The most disappointing stay i have ever had at a hotel. Upon checking in the front desk clerk was exceptional. She was trying to accomodate our needsbut the disgust of the room had nothing to do with her assistance. The room was sooooo dusty the table the television and counter area in the bedroom. The floor was filthy with stains and half vacumed and the bottom skirtbof the bed was soooo stained it was horrible. We had an appointment and had to leave....we got back to the room that night and i couldn't sleep because of the dirty smell of the room. We go to the bathroom, it was filthy under the seat under the toilet bowl...the bottom of the shower curtain was mildewed!!! As bad as this was....we go out to the pool and discover that it was out of. Commission and has been for awhile when we. He ked with the front desk clerk. When reserving this room on your site there was no mention of the pool being losed or not usable. I was over charged for this room and feel like i should be reimbursed for th stay....this was a sickening stay.

Decent for the money. Rooms on the front side of the building are subject to significant road noise. My room door did not shut completely such that it let light in at night. Stains on furniture and carpet. Reasonably clean outside of that. Lot's of choices to eat nearby. Exterior could use some cosmetic attention. With some additional thought, I'd stay there again.

We stayed 7 days.Ice Machine Broken, temp ice chest never has ice. No hot water in breakfast area. Waffle maker did not work properly part of the time.aNot much of a continental breakfast. Room was clean, jet tub worked. One cockroach, but room was clean and good shape.Did have cold air coming through door trim. Would stay again if broken items are fixed.

This is an old hotel. It really needs an upgrade inside and out. The room doors were dirty and that’s one of my pet peeves- dirty doors. The front desk staff were friendly. I will not be returning to this hotel.

This place should be condemned. When we walked into our room, the smell almost made me sick. The water would not turn off in the bathroom sink and then when I looked at the beds, gross! Stains that I dont even want to think about what caused them. There was hair on the sheets and a LOT of bed bugs! Gross is an understatement!

Both rooms had strong, unpleasant odors. The carpets were outdated and emitted a foul smell whenever we entered. One bathroom reeked of urine. Surprisingly, the smoking room smelled better than the non-smoking one. We were in town to bury my daughter, and it was extremely upsetting to deal with such conditions. I did speak up and was offered another room, but it was even worse. We ended up buying cleaning products ourselves to make the space bearable. It was distressing that, during a time of grief, we had to clean instead of focus on mourning. To make matters worse, we were rushed out with a knock at 11:02 AM, despite having three people in the room

We checked in, got our key and when we went into the room it smelled horrible. The pillow cases were mildewed, the bathroom floor was sticky, and the dresser drawers were broken. It was not somewhere I wanted to stay, so we went and checked out. It definitely needs some work.

We had to clean the bathroom upon arrival. There was an ancient lampshade with holes and about 1 dozen lady bugs in the room. The beds were made only 1 day of 6 until i requested the room to be cleaned. The shower had good pressure and temperature, but a slow drain backed the water up. We asked for it to be cleaned but it didn't improve. Minimal options for breakfast but at least a few hot items. Fruit ran out several days and coffee was empty on our last day. Beds were comfortable and the air and heat worked.

Check in was smooth and the gentleman was friendly. Walking into the room I noticed a piece of toilet paper filling the peephole in the door , then found out the tv fridge was unplugged , the tv did not have a remote and limited channels to 6 , fridge was moldy and smelled and closed . The light in the bathroom did not turn on and there was no warm or hot water to shower or even wash my face . Horrible experience and lady at check out was rude and didn’t even ask about my stay .

Beds were comfortable and clean, as was the room. There were some minor issues (big waterstain on the ceiling of the bathroom, etc.) which is likely just due to the age of the motel. Everything worked, and cleaning staff took care of the room while we were gone, making the beds, leaving fresh towels, etc. Area was quiet and we all slept well. Breakfast on Monday was fine when I went to breakfast on Tuesday there were no eggs there were only biscuits gravy and cereal. I had to ask for ketchup and was given two packs. The toilet in our room was corroded.

Well most of all they have roaches, tv remote control didn’t work, Have to get your ice out off a cooler. And it’s dirty and mean really dirty. And that so called breakfast was a joke. If I could have got my money back. I would have left. I’ll will never stay at that place again.

We rated this 4 out of 5 due to some minor blemishes. Nothing that detracted from out stay / comfort. Staff was professional /Breakfast was good. We often wonder if management bothers to visit each room ( yes there are a lot of rooms ) about once a month just to see for themselves the specific conditions in each room = refrigerator / freezer condition for instance. We'll stay here again, David & Diana

This was the first Hotel I ever stayed at we stayed for 3 days , it was clean and the room was spacious, and quiet . The breakfast room was clean and had a lot of options, waffles , cereal, muffins , yogurt and different kinds of drinks. The staff was friendly and was patient. The only thing was that the mini fridge didn’t get cold enough, and the microwave was kind of hard to use but over all it was a good place to sleep and relax.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is nice and property is very clean. Rooms are spacious and a variety of breakfast items such as, waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, toast, muffins, and orange/ apple juice to choose from. I had a safe and enjoyable stay.

I like the fact that the staff came into my room and replaced my washcloths daily. However, my sign did say, "Privacy Please." Still, that was ok. I DID NOT like that during breakfast every morning, "no ketchup available in the dining area." I had to ask for it every morning and the lady at the front desk would give me 2 packets only. I eventually bought myself a bottle of ketchup to bring to breakfast with me.

We had to clean the bathroom upon arrival. There was an ancient lampshade with holes and about 1 dozen lady bugs in the room. The beds were made only 1 day of 6 until i requested the room to be cleaned. The shower had good pressure and temperature, but a slow drain backed the water up. We asked for it to be cleaned but it didn't improve. Minimal options for breakfast but at least a few hot items. Fruit ran out several days and coffee was empty on our last day. Beds were comfortable and the air and heat worked.

Thomaston is such a beautiful city and it is a shame there’s not one decent hotel in the entire place! This property had a very nice staff, but the room was nasty. The rug was filthy. The bathroom stunk like urine. And the air conditioner blew up in the middle of the night and it was 90° outside. When we got up in the morning, all of the scrambled eggs were gone there was one biscuit and it had the nastiest looking gravy I had ever seen. I wish they would put a Hampton in in Thomaston.

Ran out of toilet paper & tissues. Wet washcloth found in room from previous guests. Great water pressure for shower. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Had to pick & choose outlets to charge phones. Some outlets on nightstand lamp wouldn't work. No bugs, but carpet rather dirty.
