There was various healthy foods to choose from! Rooms were clean, comfortable and easy on the eyes! Felt our cars were safe in the parking area, it was well lit. Did not have much interaction with staff but they were helpful and friendly.

Room was fairly clean, but the non-smoking room we had wreaked like old cigarette smell, so strong it was hard to sleep in there. The bed was comfy, but that room just wreaked! Usually motel/hotel rooms smell fresh and clean when you walk in, not this one. Definitely a depressed area of town and the hotel pool needed some good attention. This Quality Inn was not what it appeared in the pictures.

Room was fairly clean, but the non-smoking room we had wreaked like old cigarette smell, so strong it was hard to sleep in there. The bed was comfy, but that room just wreaked! Who is being used by a big party so we couldn’t even go down there the whole day on Saturday. Which was our entire purpose of meeting up hanging at the pool ourselves. We went the next day but it was a bit dirty . Overall I get it . I guess you get what you pay for

Stay was great, staff was very friendly and the room was nice. My only complaint was the noise from about 20 or so birds in the trees next to the parking lot which was in front of my room. I love birds but not at 5am. Probably could have changed rooms but it was ok.

Well it started off as to be expected Cindy greeted us with a smiling and welcoming face we checked in at the front desk with friendly and exceptional service so we proceeded to our and that’s when it took a turn for the worse we opened the door and turned the light on and the roaches met us at the door as if they were dogs happy to see us home 3 at the door and one behind the door my wife walks into the bathroom and one was bathing in the tub at that point we realized that this room was overlying occupied so we so graciously gave the room up to the current occupants went back to the front desk and Cindy worked with me to get a refund and was very apologetic so we probably wouldn’t be staying there again

Service was lackluster. check in was slow due several customers checking in at the same time but friendly enough to recommend a place to eat dinner. Check out was quick but attendant was not very personable. Bed was decent, not as uncomfortable as I was expecting. The noise from the road kept us from getting a good nights sleep along with other guests honking their horn 6-8 times at 5 am. Lighting in our room was terrible over the sink, couldn’t see to do makeup. Breakfast offered was all carbohydrates/sugar laden which I must limit so we passed on breakfast. This wouldn’t be my first choice to stay if I came to this area again.

Our stay wasn't too comfortable. We was disturbed around 11pm last night with a group of roaches. We had to change rooms at that time of night. I was planning on waking up at 3am to drive back home to Florida. We had to go out and find roach spray at that time of night. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

Toliet didn't work, power to the room only worked on one side and water pressure was horrible. Also super gross bathroom - moldy tiles and do NOT take off your shoes. My feet were BLACK after walking on that carpet. AVOID at ALL costs.

The room had to be deodorized it really was smelling bad when we arrived the smell was even coming out of the air conditioner too this morning while taking a shower I saw a bug run across the floor and the towels don't smell that clean so and the humidity is bad in the bathrooms and they could use better lighting in the bathrooms Bedsheets and beds were comfortable 😌 Breakfast was good Hotel was pretty quiet and comfortable. Overall clean The shower was difficult to control water temperature. Too hot then too cold

The rooms were clean , but they have a smell like old , thin walls you can hear everything. The room next door where so loud at night they will open the door sit on the hallway in front of my room to drink beers and smoke and talk loud . At midnight I have to call the office so they can do something. They went inside there room but you still can hear everything. The back of the hotel there always people walking and taking on the hallways so it make you feel a little unsafe, since you don’t know they are staying there or what they are doing there.

Clerk was extremely helpful, came and showed me how to operate remote. Stay was good, only problem was people in next room were very loud until 3:30 am.the only reason I didnt complain they were elderly and were laughing and just talking very loud Room was updated and very clean. Left before breakfast, so don't know about it.

I was in a room next to loud and noisy neighbors. The lady a the desk Angelica I think was her name, allowed me to move to another room. That was above and beyond my expectations. The new room was quiet and much cleaner.

This wouldn’t be my first choice to stay if I came to this area again.

Was extremely clean, even smelled clean. Sanitized. Which is a big deal to me. Service was lackluster. check in was slow due several customers checking in at the same time but friendly enough to recommend a place to eat dinner. Check out was quick but attendant was not very personable. Bed was decent, not as uncomfortable as I was expecting. The noise from the road kept us from getting a good nights sleep along with other guests honking their horn 6-8 times at 5 am. Lighting in our room was terrible over the sink, couldn’t see to do makeup. Breakfast offered was all carbohydrates/sugar laden which I must limit so we passed on breakfast. This wouldn’t be my first choice to stay if I came to this area again.

The desk clerk was so friendly and sweet. She took the time to recommend a few restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what I needed.

We were in Vidalia GA and stayed here for 2 nights. It was excellent from the staff to the clean room. We have no complaints at all. The hot breakfast was a real bonus. We will definitely stay there whenever we are traveling through this area again.

Clerk was extremely helpful, came and showed me how to operate remote. Stay was good, only problem was people in next room were very loud until 3:30 am.the only reason I didnt complain they were elderly and were laughing and just talking very loud Room was updated and very clean. Left before breakfast, so don't know about it.

The lady who checked us in was very nice! The bed was so comfortable. Shower was awesome. Quiet. Little dated. But over all very nice.

I was in a room next to loud and noisy neighbors. The lady a the desk Angelica I think was her name, allowed me to move to another room. That was above and beyond my expectations. The new room was quiet and much cleaner.

Room was fairly clean, but the non-smoking room we had wreaked like old cigarette smell, so strong it was hard to sleep in there. The bed was comfy, but that room just wreaked! Usually motel/hotel rooms smell fresh and clean when you walk in, not this one. Definitely a depressed area of town and the hotel pool needed some good attention. This Quality Inn was not what it appeared in the pictures.

There was various healthy foods to choose from! Rooms were clean, comfortable and easy on the eyes! Felt our cars were safe in the parking area, it was well lit. Did not have much interaction with staff but they were helpful and friendly.

The property is basic but fit our needs and we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was good. We could park right by our room. The price was very fair.

The room had to be deodorized it really was smelling bad when we arrived the smell was even coming out of the air conditioner too this morning while taking a shower I saw a bug run across the floor and the towels don't smell that clean so and the humidity is bad in the bathrooms and they could use better lighting in the bathrooms Bedsheets and beds were comfortable 😌 Breakfast was good Hotel was pretty quiet and comfortable. Overall clean The shower was difficult to control water temperature. Too hot then too cold

This stay was problematic from the beginning upon arriving I asked for a bottom floor and was told there was not one available. I observed many people hanging outside their rooms like a club. Upon entering the room I attempted to take a shower the tub was stopped up and slowed the drain. Then I attempted to turn on the television and that did not work. I returned to the front desk. Cindy had a nice personality however, I mentioned again about I was recovering from back surgery therefore going up the stairs made it difficult. She said oh you should’ve said something when you checked in that’s exactly what I did when you told me there were no rooms available . She then asked if I troubleshoot the lights on the television? She offered to come over where she said oh it’s not working then she says I’ll be back. She came back and that was the only thing that actually finally worked. The pool was absolutely disgusting with debris and filthy. I was in town for the weekend event and could not wait to leave.
