Great hotel new. Restaurant is not ready

I chose this hotel because the site said this had a bar and breakfast that was operational. That was not true, and the staff told me they alerted hotels.com to this but your site was not updated

Had a rough start to begin with the hotel clerk gave us key cards to a room that had not been cleaned. We walked in bed was unmade, bathroom dirty! scared us to death…thought we’d walked in on another person! went back downstairs and the manager gave us another room.

The hotel rooms were both very clean and the gym was nice and clean too. The only thing regarding the gym was there was no A/C temp control or maybe we overlooked it...not a big deal at all. John 5:24

The remodeling was very tastefully done.
