here, not to wake me up at your convenience. They said I’d get reimbursed for parking that didn’t happen either. I’ve stayed here before & loved it. But this stay was a bit different not as comfortable as I like my hotel and I asked for a quiet suite…

This place is in dire need of a remodel. It is dated and shows it. Yes people are friendly as expected but how much interaction do you actually have with staff, the room is what’s important. The size is nice but very dated from wall paper peeling to stained carpet to TV not working and oh ya the AC/HvAc sounds like a jet engine.

The lobby/main area looks very nice. The actaul hallway to the rooms looked like a very different hotel. Hall walls were marked and gouged up from the housekeeping carts. Wall paper bubbled up. At first glance the room looked really nice like the lobby, however the bathroom walpaper was in very poor cobdition, the vanity finish was heavily marked up (finish chipped off), the toilet seat wont stay up without holding it (men), and the door door lock doesnt work. The bed was soft to medium firmness.

OMG! Please do not let the pictures for you, this hotel is completely renovated and beautiful. There was nothing wrong with the room itself, the space is enormous, the fact that you’re able to close your bedroom off from the living room at such an amazing price! This place was well worth the cost and again it wasn’t that much. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost a lot more, but did not have the amenities at this place had or the cleanliness. The beds were soft. The pillows were soft. The couch was comfortable and there’s a huge desk for two people to be able to work from. There is one issue and it’s really minor and that is the room that I was in we could not hook up to the TV because they use Chromecast. Which a lot of hotels are starting to use, and that makes the process of trying to view apps from your phone on the television a hassle. I didn’t get a resolve to my issue, but this does not take away from how nice this place was. This will be where I stay the next time I go. No more searching just reserving. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not regret it.

There was one small table in the bathroom you could put stuff on, although it was partly broken. When we arrived, we were told breakfast was served from 7-11 am. We went in at 10:30 and were about to start filling our plates when the only other customer told us it was $20 a plate. There were no signs indicating it was not a complimentary breakfast. WiFi was really unreliable and slow, and TV worked but didn’t have reception making it unwatchable.

Property and room was very nice, excellent for the price. Problem was that the AC has a sensor that cuts it off after a while of no movement. We checked in and it was hot in the room. We turned down the AC and it came on. We left for a couple of hours to go get dinner and came back and it was hotter than when we left. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person who said that it was working correctly and the air coming from the vent was 64 degrees, which is the lowest temp that the thermostat will go to. I’m no HVAC expert, but I think the air from the vent would have to be a lot colder than that to get the room anywhere close to that temp. Also, Apparently the sensor cuts it off if there is no movement for a couple of hours and you have to manually mess with the thermostat to get it to come back on. When we tried to go to bed it was too hot to sleep and it kept cutting off through the night so I would get up every couple of hours to turn it back on. Even with doing this it never got comfortable in the room. The temp outside and in the hallways was cooler than our room. Outside temp the next morning was 67 degrees and it was 69 degrees in our room.

Terrible customer service. Drove 5 hours for the Chris brown concert. Room was supposed to be ready at 4pm. The room was not ready until after 5pm making us late for the concert. Woman at the front desk was very nonchalant. She didn’t even try to accommodate us or apologize. VERY UNSATISFIED with how we were treated! Booked this room in April!

I didn't like that we were double charged for our stay, I used Expedia to book & the day we checked in my Debit Card was charged and when we checked in she swiped my husbands credit card for the stay & my debit card for the $100 incidentals. She also added both nights of parking that Friday at check in and charged me again $12 Saturday for parking. I am so disappointed because that money was designated for other bills and expenses that I had tro sacrifice . I called on Monday to file a report/request for a refund and I was told to give them 24 hours to respond then they will get back to me and I haven't heard anything.

We enjoyed staying at the Hyatt. Staff was friendly, the room was great and very clean. The bartender was super nice, I think his name was Lawrence he gave really good service.

The Hotel was very nice and clean and our rooms were large and excellent and comfortable. The only issue was check in. The hotel desk clerk got my room mixed up with the other two parties in my group and kept telling me I was already checked in. It took her 15 minutes and a line of people behind me to figure out that she gave my room to one of the other people in my party. It was a hassle and time consuming.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we're in Atlanta, and it never disappoints. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants while being quiet and relaxing. Check-in is always a breeze, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, and we’ve not yet been in one that wasn’t clean.

We stayed here for a Braves game. Check in was at 4:00. We arrived at 4:40. Some guests were upset that their rooms were not ready. A group that had already checked in came back stating the room they had assigned them had someone in it. We had a queen suite, luckily our room was ready after a quick radio call. We did ride the green circulator bus to the game and walked back. It was a good 35 minute walk back. We only had two towels provided upon check in. We were a party of 5.

Friendly staff, property was well kept. Parking came with my room so no need to worry about where to park my car. Battery Atlanta was very close by which made it convenient for dining out. Room was a little dated but didn’t mind it.

Overall, my daughter and I had a wonderful stay! It was a perfect location with tons of dining and shopping options as well as super close to Truist Park (where we were seeing a concert). The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only tricky part was parking; the lot seemed kind of small in comparison to how large the hotel was and coming in late at night from a concert, the lot was very full. Aside from that small factor, I would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future! Thank you!

Very nice hotel with exceptional dining, bar, and lobby areas. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the entire hotel was and the room couldn’t have been better for my family of 4. 1 king bedroom for us parents and a separate living room and mini kitchen with a sofa bed for our daughters. It was perfect and we will be staying here again when we are in the area next. Thank you to the wonderful staff and hotel experience :)

There was one small table in the bathroom you could put stuff on, although it was partly broken. When we arrived, we were told breakfast was served from 7-11 am. We went in at 10:30 and were about to start filling our plates when the only other customer told us it was $20 a plate. There were no signs indicating it was not a complimentary breakfast. WiFi was really unreliable and slow, and TV worked but didn’t have reception making it unwatchable.

The garden in the center of the hotel where the pool (which was closed for the season) appeared to be closed so you couldn't go out to sit in the area but it looked really nice. The showers were pretty outdated and the caulking around the showers (Rooms 502 and 505) was very crudely done. The shower curtains were too short. We went to breakfast on Saturday around 10AM and even though breakfast ended at 11AM, the food was somewhat dried out and not worth the $18/person price tag. Overall not a bad stay but this hotel needs updating and some attention to detail.

We had a great time and our suite was on par with the nightly rate. Clean and well kept. Front desk was very accommodating when I requested a crib ahead of my arrival and was pleasantly surprised to see it already in our room upon arrival. The highlight however; was the bar/restaurant downstairs. The food and service was exceptional. They went above and beyond for my kids. Our server, Karen was excellent and very sweet. The bartender whose name I didn’t catch was also very helpful and kind. He told me he’s been working there for 9 years. (You know who you are!) Highly recommend staying here.

Great price point and large rooms. Restaurant/Lounge closes at 10pm on Friday and Saturday which was a bit inconvenient. After seeing a couple of Braves games we wanted to have a couple drinks and maybe some food and we’re not able to do that here at the Hyatt. Other than that the stay was very nice. We will return.

The food wasn’t what I expected considering I have stayed at other properties. I paid extra for breakfast for 4 people. The food was cold. There weren’t any menus out for other options other than the buffet. The potatoes were dried out. There weren’t any juice or milk out. You had to ask for everything.

Lovely hotel--AC seems to be on a timer--I spoke to the front desk --very nice lady--said they send someone to fix--wasn't better the next night. I had a lamp go wacky while I was there--flashing neon--but that just happens. I was leaving the next day, so I didn't call--already in my PJ's didn't want a repair guy coming in. but it meant I had no lamp by my bed. I would stay here again. 1 thing--they have a nice little kitchen set up--one of the best fridges I have ever seen in a hotel room--microwave, coffee pot--but no paper towels! So you are forced to use the bath towels. Would appreciate a simple roll of paper towels. Really nice hotel. Wish they didn't charge for parking--$12 a night--but at least it was reasonable.
