Overall, the property was clean and well kept. One thing I did notice was in the bathroom. They used a different color gray to do touchups on the wall. Other than that the room was clean. The pool was still winterized and closed. Overall good place to stay at for the night.

Unfortunately we arrived after a long day of driving & the computer was not working. We had to wait about 1/2 hr. Then no elevator. Had to carry the luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The bath towel & hand towel had yellow stains. And i noticed it after I used the towel. Ewww

It was okay being that we stayed one night.was an older hotel because it didn’t have ANY ELEVATORS!!..was upset cause I didn’t have sheets for the pullout bed and called downstairs and the lady said”yes,we have some but come and get them”!!..I was really mad!

There was no elevator, which was not expected when our room was on the 2nd floor. "Do not Disturb" signs were not provided during our 3 night stay. One morning an employee was continuously knocking on the room door at 8:30am , while I\'m in the shower and my wife is yelling to him that we\'re fine and don\'t need anything. I had to get out of the shower to speak face to face with the man only to have him quickly walk away. Towels were replaced in the room without permission. I shouldn\'t have to worry my valuables are at risk from employees after locking my hotel door behind me.

The day shift was nice but the lady on duty at 12:30am check in keep insisting that we take a room on the 2nd floor. The building had no elevator. Im disabled & have to use a walker & cannot do stairs d/t to needing bilateral knee replacement. My sister is disabled and cannot do stairs d/t lower back injury & surgery. It took one hour before the lady would give us the 1st floor room we requested when the reservation was made. I will not be staying at this lo ation again!

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in, in my life. There are roaches in the facility and in the bed and bugs in the bed and crawling on the walls. The night manager even tried to get upset when she was told about the bugs and other people were asking for their money back that didn’t want to stay there with the bugs.

The blankets we asked for were dirty and then told there were no more for us to switch out. The morning shift lady at the front desk was very rude and off putting. The evening front desk man was much nicer. The bed thing had old blood on it and there was a dried piece of blood clot on the bed. It was conveniently located, but unfortunately we won’t be back.

1st room AC was broken. Was given a key to a different room on the second floor. AC was non existent on the second floor. AC in second room was not working. Finally 3rd room had working AC. It’s July in Savanna GA. How there was no AC on the 2nd floor (hallway) and multiple rooms with no working AC and them expecting people to stay in those hot boxes is beyond me. The woman at the counter was wonderful helping us and I know it’s not something she could have fixed or done much except find us a room we could actually stay in.

She told us no we didn’t and that all the rooms were already taken. She then searched through a physical folder and then finally said she found our room. Breakfast was sub par. Its was cool, beds were comfortable. Its rear that i fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The room was quiet, staff was excellent. The guy even hold of on cleaning/packing up the breakfast items area so that i can have some. I arrived late. I would stay again.

Slightly irritating as room was pre paid at it was very late at night after a long drive. Staff was frustrated and the night manager was not pleased I reached out to online support to see if I could move hotels as she got call while I was standing in lobby. This morning same scenario with issues during check out.

The breakfast area was very messy. We came down at 7 (open at 6am) and no coffee, cereal bowls or waffle batter. The microwave was filthy and we had to clean it before use and we helped the desk clerk make waffle batter. When we asked for bowls clerk told us the no more would be put out today!

Very run down! Room was dirty, TV didn’t work (fuzzy channels), carpet was ripped up and full of stains. Shower had someone’s hair in it. Breakfast options were nil. Would NOT stay here again.

Room was adequate. Dated and in need of an upgrade. Lousy Breakfast!! No waffle mix in the machine. Most of the bread for toast was the heals of the loaf. I wouldn't recommend!!

Walls were very thin. Heard the people beside us very clearly. No major problems just old with no updates. Front desk lady was speaking rudely to staff. Breakfast was very limited.

Easy check in. Staff is friendly. Our room was very clean and smelled nice. Our room didnt stay cold during the night. I had to keep dropping the temperature, which isnt normal for me to go as low as I did, but it was doable. The room is very humid, which I know is a common issue anywhere, just be mindful of that. The cleaning staff comes in every day to collect dirty towels and trash, and replenish anything needed. The pool was closed during my stay due to health code violation (unsure exactly why) so that was a little upsetting for my kids, but at least the beach is like 40min away. Idk what keeps happening but three out of the four nights we stayed, we kept getting woken up to by smoke/fire alarms. The first night was around 11pm, and we had to wake up at 5am the next morning, so that sleep disturbance was uncomfortable. Another night it was around 2am I believe, and then the last time for us was around 11pm again. Maybe its smokers, idk, but having that happen during most of our stay and waking us up was not pleasant. Breakfast is very plain. Just bagels, muffins, cereal. I saw hard boiled eggs in the fridge. No warm food. Overall, the stay was good for what I paid for which was around $65 to $75 a night. I wouldnt recommend long term stay like I did, but a night or two isnt bad at all. We were there for an event at the convention center and it was cheaper to stay here than staying in Savannah.
