Great quick check in and got a 1st floor room for dog walks. Clean room with good A/C but pool chained up every though we saw water in it that looked fine. Easy parking close to room and lots of grassy area for the dog.

The door to the side entrance did not lock so anyone could come in and out and the room was slightly updated but still needed better cleaning and painted. It appeared to Be just deteriorated at the base of The walls. The breakfast was all carbs and very very basic we left and went to breakfast instead. It was for the price a what you’d expect. We were traveling with our six Month puppy and needed a last minute because of a tire issue and too late to take care of until the am I will say we booked through hotels.com I was driving daughter age 16 found the hotel and she booked a smoking room but they were able to accompany give a none smoking in first floor. The outside and pool area where well Kept.

It served our purpose of a 1 night stay after an evening flight. A bit rundown and not very clean (including some areas of the room) overall, but service was very good. The breakfast was fine. Elevator inspection certificate is expired.

I like red roof but only thing I don’t like about is there pool I won’t let my kids get in it because it doesn’t look sanitary at all!! It’s was a disappointment pool doesn’t supposed to look green.. This is not the first time either..

Staff were professional, though not overly friendly. Hotel & room condition was acceptable. Room was clean, including linens. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I love that this hotel allows pets without a ridiculous deposit, so we will likely stay again.

Manager was very nice.. pool wasn't open so he offered to give us free ice cream to make up for it because it was right in the middle of summer... doesn't seen like much but i thought it was a very thoughtful gesture.

Wanted something close to the airport. This definitely was. It was gross. The bed was clean but everything else was not. Staff was very nice but the room was not. Looks like they painted over the dirt at some point. Spend the little extra and stay somewhere else.

Needed somewhere to crash for the night and decided to try this hotel. It was quiet and the staff was nice. I was fine until I saw a roach crawling across the countertop where I had ALL of my makeup laid out. Talk about upsetting, wow. Other than that, the stay was ok. I definitely shook all of my clothes out before I packed them back in my suitcase though.

The room was disgusting with floors that have never been cleaned and the bathroom sink was full of dirt and bodily debris. When checking for bed bugs I pulled down the sheets and the mattress cover was full of stains and dirt; most likely not being cleaned in weeks or months. In talking to staff they admitted that the cleaning person in question was terrible and does not do a good job. Also when I questioned them, they indicated that they do not have a supervisor to check the quality of the room cleaning. Also the room was in disrepair with broken or missing fixtures. I asked the manager for a full refund and he would not do it and was very mean / rude to us. This is this worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!! Avoid it at all costs?

Hotel was Convenient coming off 95 on our way to Florida. However, the bathroom was small and dingy with a tiny sink outside the unit. While the tub was clean, the floor looked like it could use a scrubbing and in places tiles were missing which gave the appearance that there was a dirt floor underneath. Also our shower handle was swinging so you could not adjust the temperature. The bed area was fine tho. Hallway had a musty odor and rugs could use a wash. Breakfast was carbs only.

The beds were comfortable and the TV was convenient because it used Direct TV (as I do at home) so I was familiar with the channels. But the wifi did not reach my room (204), the shower water was mislabeled: the hot water came out of the cold water side of the dial--and thus it took forever to realize why I wasn't getting hot water. And the hair dryer did not work. The hotel is also hidden behind another hotel and, though one can see the Red Roof sign from a distance, it takes a bit of winding and then a turn past a sign that says "dead end" to reach it.

It was incredibly loud, the guy who checked us in was nice BUT our keys didn’t work for us initially. He did come to help us but apparently our room was the only one with door/key trouble and kept telling us to “do it like petting a cat”. Didn’t offer to move our room, we had trouble opening the door the entire time we were there. The room was relatively dirty, there was no coffee maker, and the beds were uncomfortable. Also, the TV only had ONE channel to watch. When we returned from Savannah the night of our stay, we parked our car and saw someone right next to us doing inappropriate things in their car (which isn’t something you can control but worth mentioning).

This was just for a quick night’s sleep before heading south. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful. What stood out to me was after we left. Within about 15-20 minutes I got a phone call stating I had left a charger. In all of my travels over the years I have never had a phone call stating we had left something. This was great teamwork between housekeeping and the front desk staff. So very very helpful.

My room key stopped working the morning of check out before 7am, but hotel wasn’t the cleanest throughout, the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke unless you were actually inside your non smoking room. The location was wonderful, so many dining options and right next to Tanger Outlets.

Hotel was right off the Interstate. Really affordable & great for a quick 1 night stop. We stayed here while traveling to Tybee Island. Surrounding area has plenty of places to eat & gas up. Only about 20ish minute drive into the Historic District on Savannah.

We were a bit apprehensive when we were given a room closest to the highway, but with the aircon on, the road noise did not bother us at all. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was very clean, but we were expecting the pool to be open until end September & it was already shut on 29 Sep. Apart from the pool, we had a comfortable stay here for 1 night.

The staff was helpful and attentive. The Continental breakfast was not up to par. The beds are getting old, they were lumpy, and I felt like I was going to roll off the edge.

The door to the side entrance did not lock so anyone could come in and out and the room was slightly updated but still needed better cleaning and painted. It appeared to Be just deteriorated at the base of The walls. The breakfast was all carbs and very very basic we left and went to breakfast instead. It was for the price a what you’d expect. We were traveling with our six Month puppy and needed a last minute because of a tire issue and too late to take care of until the am I will say we booked through hotels.com I was driving daughter age 16 found the hotel and she booked a smoking room but they were able to accompany give a none smoking in first floor. The outside and pool area where well Kept.

Hotel was Convenient coming off 95 on our way to Florida. However, the bathroom was small and dingy with a tiny sink outside the unit. While the tub was clean, the floor looked like it could use a scrubbing and in places tiles were missing which gave the appearance that there was a dirt floor underneath. Also our shower handle was swinging so you could not adjust the temperature. The bed area was fine tho. Hallway had a musty odor and rugs could use a wash. Breakfast was carbs only.

Bed was clean. But hotel was run down. My room had not a good cleaning in years. We were staying one night so it was ok. But I would not have stayed a second night. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

This was a one night stay for my family. The suite was great for the 5 of us. Three room was outdated but clean. It would have been great there were more towels upon check-in, but it was only a minor inconvenience. There are a few vending machines. They are cash only though. The front desk was very hospitable and kind. The breakfast was not very much. DIY waffles are always a hit. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, and they clean very ealry too. Down side no breakfast. Had a payment taken out of my car but refunded right away by them. Has a pool. Rooms are clean. I saw a whats supposed to be a antenna in the corner of the tv but looks like a hidden camera more than anything, it has a sign saying is a remote antenna for signal. I didnt see a light on it i just pushing it back.

The pool was filthy. Trash all over the property. Too many “transient residents” living there. We rented the suite. Smelled like mold when we walked in- after we had to kick the door to get it to open. The blinds on the door between the rooms were broken. Bathroom door had to be forced open and closed due to the floor being replaced but the door not being trimmed. The shower was poorly updated. Toilet made a horrible noise in the middle of the night and woke me up. Wash cloths were horribly stained. I received a text shortly after we arrived. I gave it a low score. 4 hours later after we were asleep, the front desk called the room and woke us up again asking about the low score on the review. This was at the pm. Lots of people smoking pot in the pool area and parking lot on Saturday. There was a strong smell of pot in the elevator as well. The breakfast consisted of breads and cereal. Coffee was horrible.
