Room was clean but in need of some repair due to this being an older property that seems to have been neglected. The bed frame on the king bed made so much noise every time you moved it woke me and my husband up and sounded like it was ready to fall apart. The mattress was okay but a bit too firm for my liking. "Cara" the front desk lady was rude and very disorganized checking us in. Inquiring about private medical needs for my husband's service dog in front of other guests . She had no right asking about his medical condition, let alone in front of other guests... Total violation of privacy. Now let's talk about the NOISE... not much sleep occurred between the two of us, I would say maybe 6 hours total broken up. We could hear the guy in the next room snoring all night.. sounded like he was in our room. Walls are thin, doors are thin and everything echoes. Heard ice machine, people walking above, normally foot steps not excessive. Water pressure in the shower was actually amazing and breakfast was good. Will definitely not stay here again... For the price I could have had a much better experience and more sleep for the long travel day.

The bath tub was dirty. Had someone else hair in it. There was not any Splenda for the coffee. The front desk needed help because she was working the breakfast and desk and could not keep up.

The remote for the TV was sticky, the pool area was closed because the county SHUT IT DOWN due to not being maintained, our room smelled like pee and was muggy when we got to it, the picture on the TV was not fitted to the screen so parts were not able to be seen and we attempted to fix it but it didn't work. Around 3:30 in the morning the TV let out a horrible beeping noise and the screen went black so we shut it off even though I need some kind of sound to sleep and about an hour later the air conditioner made an awful noise waking us up again. We had to be up early for a family members surgery so not getting enough sleep set us up for an even longer day. We ended up leaving the hotel and going to a differentnone for the rest of our stay. I will NEVER be back at this hotel.

I liked that check was actually at 12pm very quite hotel , food was good , hot tub. Worked like a champ showers was nice and hot nice and clean room.

Rooms were dirty. Found several dead bugs on the floor in the Room's. found several alive bugs in the Room's and hallway. Hallway smelled like mildew. Rooms had blinds that couldn't block the parking lamp lights out at all. Room's were no smoking room's but could smell Marijuana. Toilets had a black ring in them from lack of being cleaned. After seeing all of this I was afraid to eat the breakfast. Will never stay that this company's hotels again
