Place smells like dog urine and poop parking is horrible to many broken cars not moving taking up space

There was trash in a drawer and on top of a cabinet, the tv didn't work and was replaced with one without a remote control, so that one didn't work. They said they would come back and get the tv working, but no one came back to fix it. Two light bulbs were missing, there were exposed fan blades in the kitchen, a broken handle on a cabinet, and dog feces all around the area outside. Also, they were supposed to open at 8:00 AM. We went to return the key at 8:12 and no one was in the office or answering the phone. There was no place to return the key. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I booked a handicap accessible room weeks in advance, and when I arrived no room was available and I was put on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator so I had to navigate stairs with a hip injury and fractured knee. There were roaches. The shower had such poor water pressure that I had to rinse my hair in the kitchenette sink.

The stay was adequate for what it was, but there was a very big problem. Aside from the non-smoking room smelling faintly of weed, the hotel instructs guests to turn in their keys or face a charge. I had to leave before the front office opened and there was no drop box for my key or anyone to give me assistance. The door to the office said to use the phone next to the door if you need after hours assistance, but the phone was locked down. There was also a number to call, which I did, but it went to voice mail and, despite leaving a message, I recieved no response. The next morning I had to call them before check out time to tell them that I had to leave my key on the nightstand of the room because there was no way to turn it in. Ultimately, unless you're staying for an extended stay, steer clear.

This property is ok. The staff is friendly but there is always some type of hidden policies. The room does not come equipped with dishes to accommodate a long term stay and they charge for housekeeping. They don't price match the website and they don't allow you to make other reservations to save money. if you rebook through any website, you must fully check out of your room and then check back in at 3pm. The dryers do not work well so I often have to pay twice to make sure my clothes are dry, and they do random room inspections without written notice or posted policy. The staff is nice, and they are always willing to answer any questions. I do like the fact that they are not argumentative and don't get mad when you have questions or don't agree with their made up policies. It's what works for now.

it was a very big parking lot and very big hotel and they allowed dogs and the staff was good but the rooms were nasty the people were loud and inconsiderate and it was kind of a dangerous area

I understand it’s a motel, but it’s probably the worse motel I ever stayed. The first room they gave to me is much smaller than the picture shows. No kitchen table, room smell like smoking (we booked non smoking room), hairs in the tub. We got there late and tired, didn’t feel like to change a room after we moved all the luggage to second floor. Second day, found out microwave is broken. The Lady helped to replace microwave had a bad day or something, who had such a bad attitude. She couldn’t even find a place to store a giant microwave in the kitchen since there isn’t a table. We finally decided that is enough, we will find another place to stay tomorrow. But The front desk wouldn’t confirm with me to cancel my last day stay, just told me to call Hotels.com since I booked through the website. After I talked to Hotels.com, they decided to switch a larger room for us. That was supposed to be the room I booked but we didn’t get until I complained with Hotels.com. I guess I got some discounts from Hotels.com, they decided to switch a small smoking room! After we moved everything in this large room, discovered the bathroom sink isn’t drain at all! The front desk told me no maintenance is working on the weekend! A terrible motel with all broken facilities, that place should be rebuilt before it can be functioning properly! I DO NOT recommend this motel to anyone!

I seen roaches in the bathroom at night.

My bathroom tub was dirty. I also had roaches in my room. I spent one night. I was in room 385.

It wss fill of smoking rooms and roach its dirty , would never. Stay there again

The kitchen was still dirty and there was dried food on the table and wall. In the bathroom, the door did not close completely and the tub was still dirty. Mildew in cracks of shower and sink. To top it off, we were asked if we had pets and we said no. The agent said she would still put us in a room across from the office so they could keep an eye and make sure we didn't have a pet. Lastly, we were charged an extra $25 deposit of which I advised was not listed. I was told pay it if I want the room and in order to get it back, the office managers would need to walk through my room and inspect it first. As a matter of fact, we were told that management would randomly walk in our room to observe, every 3 days. I'd never waste my time and money with them.

I arrived after 4. I was asked to pay an extra 25.00 plus tax security deposit. Hotel.com didn’t mention. I’m waiting for them to return my 25.00. The first room they gave the toilet seat was a mess. The second room smoke filled and I don’t smoke. The third room tub was nasty and the worker came and cleaned. I feel very cheated now I know why there is no refund. Sad

Nice room and quiet area

The beds are not comfortable. The bathtub needs to have a lot of work done to it. VERY BAD WATER PRESSURE IN THE BATH SHOWER. Overall I will not stay here again.

I didnt like that i reserved a 2bed/ queen room. Smoking. Was unavailable, had to settle with 1 queen room

What a quiet little motel. Super clean and friendly staff. Rooms are large and well equipped for bringing in groceries.

This was a horrible stay. First day resident arguing. Room was not clean. Very very hood. This was a mess bed was not comfortable will never stay here again or any Studio 6

PROPERTY WAS CLOSED UPON CHECK IN AFTER 10PM THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOUR BOOKING

I made a reservation about 2 weeks prior for 3 nights at this motel. I arrived after driving for 7 hours that day. It was 10:22 p.m. when I pulled into the office. All of the office lights were off and the door was locked. I called the number listed on the door, and a woman informed me that my reservation had been cancelled because I "didnt answer the phone." She said the office closed at 10:00p.m. They refused to let me book a room. They told me to call Expedia. It was a terrible experience. Ive traveled through 27 countries. Very few motels in any of those countries were unavailable at even odd hours, and this was the very first motel in 30 years I have encountered that closed the lobby at such a ridiculously early hour....especially when I had a reservation. Absolute laziness. There is no other excuse for such egregiously awful customer service. They were inconsiderate, rude, disorganized, and inflexible. They even had the audacity to insinuate it was my fault. I've had some bad experiences, including staying in an $8 motel in Southern Mexico that was converted from the local jail. This one, though, will stand on the podium all by itself for a long time. No excuses. F.

Very disrespectful staff.

The biggest piece of crap I have ever seen on my many trips. A reservation is made that has already been paid for and confirmed and these irresponsible people close the office at 10 pm leaving me without a room. It's incredible. There was no way, no call, and no one to attend to our complaints. We drove for 8 hours escaping Hurricane Milton and these irresponsible people didn't care at all. A thousand thanks to Hotels.com who were the only ones who attended to me and resolved this problem for me and my family. 10 stars to HOTELES.COM AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The best thing about this property is the staff. They are always friendly and understanding. The property is very quiet and secure. This is a good property for temporary living and just stopping in town.

First impression means nothing to this place . The residents are sketchy the staff are rude, and just want your money. I tried to check in around noon, I seen clean rooms with the curtain pulled back. I've worked in hospitality, which is how I knew. We were sent to a waiting area which is outside in the scorching heat we were trying to recooperate from, despite my room already been paid. On top of that I waited an additional 30 mins to check in by now it was going on 4. Later in to the check in I was charged a surprise deposit of 27 dollars and I wanted to add another guest they told me that's an additional 12 dollars on top of the 64.00 already paid and a deposit. I felt like they robbed me blind but was grateful to have a room . As far as recommending hotels, it's clean comfortable and somewhat affordable if u add nothing to your reservation. They just need better staff. They were unprofessional. And making a paying guest wait on you then jack the price up at check in is unacceptable. I was angry they took all my money for no reason. I want to think because I'm American and a woman. But is what it is. Don't arrive early , they will make you wait till after 3. Also they are money hungry. I may never come back. ... Well I will but the whole staff would have to be removed. Terrible customer service . They do as they want. Sigh.....not happy I spent 95 dollars and intended on a cheaper stay without the extra. They'll get one star for now.

Quiet and feel safe

Ms.Manisha and Ms.Nishi are absolutely wonderful People,.they are kind,patient,caring for the individuals here. Extremely clean ,quiet location, the grounds are picturesque,.i am recommended Studio 6 of Northlake to be a terrific place to come too!
