Staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and always had what we needed. Pool was kept in excellent condition

It was good only thing I didn’t like is they closed the pool and the smell.

i was initially given a room that was not cleaned out and smelt like smoke. After complaining, it was changed.

Good location, service was poor. Hotel was not great. Dried blue nail polish or paint in sink, bathroom floor was dirty. Towel bars was pulled out of wall and hanging.

Roaches everywhere! Toilet was messed after being put in a another room to have the same problem.. Its getting like motel 6

It seemed ok upon check in, i used a particular card to book, (mine)but used my husbandscto pay. no issue.went upstairs, there was hair in our bathroom shower. not a strand but several..didnt make a big fuss..we were there for a wedding and wanted to enjoy. upon checkout day, we extended another day. i charged my card for the extra night the lady at the desk who said she also worked at another hotel, swiped..she was having issues.later that day we saw not only was my card charged, but my husbands as well..we went in, the MGR told us it would roll off by the following day. next day same charge was there. we waited for him to drop the employee off, and when he go back we told him. He was so rude, as if it was our fault they double charged..and it was two different amounts! That was verjy weird. He basically was upset and said he didn't see it, we showed him both charges. He talked to us explaining what could have happened and was angry and talking as if he was upset we even brought it up again!! he said duspute it. Why would we if we are from out of town and standing right there.i said refund the extra charge. why should we wait and dispute when tgey made an error..after a long back and forth he did. he should have refunded the entire stay honestly fri-sun. His customer service was horrible and i am complaining to the Bbb as well.It would have been a better experience if not for him. or the prostitute getting in fights with two men next door to us..WILD PLACE to stay!!

Cigarette burns in the bed spread, no smoke detector in the room. Wasn't horrible, and about what we expected for the price

Dirty, cigarette burns in the sheets found 2 roaches. Toilet constantly running. Wifi didn’t really work

I stayed here during soccer games for a weekend. Im from Braselton, GA. I didnt want any expensive and the reviews were great on expedia, but i was extreamly disappointed. 1. Hotel is very old. We were in room 201 next to road. We heard traffic all night and there was no seal around the door. Did not feel safe door frame seems loose. 2. Furniture, specifically chair in room i would touch a 10 inch pole. Better to remove chair and not have one guys. 3. Breakfast was a joke amd to make things worse toaster broken. Coffee horrible. 4. At 9pm or later the front desk lady came banging on our door scaring the crap out of my daughter. I woke up and was so confused then the whack job banging on the window demanding we come out. I opened the door and she says, " oh i forgot i switch your rooms" walked away without an apologize. Heard her tell a family sorry no more rooms with two beds. We originally had room 217 at 4 pm but it smelled like sour milk, so she switched us and completely forgot. It was a nightmare 😔 Would NOT recommend. Other hotels for 20.00 more other soccer players stayed and they couldnt stop talking about their hotel. Wish we stayed with team.

The coffee pot in the room was broken. One was taken away from another room which meant that room would not have one. Didn’t have the convenience of having breakfast in bed.

Room service was good . Facility was noisy from people stepping outside to smoke and hold conversations next door. Not able to receive wifi

Stayed at the hotel every year at this time for the last 4 years. Was surprised at how much it had gone downhill. No tv, internet and the rooms phones didn’t work. Won’t stay there again.

Bed was comfortable. Its a 100.00 a room, not the Hilton. Rooms are clean, bed is very comfortable.

A lot of homeless around rooms were dated furniture was worn and AC was super noisy

The first room had a non-functioning TV. The second room had no heat. I told the manager and nothing was done. I told them next day and finally the controls were replaced. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

Bed were uncomfortable, only had 2 small bed rooms at the time so not sure about the others.

Only complaint was our room was next to busy highway and noisy at times. Everything else was great.

Rooms need an update

The staff up front was really nice. The room was very clean The tv in our room would not work. I called up front ,they said tv wasnt So very fast they moved us next door.. I will stay again.

Seriously I’m not fussy and have never ever given a negative review to anyone anywhere. First, my reservation was for a King non smoking room. At check in the desk clerk ( who was the only nice person I dealt with from this establishment) said they didn’t have the room I booked and paid for available after discussion I took the smoking room. I wasn’t just repulsed by the anticipated smell of the room but completely disgusted by the filth including several large stains on the bed spread. After bringing that to the attention of the desk she changed me to the handicap room-clearer but still stains and smoking holes on the bedspread -we changed the bedspread with a new one together. It was a Friday night, we were visiting a sick relative and didn’t have many options at that time. When I left on the 5th and checked into another hotel, they of course asked for my ID at that point I realised with all the check in commotion the clerk never gave me back my ID. I called the motel and they promised me they would mail it that day to the address I was staying at for the next 2 weeks. I have text confirming this. 10 days later I text the phone number given to me by the motel to text my address etc asking what date they mailed it because I have yet to receive it and they ghosted me. I called in the 11th day and was rudely told that the person I’d communicated with was the manager and that she went away and couldn’t mail It. What? Ride, dirty, irresponsible not enough room here to go on

I always look before I reserve a room to make sure there is an elevator, due to health reasons. On website it showed one. I reserved a king room. Upon arrival I was told there wasn’t an elevator (ever) at the hotel. The girl at desk called her manager and worked it out for me to be able to stay in a king room bottom floor, that was already going to be occupied later. I really appreciated what they did for me! Thank you.

Front desk personnel was very helpful at check-in. The breakfast area was adequate and well stocked. The location is excellent and convenient. Will stay again as needed.

The black lady that worked at front desk, has awful customer service when it comes to dealing with customer support. The room I booked was not available, so they tried to give me a smoking room. That wasn't good for my allergies. So then in turn gave me a king sized room with a broken Lock on front door. She told me just to put the top latch on, and I would be alright. Which is so unsafe with people walking around the hotel smoking marijuana, like it's a party place. Not again 😕

Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The rooms were in great condition. The property is conveniently located to food establishments and shopping.

Everything was immaculate, staff was totally awesome & very helpful even with finding a business for my flat tire I had on the way there. Will def stay there again in my busy travels. Thank you sir for your helpful advice!

Super friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Definitely budget friendly the downside was accessing the property off a main road and losing water service on checkout day without notice due to renovations in another room

Service, Breakfast and quiet place. very good!!

Requested an accessible room, non-smoking, they only had a smoking room on the first floor, was told you couldn’t smell it but non-smokers can always smell it. The wall a a huge patched area and it looked like the ceiling had water stains. The electric next to the bathroom (hair dryer and other wall) couldn’t curl my hair in there. Shower must leak because water soaked the floor. There wasn’t a blanket only a sheet and the cover(the one that doesn’t get washed), room was not so good! However, the staff were AMAZING, very friendly. The breakfast was good.

This was just an average place to stay. It did the job of providing us a place to lay our heads, but there were roaches, the neighbors were knocking on multiple doors at 2:30 am, and whistling, and the breakfast was not special or even really adequate. Would not pick this area to stop in again.
