Housekeeping never cleaned our room in the 4 nights we were there. I thought they would have cleaned it at least once. Also, the pool was nice, but it had a dirty bottom. I never saw anyone clean the pool.

Hotel has no elevator so if you're staying anywhere but the first floor, you're carrying your luggage up flights of stairs. One staff member in particular ignores phone calls. I tried to contact the front desk to notify them of late check-in. No answer for 2 hours. We get there only to see this front desk staff member ignore phone calls. Found someone's hair on our bath towels. I would not recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is very clean and friendly. Location is great to where you can walk to the peir or shops on Tybee. I would definitely stay here again. There is personal opinions of mine. Wish it had breakfast which it doesn't. As well only stairs no elevators if you got a room upstairs. Other than that excellent hotel.

This is in a great location. Room was clean the furniture was a little scratched up but that was not a issue for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was Very Hot for it to be June, its heated. My mother in law loved it though. We would definitely stay again.

Property was very clean, nice staff, beds were comfortable, and location was great within walking distance of everything. Just note: the hotel does not have an elevator, but is only two floors, so not that big of a deal.

This isn't an oceanside resort, it's a clean and affordable getaway with a pool, beach chairs for rent, and a walk right across the street to the sea. I'd come back. Free parking!

The room didn't look nice like the pictures. The floors were filthy, lamp shades dented, a roach in the bathroom, comforter was ripped, bath towels were very small, shower curtain was dirty. There was no continental breakfast as described. The worst was the bed was horrible. You could hear every spring and it was so out of shape, I felt like I was going to roll off it was so uneven. Air conditioning didn't work most of the time. Walls were thin, I could here the people next us having a conversation.

Parking was easy and the beach was only a block away. Front desk staff greeted me nicely. Room and bathroom were not very clean. Heater was old, but worked well. The bed was on a metal framed box with a board under the mattress. It was a very HARD mattress and so were most of the pillows. The headboard was newer but already showing worn spots. The shower looked new and fancy, but was missing half of the glass door and had a dirty, slick floor. A shower curtain replaced the missing door, but was about 6 inches too short. This allowed water to get on the floor. The "rain" shower head was nice, but couldn't get the handheld part to work. Also, the vent in the bathroom didn't work. Biggest complaint I have is the noise from doors constantly being slammed shut all evening. If you didn't guide the door gently closed it just slammed. I will not return.

Tain d while we stayed. Our window leaked, furniture outdated, no breakfast was included in what we paid to stay there. Overall room should have been cleaner. The floors could have been swept.

There was mold in our room and the lady at the front desk was very rude about it. Both beds mattress covers were covered with mold as well. We paid way too much for what we got in return.

When I walked into the room it smelled like mold. The headboard was all scratched off. The tv remote was sticky i wrapped a napkin around it then went to turn it on the tv didn’t work, went to the front desk all she said “maybe the batteries are dead no the lights coming on. Idk check the back of the tv sometimes people unplug it”!!! They don’t have hair conditioner I forgot mine went to the front desk nope.

The hotel itself was newly renovated and very nice looking. The floors in the room were very dusty/hairy/sandy when we arrived though. The beds felt like styrofoam. The AC unit was dreadful as there was no in between setting- either freezing cold dry air or muggy and burning up if it’s off. The windows didn’t open so no fresh air could be let in, which sucked. The noise level was HORRID. Could hear every sound in the hallway, people in their rooms talking, coughing, watching TV etc. the water in the shower also didn’t ever really get hot, just like warm.

The room was clean and staff very nice. We did have a problem with the air conditioner as it sounded like a jet plane taking off when it cut on and also difficult trying to program We complained and they offered to change our room but they were going to have it serviced so we decided not to change rooms but I don’t think they did service it so in hindsight we should’ve changed rooms

Room 102 is very noisy due to the vending machines talking..plus the door isn’t fitted correctly in the frame, which allows noise to enter the room. Otherwise it’s ok for an overnight stay.

Issue with room being on 2nd floor. They tried to push us off to another hotel they own and it was not in great condition (blood on wall, smelled like urine). We opted not to stay at either location and drove 4 hours home. I will never book again. Pictures are deceiving.

Staff acted like we were disturbing their lunch break or something to check in. She was on her cell phone with earbuds in and had to pause her conversation. Later another person was out there trying to get checked in and she was acting the same. There were several individuals in rooms around us yelling at each other. The room itself was nice and clean. However the staff and others staying there killed it for us. Won’t recommend to others

We got to the area a day early, and the front desk attendant was very helpful and let us check in for an extra night. She was very helpful on which restaurants to go to. Coffee was ready early. Room was very clean.

We called the property earlier in the day to ask about handicap accessibility and about a late check in and was told there would be someone at the desk 24/7 to check us in. Check in normally at 4pm. We arrived after 10 pm. There was no elevator and we were given a room on 2nd floor with 2 queen beds. the room had not been cleaned. beds were not made and trash was on floor and in trash cans. We were told someone called out and we were given another room down the hall with 2 queen beds. There was ashes in the drawer near the bed and no phone. It had been ripped out of the wall. So again we were moved for the third time. This time we were given a bed with a King bed and a sofa pull out (which was about the size of a twin) on the first floor. It did not have a phone, but at least it had a handicap shower (although it did not have a shower chair) and was clean. This room also did not have a phone. We would have changed to another hotel but there were no rooms available during our stay. Very disappointed in this hotel since it had an 8.4 rating. Also this hotel no longer serves breakfast.

The Counter Help was absolutely awesome. I accidentally booked multiple reservations. 2 weeks later the called me to make sure that I really wanted multiple rooms. Thank You for catching my mistake...saved me alot of confusion and heart ach over lost money... Was there for only 1 night and it was local to all that tybee has to offer. I will be back. If your not a snob then you can have an enjoyable time. Like Tybee This Place Has Been Here Awhile..

We had never been to Tybee Island before and had no idea what to expect. We only came for the beach. I booked this location because it was close to the beach and cheap. Way better than expected! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were closer to everything than I thought we would be. Note: no elevator or free breakfast, but walkable to shops, restaurants, and beach so still totally worth it. Highly recommend!

A very convenient place to stay to enjoy all that Tybee has to offer. Walkable to fun restaurants, right across the street from The Breakfast Club - a favorite on the island for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was renovated and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only item we had any issue was getting the temp in the shower right - it was either too hot or too cool but not a deal breaker in any way. I would definitely stay again.

Only stayed 1 night. Place was clean. Parking is very limited so if you don’t have to move your vehicle I would find a spot and stay. Beach access is 1 block away. Not sure if there was elevator or not. We stayed on 2nd floor view of the steet. Breakfast across the street and bar also across street. No breakfast only coffee.
