The hotel and the restaurant were very nice.

We could not open our drape to let more light in the room. We notified front desk and they notified maintenance but no one showed up to fix it. The TV was VERY limited on options. No channelguide telling us what was on the TV. In the morning TV was frozen. No options to change except for 5 choices. Fitness room: nautilas machine unusable, missing free weights, no water to drink. No one should stay in room 301 until it is fixed. Maintenance said people have "sticky fingers" regarding the fitness room issues

The hotel was advertised as having a hot tub or spa. That was cemented over and there was no hot tub or spa at the hotel anymore, but they did have the spa rules still hanging on the wall. The filter on the pool was not working properly and the pool was cloudy and looked like someone had vomited in the pool. In the hallway there was a pipe leaking into a 5 gallon bucket and a moldy towel was inside the bucket. There was damage to fixtures in the room, also. My husband talked to the men at the front desk and said we were going to leave because the hotel was not clean or his it was advertised on Expedia. The men said we would be refunded our 180.00. We packed up and left and went to another hotel. We NEVER got a refund after almost a month of talking to Expedia and management at Hampton. I do have photos showing the conditions at this hotel. Stay at your own risk!

Clean, great breakfast and the kitchen ladies were so friendly and organized! Always hot coffee available. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious. We ate there everyday and not one bad meal. There is also a free shuttle that ran to and from the recreation and wellness center. Would 100% stay again.

Easy check in. The bed was not comfortable, it was hard,the sheets were very rough. The room was nice but odd with the bathroom so close to the bed. We chose this place cause we wanted a gym & hot tub. It does not have a hot tub like stated so we were disappointed, the gym was dirty 2 very full garbages, smelled horrible and was missing the 2 clips for the workout equipment. The women helping with morning breakfast 3/16 was so nice she made our morning. We were trying to have a nice night to ourselves but were disappointed that things advertised were not there. We would of stayed somewhere else if we knew.

It was okay! Restaurant was very convenient.

Stopover on a road trip. Convenient location to highway exit. We arrived tired & hungry. Check in was quick. Walked to the restaurant adjoining the hotel & had an excellent reasonably priced dinner. Nice hot shower & comfortable bed made for a great night sleep

We arrived here very early but the staff accommodated our request for early check in. This is a very clean hotel and nicely appointed.

The room had a dog smell the entire stay. Told management to vacuum and carpet refresher. No change in smell. This was our second stay at this hotel. Going forward we will not stay at a pet friendly hotel especially Hilton hotels.

First off checking in was a breeze, quick simple. Headed to our room turns out the keys did not work, headed back to front desk- noticed how dirty the hallways were, garbage all over the hallway - no vacuuming. Gets new keys still not working, front desk girl brings a charger to room door, still not working she lets us in room, while she tries to fix door says she called maintenance GREAT- as we are talking in room - maintenance lady walks in our room - no knocking just comes in - says she's gonna fix the door then proceed to tell us about an outage worldwide - might have issues either way, ok she leaves comes back, again unlocks door walks in hands us our cards saying these might work. On her way out I ask if I go to front desk for the roll away bed that was ordered with the room, she says well I called the other hotel to see if they have one, cause we dont have any left. I was like umm ok, my 8yr old comes to me saying he's not taking a bath in tub because their is hair in the tub, which there was curly black hair in bottom of tub. The floor in room felt like it was wet by the door. About 30mins later maintenance brought the roll away to us only to find out it does NOT fit in the room!! The room is a double queen room, and not big enough to fit a rollaway bed! When I booked hotel I requested a roll away with room- so it was known in advanced! This experience has been not great! Clean quiet friendly staff

The hot water in my room didn’t work. Maintenance was called and they wanted to move us but my daughter was already asleep in bed. The bathroom was fithly too. There was blood on the blow dryer bag, toilet and floor very gross. The night manager took photos of it. We checked in late and would have went to a different hotel but was tired from traveling all day. The window blinds were also broken.

Property was very clean and updated. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Our room was actually in the basement (level 1). We walked a long hall past HUGE laundry rooms and maid quarters. Inconvenient access for travelers. Bed was good, bathroom floors needed a good scrub as well as room (found someone’s sock under heat register. Still, we would go back - just not in the basement!

Nicely updated in every aspect except there wasn't a smart TV in the room, which means no Netflix even though the QR near the TV leads you to a list of channels and tells you there IS streaming.

Barn door on bathroom would not stay closed and rolled back open about 6”, giving poor privacy. Reported to front desk but not fixed. No cord mechanism to open blinds, not that there was much of a view with the room being right by the porte-cochere. Dog barking in one of the rooms during the night/early morning. Pool was cold and workout room temp was set at 85 degrees. Have stayed here before and was satisfied, not so much this time.

Nice looking property that is getting some upgrades. Only big complaints are: toilets are so low that anyone who is tall or with mobility issues will find them completely annoying (toilet seats also fall off because people are putting so much pressure on them just to stand up), bathroom doors face into the beds which decreases the already limited privacy, rooms are very small, air conditioner is noisy.

I would uave given all 5 atars but our beds were horribly uncomfortable. They were almost like laying on a box apering with a real thin pad.

Loved the big bathroom. The furniture and tv stand had lots of nicks and look pretty bad. Couldn’t open the shade. Had trouble getting on internet and the night staff was no help. She just said I’ve never had that happen before and told us we had to come down to the desk if we wanted her to look it over and fix it. Checking in and out was quick and efficient though.

With the hotel only moderately full, why were we given a room overlooking the roof?

Check-in was great. Desk assistant was very attentive and knowledgeable. Hotel is next to interstate but you can’t really hear the traffic. Bed is a bit too firm for my liking. Rooms are clean. Shopping area is just a short drive away.

Amazing front desk staff! Best ever!!

Hotel was fine. The guy working the desk was super nice. Problem was our 2 double bed room that we paid for in full wasn’t available. For a family of 4 at 10:30pm that’s a big problem. Not cool at all! The man working there said Expedia and Hampton Inn deliberately overbook rooms.. which penalizes the people that show up later like us.

When we first checked into our hotel, we were told that they overbooked and we would have to be moved to a neighboring hotel. When I questioned this, the hotel blamed Hotels.com and hotels.com blamed the hotel. We ended up having to change the type of room we are in with no financial reimbursement When I called Hotels.com. They were not helpful at all. .

Checkin was a nightmare. The young girl was very rude. We booked two rooms through Expedia and she kept saying loudly that the card was declined (which was apparently Expedia's virtual card and not ours). If we wanted to get into our room, she made us pay a second time until we straightened it out. She wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation and told us we had to deal with it ourselves. After over an hour of dealing back and forth with her and Expedia, it turned out that she was running the virtual card for the wrong amount multiple times. Never ever apologized and in fact we heard her complaining about us to coworkers. We also lost power in one the rooms for several hours.The rest of the staff was alright. The breakfast staff was great, very friendly and attentive.

Everything was perfect for our stay! So clean and comfortable - slept well! Staff was friendly from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent.

Very helpful and pleasant gentleman at the front desk. Offered options and made suggestions in anticipation of my needs. After an exhausting 12 hour drive, this level of service was so appreciated. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was better than a different hotel I had planned to stay at in the area. Would recommend to others.

They need better people at the front desk during checkin, they hardly talk bad customer experience.

Property was close for shopping which is why we stayed there. Lots of dining close by.

Road construction is making access to the interstate a little less convenient.

Construction around the facility made it hard to get in an out of the hotel area.

Overall a great stay! The front desk staff was very welcoming and personal! The staff helping with the free breakfast was out of this world! Definitely a place I’d recommend.

Our room was great, super clean. Amenities in our room, little refrigerator, coffee pot, Iron, ironing board, chair with ottoman and a moveable laptop desk plus a regular desk. All the outlets had USB ports. We had a king sized bed which was very comfortable and the walk in shower was great. The information online stated there was a hot tub/whirlpool in the pool area, we were ready to enjoy that! But, very disappointed to find the hot tub /spa had been removed. Breakfast was very good.

This was a very nice Hampton Inn. The beds very comfortable with a variety of pillow types. The breakfast was good and well-stocked.
