Not so good. The room we stayed in had mold and mildew on the ceiling and it leaked when it rained

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful however I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in. The hotel room had a mildew scent and I seen several roaches near the bed. I immediately asked to be checked out.

Pulling up to the place it’s very nice & well maintained, but opening the door to enter the building all I could smell is weed, day #3 of our stay it started to fade, the hallway was only vacuumed once in our 4 day stay, it’s a beautiful building but more needs to be done on the interior maintenance.

My recent stay at the Extended Stay located at 6640 Bay Circle, Norcross, GA. My family and I checked into two rooms on Saturday and checked out on Wednesday. While the staff members who handled our check-in and check-out were very professional, and the lobby and exterior of the building appeared decent, the rest of the property was entirely unacceptable. Both the building and our rooms had a strong, pervasive odor of mold and marijuana. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the common areas was severely lacking. During our entire four-night stay, the hallways on the second and third floors were never vacuumed. There were visible food particles and other debris left on the hallway carpets day after day. Because of this, we felt compelled to spray down our entire room with disinfectant and wipe down all surfaces with sanitizing wipes before we could even attempt to feel comfortable. The only reason we did not leave immediately is because we booked through a third-party site and were unable to secure a refund. To minimize our time at your facility, we only slept in the rooms at night and spent the entirety of our days out of the building visiting family. I expect a property operating under your brand to maintain basic health, safety, and cleanliness standards. I look forward to your response regarding how you plan to address these conditions.

STAY AWAY! The Common Areas in the buildings are Filthy! This Hotel struck me as more of a Section 8 Low Income Housing Project or Halfway House. They must have a Contract with the County. But they should not lease these rooms to the Unsuspecting General Public as a Hotel! But here is The Most Disgusting part of my stay! I was in town due to a death in my family. I came to help clear out the Apartment of my deceased family member, and we were working against a very tight time-line. As such, for the first days of my stay, I had made a pallet with some Extra Sheets, and slept on the Couch, due to my being physically exhausted each evening when I got back to the room. On my last night, knowing that I had a long drive back to my home State, I showered and put on my pajamas, pulled the covers from the bed, and sat down on it and began to set the Alarm on my phone. While doing this, I felt something damp where I was seated. I immediately stood up, pulled back the bottom sheet, and although there was some type of thin mattress covering on the bed, I could see what looked like stains, and I was hit with the God Awful stench of Urine! This was Utterly Disgusting! I washed up, changed my clothes, and slept on the Couch once again. That morning, I asked to speak with the Manager. The young lady at the Front Desk advised me that the Manager was Milton, but that he was not in. I explained what happened, and asked her to have him call me! IT HAS BEEN A WEEK, AND HE HAS NOT CALLED!
