We've stayed here on several occasions because our grandchildren live in Milledgeville. That staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and the grandchildren enjoy swimming in the pool. No complaints!

The entrance is a little confusing as the hotel is tucked in behind other buildings. The roadway is damaged as well. The hotel was clean and well appointed though. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

The lady at check in Ms Anita was a pleasure to work with!!! She made the check in and check out process sooo easy! We will actually be coming back to the area in anothdr month or 2 and we already know we are staying there!! The cleaning staff was also a pleasure!! Loved the indoor pool!!

With a pet friendly hotel. I think they need to get rid of the carpeting inside the rooms. My room and the hallway smells like wet dog. It might be fine for those who have animals and take their animals everywhere they go, but for those of us that don’t, it was gross. Also, the pool being indoors was very cold and the bathroom in the pool, the door was busted so you couldn’t lock it and it wouldn’t close right. Breakfast was good. All the basic stuff that La Quinta hotel chain usually have. The staff was wonderful. Absolutely fantastic. They just needed to do something about the smell in that place it’s nasty.

Have stayed here plenty of times however I have never had the staff to come tell my kids to quiet down in the pool area at 430 in the afternoon. Late at night would have been understandable but never in the middle of the day in an indoor pool with an obvious echo. Also there were no towels in the pool area and when I went to ask for towels I was asked if I could bring the towels out of my room first didn’t understand the logic behind this at all.

Our sink drain didn’t work. Friday evening was quiet but Saturday evening had children running up and down the halls yelling. The elevator inspection has expired.

When we first walked in at the reception desk there was a half cigarette laying on the countertop the receptionist had to move it to the back evidently it was not hers. The aquarium in there was so green I don't see how the fish were living. The room bathroom floor was dirty and there was a footprint in the shower switch to another room and there was pee on the toilet seat.

The lobby area was really tidy but you start to notice the lack of care once you get to the elevator and get on the elevator. My room at first glance was beautiful, however, the sheets and pillow cases were stained and the floor you could tell was not vacuumed. Also, I took a Lysol wipe to the surfaces just to see what they would like before placing my belongings down and it turned black. The bathroom counter was fairly clean but noticeable damage from previous renters were on the bathroom cabinet area. Also, noticeable urine on the toilet. The tub surprisingly was clean. Refrigerator was also dirty and good luck putting anything in the freezer as the ice has completely consumed the space. I was ok with staying there but for the price, I don’t think it was worth it. Staff was very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Overall, my whole experience would be a 4/10.

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. The inside of this hotel is fresh and clean. This is my second time staying here, and it's as clean as before. Even the chairs in my room look brand new...lol. The room is spacious and well-kept.

The man at front desk was on his cell as we were trying to check in. Our check seemed less important and then he says did I give you your license back and he scrambled to find it. Then couldn’t find our reservation. The walls were paper thin. Our neighbor let his alarm go off for 5 minutes. We could even he him urinating in the toilet. Hotel is in a hole behind a vape store and hair care product store.

We rented two rooms this week. We traveled from North Georgia to Milledgeville to drop off our son to GMC. The rooms were clean, it had good lighting, and the AC worked well. The only problem we had with both rooms was the strong odors of cigarettes in one room, and wet dogs in the other room. Air freshener did not help. That was the only terrible part of our stay.

The beds are super comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the wall thermostat, but the wall unit worked great. A few cosmetic issues and a questionable stain on the chaise part of the couch. But overall I slept well and it was a good stay.

It was a terrible experience. I’ll be contacting the corporate office. A staff member was out of line and was loud and rude to me. There is also a security problem at the hotel. They are giving master keys to guests. The first room we were in had a running toilet that would not stop. The second room had a sink where the water backed up that would not go down. The bathtub was stained with ground in dirt and the bathroom smelled.

The girl at the front desk was not very kind at all. She was very short and rude. We did not get the king bedroom that we booked online but instead received a different room with double beds that we paid the same price for. We even had a cockroach on the floor to welcome us to our room. Lovely stay.

I prepaid with Expedia and then they charged my CC that I gave them for incidentals, for the cost of the room again. I was double-charged and then told it will be 3 days before they put the money back. Also, on day 2 someone came to our room and opened it with a key. They booked it to someone else while we were still there. Good thing we were in the room or they could have stolen our things. Very unorganized and very noisy. Lots of people up and down the halls ALL night long. No one said a thing about quiete hours. Will never stay there again!!

They couldn’t fin my reservation from hotels.com… They asked me to call them and fix it after they called hotel.com and they hung up on the front desk clerk… it was a mess trying to check in finally they gave us a room even though they still could not find my reservation. The key they gave me was for an occupied roo. So I had to go back to the front desk to get different room.came back at night and our key wouldn’t open the back door of the building so we had to walk all the way to the front… besides that the hotel was clean and comfortable…

The only drawback is the access road onto N Columbia. In heavy traffic times we had to wait 15 minutes to get out, behind two cars. One was trying to turn left and finally gave up. It is also hard to find the road for the hotel coming from either direction and easy to make a wrong turn into an adjacent property but other than that the place was great.

Once I was at the door of the property, the place became excellent. But locating the entrance to the La Quinta Inn was problematic, especially at night without lit signs- it was confusing where to turn from a 6 lane road… I had to make the wrong turn twice into another parking lot before I was able to see where the entrance was Otherwise it was a good experience

I was in Milledgeville for work and the Laquinta hotel was a diamond in the rough. It's a little off the main road but the property was quiet and safe. The associates were kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others.

It was close enough to get to Georgia Military college within 15 minutes. It was also near shopping centers, so we were able to conveniently get whatver we needed.

It’s hidden off the main road & address behind a strange shopping center. It was clean & mostly quiet. The coffee was awful- too weak. Breakfast was shut down by 10 when we went downstairs. But for this town where accommodations are spare, it’s good.

The staff and desk person were friendly. The manager seemed to stand around and micromanage the desk person, which I found annoying and unprofessional. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free hotel. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast and was okay for what it was. Overall the stay was good.

The beds were decently comfortable. The pull out couch was not comfortable. The food was good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and a potato mixture, muffins, waffles, and cereal. Regular and decaf coffee, and juice.

The breakfast was not good. The boiled eggs were frozen solid and there wasn't much food selection in the pantry. It is a matter of personal choice, but the bed was way too soft for me. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The room had lots of bugs. So we had to change rooms. The noise level was very high until about 3am. I had to ask the neighbors to bring down the volume of noise in the hallway. The breakfast was not good at all. It was terribly inconvenient.

The facility was clean and neat, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. The property is located behind other storefronts, and the entrance was a bit difficult to spot from the road. That's nothing that the hotel operators can fix necessarily; it's just a noted inconvenience. Otherwise, for the price paid, the facility was certainly acceptable.

I prepaid with Expedia and then they charged my CC that I gave them for incidentals, for the cost of the room again. I was double-charged and then told it will be 3 days before they put the money back. Also, on day 2 someone came to our room and opened it with a key. They booked it to someone else while we were still there. Good thing we were in the room or they could have stolen our things. Very unorganized and very noisy. Lots of people up and down the halls ALL night long. No one said a thing about quiete hours. Will never stay there again!!

Extremely dirty, service was not as expected given the conditions of the room. Was not pleased. Had to wait an entire hour for my room to be cleaned. Arrived at 11:30pm. Got little sleep because of it. You’d think that with a reservation your room would be cleaned from the previous occupants by 11:30 at night.
