Great staff‼️ very convenient and accommodating

Hotel is in great location, staff are very friendly, a/c was powerful, blackout curtains, and access to beach club chairs was of value. However, room could be more functional: place for towels and toothbrushes at bathroom sink, larger bed side tables, kettle, etc. The hotel pools also did not appear as we expected; one is on a roof, but without a view and given construction in neighbouring lot, not relaxing and with limited sun.

Parking is a challenge. Vew few spots on the 2nd floor and they are VERY narrow. Rent yourself a small car if you stay here. Hotel room was nice, big, clean. Had almost no storage space to unpack. No dressers, No night stand with drawers. One open closet with some hangers and a few shelves. Water pressure was just OK. Could be better. Bathroom also lacked storage around sink. Air conditioner in the room was noisy, so bring your ear plugs. Pools were nice. Hot tub was VERY NOT. Too hot for our taste. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was excellent near the beach and lots of restaurants and casinos.

Beautiful place to stay. Located in a nice area with lots of shopping. Walking distance to beach. Overall good experience.
