Super 8 by Wyndham Stockbridge

I arrived at the hotel around 10pm. The outside appearance was the first red flag! There were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed. While getting checked in, the clerk tells me the pool isn't working (second red flag) We grabbed our bags and went upstairs, there were a few young folks hanging outside the room door smoking. The smell was terrible. After entering the room, the room was DISGUSTING. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months! I walked in the bathroom and there wasn't a full roll of tissue or an extra roll. The tub, toilet, and sink was so freaking nasty. I pulled the covers back on the bed.....it looked as if someone had slept in them and the top cover had been pulled back neatly. There was hair and stains EVERYWHERE. YUCK! The floors where literally black with trash on the floor. As I was looking around, a freaking Roach came from behind the dresser! I went downstairs to request a refund. She gave me the manager's info and asked that I come back in the morning to have my refund issued back to me. I went back the next morning and there were 2 ladies working. I stood there probably 10 minutes before they acknowledged me because Angela (I think that was her name) was fussing and being VERY rude to the other employee. Finally, I explained to her why I was there. She proceeded to be rude to me as well but I corrected her quickly. She refused to give me authorization of my refund and stated for me not to come back! Trashy and nasty hotel! Garbage

Older Super 8 that was being remolded and had rooms fairly completely done; also with a pool.Convenient to nearby shopping and food options. Rather poor, minimal breakfast of a few sparse, cold items and nothing hot.

Both ice makes out of order....computer said I signed up for a smoker's room (NOT)....and the stench was sickening. Also shower curtain rod was not fully functioning (failing mount), and both ends of the curtains closed in on the center creating wet floor when showering. Internet was good. Felt lucky stuff on car wasn't robbed.

My family and I had to stay here for an extended amount of time while we were waiting on our home. What could have been a stressful period was made very pleasant by all of the amazing staff at this hotel. The pool was open, the grounds were clean, and we imagined we were on an extended vacation. I appreciate the hospitality.

The place gave good service. And the pool was nice

Old facility. Not maintained. Loose outdoor steps to second floor. Noisy. Air conditioner was too loud to use all night. Included breakfast was a joke. Just a couple prepackaged items and the worst coffee I’ve ever tried.

Not very much nearby. Pool seems to be permanently closed despite the picture on the advertisement. Only stay at if the price is low enough to make sense for a quick rest stop before further travels.

Did not appear to be in good upkeep. Mold in the bathtub. In need of a good remodel

Property was clean but had several maintenance issues that should be addressed. Bed was comfortable.

It was scary when u can only get in 1st set of doors to check in and only opening was to slide paper in after signing it. The main doors are only open during breakfast hrs. Outside entrances to rooms. We walked to get food and it seemed safe enough.

Very nice lady running the front desk, but the room was just really dirty, tons of mildew in the bath and the sink had food in the drain. The room was just dirty throughout.

There was literal vomit on the side of the bed when we arrived. The bedspreads were covered in dark stains and there were cockroaches that greeted us at the door. The entertainment stand was so wet/rotted it was collapsing on itself. They moved us rooms after we found the vomit. Then the TV didn’t work.

The hotel has been renovated and is really clean. House keeping was there every day to keep it tidy. The front desk was very nice as well.

Check in process went fine. We got to our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The floor was nasty, there was some unknown liquid on the floor beside the bed, the pillow cases were dirty, there was what appeared to be mold behind the tv and on the back of the night stand, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. When we tried to address the issues with the guy at the front desk, he was very rude and did not want to help at all. Thankfully we found another hotel nearby and hotels.com helped us get our money back.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly

The hotel room was disgusting. Smelled like musky smoke. It was damp. The walls had markings everywhere. The corners were dirty. The bedding and towels were clean, but that’s about it. There is a chair in the room that has mold growing on the side of it. Like something was spilled on it and never cleaned up or noticed and now has grown mold. Room was gross.

Check in went great, allowed us to get into our room a little early. However, I discovered that our bed had bed bugs as my kids and I were going to bed. Outside of moving us one room over, nothing was done or offered to help compensate . I stripped the new room down to make sure there were not bugs, but we could not sleep at all that night. This hotel had no sympathy for us, they could have cared less. We checked out immediately the next morning. Definitely would not recommend this location.

Our room was very dated and dirty. The main door handle on the inside side came off.

This was the dirtiest dingiest hotel ever. Carpet and vinyl flooring was sticky, counters were not wiped off, bathroom was gross. They made the bed and nothing more. Musty odor as well... Can't believe how much I paid for staying in a barn

The hotel is nasty and unkept. I asked for a new room after viewing the first and the second wasn’t any better. Patches of hair were left on the floor from the previous occupants, hair inside the microwave, the mattress has dips and sunken spots, the round plate that turns the shower on was removed and I could see through the bathroom wall, the carpet is dirty and this is a place to never book from. Go up the road to better Stockbridge hotels. This place is a horror and horrendous at its best.

ive stayed here more than 8 times and all of the trips in 2025 had bad furniture most of it looks like its from water damage or something. this use to be a ok hotel now it looks bad. i will def stay again because everyone is nice from check in and check out just hopw they get better furniture for rooms. im not going to leave the pics i feel everyone deserves a chance to fix problems

Rm 206 has a leaky shower head. Just needs plumbing tape over threads.

This place was adequate for my one night stay during a long road trip. The staff was excellent, but the facility generally had a run down feeling about it. An overhead light was missing its shade and was harshly bright. The TV had vertical striped running through the picture. The faucet handle in the shower was nearly detached, etc. The upstairs neighbors were really noisy, thought they did settle down for the night at a reasonable hour.

In our room the toilet didn’t work. The sink was plugged and the hairdryer didn’t work. Never will stay here again.

Outdated and in bad condition furniture. Poor breakfast

The rooms are supposed to be smoke-free. The first room that I checked into smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. When I went to change rooms, the clerk stated that many people smoke there, regardless of the rules. I was given another room that did not fare much better. The microwave did not work, and people smoked weed on the balcony.

The fan in bathroom was very noisy and squeaky. The tub was very slippery. The door to bathroom wouldn't close

The concierge was awesome and very helpful.

Easy check in and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable

The “housekeeping staff” had my husband change the sheets in our room himself then, the next day they offered me the option to “self clean.” When I refused, they begrudgingly changed the bed sheets and replaced the towels. For almost $90/night, I should get service with a smile

They couldn’t provide a clean room. Switched rooms immediately, tried to cope with the second room for a while and finally decided it wasn’t worth going home with bedbugs. The staff was incredibly rude about it, rolled their eyes and refused to give a refund even though I hadn’t even pulled back the bedsheets or been there more than 20 minutes. Got a room at the Microtel right around the corner which was immaculate, but I’m out over $200 to that disgusting Super 8. I’m used to cheap/poorly cleaned hotels, but there’s a limit. I’ll be contesting the charges.

Great and friendly staff enjoyed our stay.

They let us check in 30 min early

Ms Lisa was very rude and threatened to cancel my reservation and refund me my room after i asked her about the deposit she asked me to pay. She refused at one point to not give me my Drivers License and Debit card back and said she woukd call the police to remove me all over asking a general question about the deposit which is not listed anywhere on their website

Booked a room with two queen beds because we had 4 people staying in the room. They gave us a room with one queen bed. We had to go back up to the front desk to correct the mistake. They argued with us about the room we booked even though we had an email that said two queen beds. We had to show them the confirmation email twice before they would finally give us a room with two queen beds.

The property was co conveniently, located, near interstate, shopping and dining. The hotel also had a convenient breakfast option the dislikes the hotel did not have a late check out, and the quality cleaning of the room was very poor.

Great place to stay especially if you are going to the NASCAR race at Echo Park Speedway (only a 15 mile drive)

Gross, dirty, and definitely unsafe. The initial room the staff tried to give us had the door open to the outside with the light on. All the paint was peeling off the front door. Didn’t even get out of the car to look at is as it was unsafe. Went back to the office to see about getting a different room. Looked at a different room and didn’t even stay the night there. Complete waste of money. Drove another hour down the road to a place where we felt safer, the room was clean, and was basically the same price.

Booked a 2 bed room for 4 people, they tried to give us a 1 bed room for 2 people and said that they didn't make mistakes, even though we had a confirmation saying what we had booked. Breakfast was discontinued due to ownership change. Room was okay but the exterior was very rundown.

Not extremely dirty but very worn. Top door lock coming out of door. Door broken to bathroom, coming out of door frame. Drawer on nightstand was coming apart. Paint was coming off wall. Floor could have used some scrub down. Only decaf coffee.

Paint peeling on entrance door. Scratch mark from chair on wall.. desk chair no back support. Microwave area needs replaced. Something about WiFi but no tv. I came to sleep, not party.
