Parking was very open and accommodating.

Filthy conditions, dirty, stained sheets and comforter. Bugs in the bathroom and on the front door. Pool is inside, filthy, not usable. Air conditioners do not work, they intentionally put fans in the room trying to keep it cool knowing it didn’t work. TV service did not work, had to fix it myself. All surfaces felt dirty and sticky. entire building smells like cigarettes and marijuana, did not feel a good safe place for my kids. Canceled our stay and found another place. Tried it because it was the cheap only option available, we never go back would not recommend anyone

I reserved a room with 1 king bed,,,i got a room with a twin or maybe a double, definitely not big enough to 2 adults to sleep comfortable! The front door was broke and hanging by 1 hinge, the glass on interior door was shattered, so there was no security at this hotel. The side door had the lock ripped off, people walking around by our window so had to keep the curtains closed. The lady at the desk was rude when I inquired about the bed size and rudely let me know there's only 2 options...1 bed or 2 and she didn't care what it is advertised as. The hair dryer in the room was missing, there was no cups in the room to even get a drink of water. No water pressure in the shower. We was given 1 wash cloth for 2 people. This is definitely not what was advertised on here, and the pictures of the hotel are not accurate either! Will never stay at this location again

Will never stay again. Pool closed. Does not look like the pictures. Smelled marijuana all night. Asked for a second pillow they only provided one for each and they were terrible, was told they don’t have any. Front glass door came off in some ladies hands as she opened it.

Homeless people living there. Ice machine didn't work and only 1 vending machine.

Saw 2 roaches in the room. Carpets are filthy. Ice machine out of order. Bed was okay. Room smelled clean, not like stale smoke.

A very convenient hotel however the hall floors were awful. The room cleanliness was ok. The outside hotel doors did not lock! This could be such a nice hotel if it was updated and cleaned!

It was a nice stay. Beds are comfortable, it was clean. My only thing is you couldnt use the pool. It hadnt been cleaned yet. The pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel.

The pictures used on hotel.com are very dated. The entry has broken glass by the door. the pool was broken down and unusable, the hallways were very dirty and smelled of tobacco smoke. the parking lots had very little lighting (fostering possible crime) the room was cooled by a very loud temporary mobile air conditioner. the shower tub was dirty, and the toilets are not ADA compliant and I had to take the tank lid off and mess with the internal plumbing to get it to refill after flushing. I did not stay a second night and was not refunded my cancelation of the second night.

The whole building stinks. There was no lock on the outer doors. The ac in our room was broken. Sheets were stained, pillows shouldve been thrown away years ago. Bathtub doesnt look like its ever had a good scrubbing. Clothes left in room from previous people.

Floor was disgusting. Feet were black after walking in the room. Bathroom door had something on it. No idea what it was, but it was gross.

This hotel was awful. Very shabby and the only place I could get in town during the state fair. I checked out the room when I checked in during the afternoon and it looked passable, but then there were multiple problems with my room that were not apparent until I spent some time in there. First of all, the outlet that had the TV plugged in was damaged and the TV kept shutting off. I had to change the plug into a different outlet. Second, The shower curtain was so mildewy it smelled, and I had to remove it And ball it up. Third, the worst part was, I pulled the covers back to get into bed, and the sheets were visibly dirty. I noticed a spot at the foot of the bed on the outside and decided not to worry about it, but the exposed sheets being dirty was not acceptable. There was no mattress pad. And really there was no blanket. It was just two top sheets. I looked at the pillows more closely, and they looked old, so I picked the one that was the cleanest looking and put the other two on the floor. I slept in my clothes because I didn’t want my bare body against the sheet . I went to the front desk to ask them to give me some clean sheets I could just put on top, but there was a sign saying the front desk was closed. There was a beat up looking Ring doorbell I used earlier when I checked in, but the battery had died. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, with no employee or owner on site. We were outside for 45 minutes.

Found bed bugs and they are unwilling to refund me for the second night. I left my room at 5AM of the first night. I would not recommend no matter how cheap.

Horrible. Room was filthy, holes in the walls, broken furniture, broken window, mold all over the bathroom, dirty bathtub, drug paraphernalia in the window, smelled like mold and mildew, entire room was sticky and hot. No pool, like I would have even trusted using it. Denied my refund, was there for 20 minutes. Not sure why Expedia advertises this place but they’re just as responsible

I check-in in later than check in time and room still hadn't been cleaned from prior guests. Room door lock was broken, no face plate on light switch in bathroom, floors were sticky, and multiple cockroaches!! Paid for 2 nights but only stayed 12 hrs! Do not recommend.

The only good thing about this place is the beds are comfortable, we booked a room with one bed and they gave us two, when we asked to switch they told us they couldn’t do anything about it (even after I paid extra for a king bed). Our air conditioner was broken so it was insufferably hot all weekend, there were bugs in our bathroom and the sheets were dirty asf. Overall a pretty bad stay

Poor lighting in room. All, every, electrical outlet in room and bathroom were cracked and loose. Good thing i brought a power surge multi outlet to plug in cpap, phone, watch, hearing aid, phone chargers...only 1 free outlet in bedroom. Need to get ahold of desk.. go to the desk. No phone in room. Vending room no cold drinks of water or soda but candy & chips. McDonalds next door.

We had no A/C in the room. The guy at the front desk did not speak English. Had to communicate by his phone translating. His response was no more rooms, maybe the next day. There were only a couple cars in the parking lot. Had no clue what i was saying to him when I said we needed our money returned so we could go elsewhere. Another employee showed up, spoke some English. He found another room with dou ke beds rather than a king. That A/C worked, however no iron or ironing board, no hair dryer, freezer in fridge was completely iced full and unusable, towels were very thin and the size of a hand towel, sign said ice machine and vending machines, there were none. The tv controller had only a few buttons that worked. Exit door was missing the panic bar, out of order. Front desk was only manned from 3.p.m. to 12 a.m. Will never go back. Place should be shut down.

Not very busy. Not staffed overnight. Wifi works well. In Hutchinson, this is a big plus. The standard is wifi works only on android. Your computer is dead.

Our room had no air conditioning, was not told before checking in, would not refund money, would not come to desk when the bell was rang. Had to find another place to stay and was out money for both hotels.

TV/internet was constantly going out. No room cleaning. No room amenities-cups, ice bucket, no front desk personnel until 9 a.m. each day to try to exchange towels. We left by 8 each morning.

The rooms had limited lighting, horrible smell, no fan, just not exactly what the pictures showed on the website.

Staff was rude when trying to check in. Then wouldnt let us stay after asking for the manager to try and get answers as to why we cant stay. THEN i recieved a confirmation stating we checked in. WHEN WE DID NOT. Also would not give us a refund for our stay, and stated they cant do anything about it. Very unprofessional, and very rude staff. Would NOT stay here if my life depended on it.

They need to fix the bell or keep a staff member al the counter. I spent 3 hours this morning trying to find the attdent so I could rerenr my room

Avoid this place. Checkin process involves writing your name and number on a sheet of paper left on the front desk for all to see. The front desk was not staffed even after 9am in the morning. It’s an extended stay place so if you are unemployed and addicted to drugs this is the perfect place to stay. Large aggressive looking dogs we also welcomed apparently. Checkin was unfriendly. She appeared annoyed that we had a reservation because the place was full. She spent a great deal of time on the phone complaining to someone that they we full for the night, a room didn’t have a TV, she had no idea who was staying in one of the rooms, etc. We were surprised to be handed a key and then terrified about what the condition of the room would be. There was a large fan in the room-I’m not sure if it’s purpose was to makeup for the non functioning AC or to be used to dry out the carpet that became drenched by a plumbing leak in the wall. Water sprayed out of the wall opposite the shower when the shower was being used.

Paid for a king size bed, room had full size bed only. Front desk said “be glad you have a bed. If you don’t like it.. TOO BAD.” No ironing board or iron anywhere on property. No swimming pool. Bathroom was dirty. Did not stay.. The absolute rudest staff & worst hotel ever encountered.

They refused to give us the room with an A/C because I booked through Expedia. The lady at the desk said since we booked through Expedia and got it for cheaper then the normal prices that we don't deserve a room with A/C. Then when I went to book another room she denied me that stating they were " too full" when there were no cars in the parking lot and were not busy one bit. Would not recommend!!! Ps I had a 5 year old child with me and a disabled aunt in a small room with no A/C but hey I guess a small fan was perfectly fine according to them.

Room had bugs, black mold, leaks, etc. Needed somewhere to stay with my 2 year old. Do not recommend this place. It was not up to standards. They had a woman at the desk who seemed to be a new employee. That's fine, but there was a language barrier and she was unable to communicate with me well. There was nobody else around to help me or her. The price is decent, but also not worth it at all. Super disappointed and very frustrating I had to stay in the car all day with my 2 year old until I could finally find another place to stay. This is not the only room I've had issues with.

No one at desk when I arrived at 11:45 pm after long day of driving. No signage that indicated hours of desk operation, but bystanders in foyer stated the desk ‘closed at 11 pm’. Left voice message twice on hotel phone number, no response - left hotel after waiting 45 minutes and stayed at different hotel after talking with hotel.com via phone call.

The last time we stayed it was absolutely horrible. The first room we got was absolutely infested with bed bugs. I have pictures and Friday May 31st we checked in got the room situated an left to go to friends came back about 130am and our room card keys were not working. ABSOLUTELY NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AT ALL WHATSOEVER. CALLED AN CALLED USED THE RING BUTTON FOR ASSISTANCE. 8 YR OLD HAD TO SLEEP IN THE TRUCK UNTIL FINALLY WE WERE ABLE TO SHIMMY OUR SLIDING DOOR THAT LEAD TO THE POOL OPEN at about 530am. The following morning when the rude ass lady at the counter heard an seen the note we left at the front desk she had the audacity to tell us well there's a sign that says off duty and next time maybe we should just keep the sliding door unlocked when we leave from now on. HOW SAFE IS THAT?!?!? AND WHAT IN THE HECK IS THE DEAL WITH NOT GIVING ANY EXTRA TOWELS, AND FOR A DOUBLE BED ROOM ONLY ALLOWING 2 BIG TOWELS AND 1 SMALL HAND TOWEL!?!?!? AN THAT SAME GAL MADE IT OUT TO BE THE BIGGEST ISSUE.

Quiet stay

Quite room...some amities could have been better. Some were advertised but not available.

Homeless people in the neighborhood but not unusual in that state. You can't beat the price though and it was a clean room, they had an indoor pool, which was awesome. Nobody at the desk after 5pm to 9am which wasn't a problem for me but could be for a late checkin. Easy to find, ample parking, only down sides remaining is cleaning chemical smell and a noisy bathroom fan. Fast food within walking distance. Again, excellent price of $40.

Is a very nice hotel. In a good assessable location.Very quiet and clean, the staff are very friendly.

Things that were advertised were false. No breakfast, no coffee pot in room. Very rude staff. Completely unreachable after 10PM. Booked 2 nights, but left and went to a very nice room elsewhere the 2nd night. Completely worth losing the money just to not have to stay there the second night. Do not recommend, and we will never stay there again.

pool was down didnt have breakfast like site said had roaches and bed bugs in our room no front desk person from 9pm til after we left at 930am

Room lacked coffee service, no water cups,no kleenex,shower curtain brackets loose so curtain hung in a U-shape (open at both ends about 12-15", spigot on 24/7 lobby coffee pot didn\'t release coffee, no sugar, few cups & creamer, no breakfast,no guest laundry, outside door into lobby couldn\'t be closed, sat unrepaired next to opening, good bed,pillows,curtains. Abandoned car in the parking lot. Lobby unattended until bell rung was dark in early am. 2 young women were the only staff I saw, seemingly 24/7. Few guests during my unfortunate 3 nite stay.NOT RECOMMENDED

Expedia showed they provided breakfast, they didn’t, Expedia showed coffee in room, there was none. Some of the furniture was torn or damaged. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Hall carpet had dog feces on it. Don't think I will be staying there again.
