Check in went pretty smooth, but the lady working the front desk (no name tag) was not friendly at all. The room was very nice. Beds were comfy, breakfast was just ok. Elevator needs some repairs but overall it was a comfortable stay. Convenient location to everything.

Elevators were out of service the entire weekend. Ice machines were not working on 2nd floor. Employees were extremely rude. We typically stay here twice a year for race weekend, and never have had an issue. This time the stay wasn't what it normally is.

Pleasant surprise. Staff was excellent. Very quiet and, overall safe place to stay. Off the main drag but, close to everything you need. Plenty of dining options. Breakfast was better than most hotels of this caliber. If I had to complain about something, it’s a little dated inside and, WAY too much chlorine in the pool. Overall decent place to crash. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Staff at check in was rude. Nearly every corner we turned something was out of order or not working properly. The back patio area had chains on the door. The sauna was out of order. The pool’s heater was out of order and the ice machine in the laundry area was also out of order. My family and I went to breakfast and even my children refused to dine in due to how unkept the area looked. We ended up going to a near by Waffle House. The bathroom had a roach crawling in the bathtub.overall the hotel has a lot of wear and tear throughout the facility. The rooms, the elevators etc.

It looks like someone bought a deteriorated La Quinta and decided to try and squeeze a few more dollars out of it without reinvesting any revenue in maintenance, cleaning or staffing. The property and building are dirty. The sheets on the bed were dirty and we had to request another room because the first one smelled like cigarette smoke (even though front desk staff claimed the property was smoke free).

Front staff lady seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We were a simple check in, didn’t ask for extra and she literally gave 0 energy at all. We’re in the room for less than 10-15 minutes and found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Ending up leaving and staying the night somewhere else.

The initial reception after driving 11.5hrs with a 9 month old was less than welcoming. After being exhausted and taking a shower to get comfortable we find roaches all over the room. We request a new room and was advised they recently sprayed. We get to the new room and the AC was not working. Inconvenience after inconvenience. I was very disappointed in the whole visit. The next day was better with better customer service.

We arrived around 10:30pm Saturday. There was a terrible odor in the building and rooms. The sheets were dirty. The light switch was dangling out the wall. And we have not heard from the Manager yet to discuss the situation and to get a refund. We checked our Sunday morning in the 9:00am hour and was charged for the entire stay. It was a horrible experience. Thank you

We were allowed a late check out. Breakfast was good. Our suite was quite big and comfortable... the only issue were the televisions. The signal constantly went in and out...unable to watch NCAA Final Four without interruption... it was reported and serviceman came but he was unable to fix the issue.

The Front Desk person was friendly and moved quickly to get me in my room. Parking felt safe and the lot was well lit. The room was surprisingly large, I enjoyed that fact that there as both a fridge and a microwave.

No manager at 1am. Only a young foreign man with no ID at front desk; he said he just arrived in the country a few days ago and still waiting on his i.d. Suspicious . In phone w "manager " tried to photocopy my debit card. I didn\'t allow. Elevator was nasty. Halls smelled bad. Keys didn\'t work. The guys didn\'t do it right. We asked for refund. Booked on Expedia. They said we had to call Expedia. Seemed like a scam. Very sketchy place. Went to another two hotel that both said the la Quinta is bad here. And one hotel manager even said "shady people hang out there. Drugs. And trafficking!" Stay away from this la Quinta . Very different and nasty compared to other ones we stayed in. We didn\'t feel safe. It had a creepy vibe

** NOISY GUEST - AND staff could not do anything about it because there is NO SECURITY on the premises!! Upon check-in, the greeting wasn't the friendliest at all. The older woman didn't bother to smile at all, and when I inquired about my room requests when I previously booked, she said nothing. When she completed charging me (upon check-in, which is normally not done), I asked what room - and she said it's on the card. This should be a "teachable" moment - how about informing a guest of what room as you're handing over the key card as normal common courtesy?? And let's not forget that your the front face of "Customer Service" at a hotel counter - which means a "smile" should also be the norm. Lastly - I had an ANNOYING guest who apparently felt it was OK to play LOUD video games - as if they're at home! I called and asked the same front desk woman to call or visit the annoying next door guest - but even though she did - I soon found out that there was nothing she could do to enforce this annoying RUDE guest to reduce his noise -- because MANAGEMENT is too cheap to pay for SECURITY staff on the premises!! Also, a light was out near the bed area - but also found out that management here does NOT pay for any MAINTENANCE staff after 5pmish? REALLY? I will not be staying here again when needing to book again.

Quick check-in, was there for a football tournament so it was a good bit of people just having a good time ( no complaints on that one). Shower pressure could have been better (but was hot) & elevator moved slow. But other than that we enjoyed the stay and will book again.

Deferred maintenance is evident. Area is not pedestrian friendly (no sidewalks). Drive exit is on a curve with large plantings on either side that block view. Bed was comfy and clean. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was atrocious—garlic does not belong on everything. The coffee cups were minuscule and there was no sugar substitutes. The hotel is clearly in the state of being remodeled, and that’s not something that bothers me, but when I needed to use the business office and it was missing windows for privacy and one of the staff sat *right beside* the open window playing loud videos on his phone, I was massively put out. I had to conduct my office from my vehicle in the parking lot. The only positive was that the AC worked well.

The bathroom faucet was about to fall off other than that room was nice. The hotel didn't offer coffee in the evening and breakfast was lacking. Compared to 3 other la Quinta hotels we have stayed at recently this one was subpar

The room was clean and updated. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. The continual breakfast was laking the most. Biscuits was cold the gravy tasted like it was from a can. I think the eggs was probably egg beaters or powered and sausage links had a weird texture to them

The bathroom stopper needs changing in room 302. We were missing the tv remote and had to go downstairs to get one. The number of adults was listed as three but we only had towels for two. Asked for a shower chair on reservation but none was available. If you need a shower chair DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. THEIR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST ON THE WEEKEND SERVICES NO PROTEIN AT ALL. IF BREAKFAST IS NOT IMPORTANT THEN YOUR BOOKING HERE IS OK. THE PEOPLE ABOVE US SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE JUMPING OFF THE BED AND STOMPING AROUND JUST TO BE NOISY. I THOUGHT THEY WERE FIGHTING BUT MY ROOMMATES WERENT BOTHERED I LET IT GO AND DID NOT CALL THE FRONT DESK. THE STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL. The hotel itself was very decent. It could definitely have been cleaner specifically the bathroom, but that’s true of almost every hotel. The floors were clean and the room smelled pleasant. The staff was friendly the major downfall of this hotel is that right next to it is some sort of closed off property with trash and broken glass and old furniture and mattresses all over the place

The best part is that the hotel is right across the street from amazing restaurants and 3 minutes away from shopping centers and Walmart. Fast food is minutes away. The breakfast in the morning is good also. Be there on time cause the other guests make sure they are lol. The hotel room i had was the double queen suite and there is too much room in there. I loved the stay and this will be my go to hotel when vising the Atlanta area. It's only 25 minutes without traffic and about 40 minutes with traffic from downtown Atlanta.
