Glory Inn Downtown Moncton

Honestly one of the most surreal B&B experiences of my life. The couple who run the B&B speak very little English so it’s pretty difficult to communicate what you need/want to them. They are so, so kind though, and couldn’t do enough for us. They supplied a high chair for breakfast for our 1yo, and insisted that we take loads of food away with us when we left. The lady couldn’t understand why we wouldn’t want eggs for breakfast, even though we explained we don’t eat them because they make us both ill. Not an allergy, but maybe we should have said that to keep things simple! I can’t in all honesty rate this stay as ‘excellent’ because the house is a little shabby and oddly decorated but it’s very comfortable and we slept well. There was a newer bathroom which was appreciated. It’s definitely a decent place to spend a night if you’re in town for work or don’t mind too much about some communication/translation issues.

Love staying here the owners are so friendly, indont like how you book a specific room and they will put you in what er room.they feel like. My only complaint.

Plus une style bed and breadfest que d'une hotel. Manque de d'epousettagedans le chambre planche collant. Le lit etait comfortable j'ai bien dormi.

The hosts were amazing, great location, would stay again.

The couple owning the buildings were very nice. It felt like staying with a relative rather than a hotel, so it was much more relaxing and comfortable. I was surprised how beautifully the garden was maintained, including the roses and fruit trees. Plenty of parking spaces.
