The room was clean and comfortable. AC was working properly. The pool was in service and clean. My neighbor in the next room over was playing loud music in the evening. It hadn't stopped by 10pm so I called the front desk, and they resolved it immediately.

The staff were very unavailable—most of the time no one was at the front desk & when they were, they acted inconvenienced. The thermostat in our room did not work, so it was quite hot and stuffy- by far the worst part of the stay. Pros: the breakfast was decent and the parking was good Cons: room thermostat broken, murky and unusable pool, very stinky gym, rooms not as clean as they look in photos Overall not impressed

The hotel is torn apart. the elevator does not work. the parking lot is unusable. there is dry wall dust everywhere. I'm pissed. this was not on the website. there is a Hampton Inn right across the street for the same price.

Good for a place to sleep and go. Hotel room could’ve been cleaned a lot better. Pool deck had food and crumbs. Only one elevator and it was dirty. Breakfast was good.

This was a dirty hotel. The ac unit was ancient and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was put in. The bathroom toilet was dirty. I wont be staying here again

I had high expectations of this property but I was very disappointed. When i arrived, my room was dirty with hair and skin in the bed. There was also a slight musty odor to the room. I reached out to the front desk and was moved to a nearby room. He asked me to look it over and I did. It seemed ok. Later on, I go to spray down everything and there is urine all under the toilet seat. Disgusting! As we settled in for the evening, we discover that the tv doesn't even work. The next morning, we are packing to go. Check out is at 11 am and its about 10:15 am. We take our luggage to the car. I go back up the room to do a double check to make sure nothing is left behind and my room door is open with the bed stripped. Mind you, I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door AND checkout was not until 11am. The front worker says that housekeeping probably saw me leaving and thought we were gone. Unacceptable. My check out time was 11 and I wasn't leaving just yet. I was supposed to get a call from management but of course that didnt happen. I get excited when I can post great reviews but this one just wasn't it.

Staff was GREAT. Shower was hot, standard "free" breakfast, bed was comfortable. Older building that looks like it had some money spent on it for renovations. I stayed in room 401...VERY noisy. Someone decided that playing trumpet on the street until 10:30pm was a good idea. Additionally you could hear every car/truck going down the road from that room. I'd suggest staying in one of the south rooms if you are a light sleeper.

The checkin was easy and convenient. Lots of yelling in the hallways until 11:30pm or so. I understand thst probably does not happen all the time. But my main issue is the noise from the room above. It is like living in an apartment, can hear the people in the room directly above walking across thier floor. I would not expect this in this type of hotel. And then at 2:48am someone in the room above, sounded like they were jumping off the bed and running across the floor and doing it repeatedly for about 30 minutes. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the worse noise from the room above i have ever have. Because of this i will not stay here again. It will also make me hesitant to stay at another Holiday Inn Express because i am sure they are all built similar, they all will have tbis issue in common.

The one window in my room had some type of paper over it that did not move. Couldn’t let it up or move it at all to peek out. So I have no daylight just the room lamps 24 hrs, a day. A little too noisy from guess, maintenance and dogs barking.

This hotel was great! Our family if 5 slept comfortably in the suite with a pull out couch. Room was spacious and clean. We appreciated having a sink in the room as well as the sink in the bathroom. Breakfast had a ton of options: oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. The coffee machine grinds the beans and makes the coffee! Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

I arrived to my room only to find that the thermostat was set to 80 degrees with no way of changing it. I informed the front desk and she placed me in an adjacent room. That room was set to 63 degrees, but the temperature in the room never got below 77 degrees and the AC was blowing what could best be described as "kind of cool air." Front desk offered to move me again, but I had been on the road for about 10 hours or so and was tired. This hotel is ok, but not great for one night.

Staff was amazing. Although I don't remember the name of all of the young ladies that worked there.But each and every one of them were extremely courteous, very helpful and always had a smile each and every day I appreciated them during my long stay. .There was also one gentleman, an African American young man at worked, usually in the afternoon and evenings. He he was extremely nice and helpful. As well, thank you for hiring such a great team of individuals.

Used my frequent user points to book 2 rooms at hotel. My confirmation had 2 rooms on receipt. Arrived at hotel to find only 1 room was booked and the front desk told me it was not his problem, check with Hotels.com because it is their error. Went down to breakfast area the next morning at 0845 and there was nothing left to eat. The server was sitting in the back and would not come out. The front desk manager said it was open until 0930 but then told the worker to just wipe it down and forget it. I travel for a living and have never seen anything like this before. I will never and would recommend to anyone else to never stay at this hotel. As for me , I will never book a Holiday Inn Express again. From the top down this place is a complete wreck, and no one cared.Terrible

I love the location in relation to where we needed to be. I love how welcoming everyone made us feel in the area. The ability to do some shopping in close proximity was a bonus.

Used my frequent user points to book 2 rooms at hotel. My confirmation had 2 rooms on receipt. Arrived at hotel to find only 1 room was booked and the front desk told me it was not his problem, check with Hotels.com because it is their error. Went down to breakfast area the next morning at 0845 and there was nothing left to eat. The server was sitting in the back and would not come out. The front desk manager said it was open until 0930 but then told the worker to just wipe it down and forget it. I travel for a living and have never seen anything like this before. I will never and would recommend to anyone else to never stay at this hotel. As for me , I will never book a Holiday Inn Express again. From the top down this place is a complete wreck, and no one cared.Terrible

Our stay was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was beautiful and clean. And the breakfast was AMAZING Hot cheese grits turkey sausage and eggs was on point!!!!

This hotel was great! Our family if 5 slept comfortably in the suite with a pull out couch. Room was spacious and clean. We appreciated having a sink in the room as well as the sink in the bathroom. Breakfast had a ton of options: oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. The coffee machine grinds the beans and makes the coffee! Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Although several things in our room could’ve used minor repairs, overall the accommodations were very good. We had a hard time sleeping for the loud truckers, motorcycles, street racing, etc. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time though. The bed was comfortably enough, but the air conditioner was very difficult to regulate.

We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. I enjoyed the pool, it was clean but could have been a little warmer. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast area doe not have enough seating for the busy Saturday morning crowd and the food was running out by 7:30am. The kids running overhead in the room was a bit annoying at midnight, but that is not the hotel's fault. Really pretty pool area, nice atmosphere. Lots of restaurants close by too.
