Checked in, went to room, no towels, no extra toilet paper, no kleenex. Went to the front desk and got towels and tp. Evidently they had absolutely no kleenex. On day 3 had to ask the front desk for clean towels. No daily service in the rooms. Tried to call front desk to ask about wifi, had to go back to the front desk to ask and they had a sign to call the front desk person. She explained no wifi from the storms that weekend. (this was Sunday) Had no wifi for the stay and we left on Wed. Pool was fine, but no towels kept at the pool so my granddaughter was using her shower towel as her pool towel also. Room was comfortable. Exercise room was locked and had a notice on the door from March, 2020.

The pictures of the hotel are completely not current. This place is run down. They actually have 2 building that are not connected. I was in the back building. No ice machine, only one enterance, the back door is boarded up, there is no air conditioning in the hallways.. I felt extremely unsafe and would not recommend this place at all!!

Disrepair everywhere, no towels, missing bottom sheets, breakfast was nearly non existent. Our AC worked, but many did not we learned. Outdoor pool not in service and looked toxic. Staff was the shining light. They handled their ill equipped situation with grace and calmness. The check in clerk is a gem they’ll not keep long is my guess.

Ice machines broken, pool under maintenance, fitness room closed. Breakfast was out by 8:15. Nothing vacuumed. Had to track down housekeeping for TP. Bedding stained & ripped. Furniture stained. Lawn not mowed. Pictures were obviously not recently taken. Doors appeared to have been broken in. Broken windows right out front. Hands down worst place I’ve ever seen.

This hotel was dirty, they didn't appear to vacuum the halls or the room, pool under maintenance-disappointing but not thier fault, the tv didn't work in the first room we were in, we asked to switch rooms. The first room had a bench that was all stained, there was very little breakfast to choose from compared to the pictures when I booked it, there were flies and fruit flies by the food, very unappetizing, poor landscaping and weed and grass maintenance outside. Will never stay here again

Property not at all like shown on line. NO pool - looked like it has not been in use for several years. Staff very unfriendly. No room servicing - only one small garbage can that we had to take to the outside dumpster daily. Breakfast was stale cold cereal. Broken blind in room that was open to the parking lot - requested it be fixed 3 times - in 4 days it was not fixed. Property unkept - they did not even mow lawn in courtyard area. Awful experience!

No elevator but the staff helped carry my bags to 2nd floor. Went down to breakfast at 7:50 ( it closes at 9). Out of just about everything made a waffle, has to ask for butter. Sat down to eat it and found out there were no eating utensils. They did have spoons so I thought I'll have some cereal, but alas no bowls.The man watching the desk really tried to help but had no keys to the supplies. He then went next door to the Super8 for utensils. Ice machywas broken so I went to Super 8 for ice. 🙄

The hotel is old and run down. The breakfast was terrible. The pool was gross. The fitness room has been closed since 2020. It is in a sketchy part of town. Don’t stay here!

I honestly did not end up staying there. The first room they gave me had blood on the sheets (I know, I should have ran then) so I asked for a different room and the second one had multiple bed bugs along with mystery stains on all of the furniture. I never even sat my bag down . No one should ever stay here

Dirty is an understatement. This place was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we opened the door it smelled like urine. There were black hairs all over the bedding. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed. The shower curtain had mildew all over it and black spots. It doesn't look like the base of the toilet has ever been cleaned. The bathroom floor was sticky and there were hairs all over the shower walls. Do not stay here!

Book on hotels.Com rhe site said there were rooms available checked inn went into the room and it was filthy from the people or person that stayed in there before us.. room hadn't been cleaned sheets were off he bed epty cups every where and trash bagged in the room.. so i went back to the front desk and there was 5 people in line for the same thing.. all were giving dirty rooms .. front desk told everyone there were no other cleane rooms available so we would lose our money for a cancelation with no refund so i had to go sleep in a dirty room or loose my money.. as i cant afford to throw away money.. i feel like i was basically robbed/ conned ... how can hotel do business this way? All they had tto do was either clean the room or put that they didn't have any rooms available and i could have found another place

Hotel is disgusting. Filthy. Had the switch rooms three times. Once settled. Awoke at 12:39 am to a rat in my takeout food bag on the desk. After screaming and throwing a trash can on top and sliding it into the hallway. I laid awake until 4am. No one was at the front desk to help. Never again.

This is the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There’s food and wrappers all over the floor, someone’s earrings in multiple drawers and on the floor, a razor cover, a cigarette butt on the floor, I could go on and on. It’s so gross.

Unfortunately nothing to like. Toilet was plugged, phone system didnt work had to go to front desk to get another room. 2nd room was not made up, full of dirty linens. Third room was acceptable, but dirty and smelled pf smoke. TV does not work.

This hotel is the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. It was obvious nobody had ever wiped down a wall in this place. There was some sort of yellow orange crud all over the walls, and the ceiling looked as though cola had been splashed up onto it. The floor had clearly not been vacuumed in some time. Then there's the smell, I don't even know how to describe it other than horrible, pervasive, and ever present. The building is in disrepair. Broken windows, appliances that barely or don't work at all. The pictures on this website are a gross misrepresentation. Honestly, you'd be better off sleeping in your car. Do not, under any circumstances, stay here!

When we pulled up, there was a broken window in front. There was a chunk of wood broken out of our door. I asked for a fan, never arrived, air conditioner unit very loud- made large clunk when kicking in. Disturbed sleep.

The first thing they gave me a room it was dirty. The second one was that someone opened my room door like 4:00 am, the good thing I set the door latch, the toilet seat it was broken. When I went to check out, no one was on the front desk. Poor service, and I’ll never stay again in that place, I did not feel safe.

When I arrived and got to my room, it had clearly not been cleaned. The woman working did everything she could to make it right. Breakfast was less than mediocre, and there were bugs crawling on the counter. The selection was very limited. The next day, the “ manager“ worked and her whole attitude and demeanor was absolutely rude and unprofessional. There was no Wi-Fi our entire stay (4nights) then the second day the cable went out so no TV and breakfast was put away early. Overall, I would never stay here again between the cleanliness and disorganization of my check-in down to how rude the manager was when concerns were brought to her attention.

They dont answer the phone, even though the instructions say if you are arriving late call the property. Front desk clerk was really struggling to get me checked in, only provided 1 room key. In the room 2 of 3 kleenex dispensers were empty, floor wasnt vacuumed very well or at all, toilet had been used and not cleaned, used bar of soap left in the shower, 2 pills left on nightstand. Only 1 bath towel and no washcloths, when asking at front desk for washcloths and kleenex employee wasnt sure what washcloths were and said he didnt know were kleenex was. There was an egg on the floor in lobby. Even told them never picked ot up. Check out asked for receipt (same employee) said he didnt know how to print one.

I rented two rooms the tv did not work in either one. One room was filthy more than the other one. When this was brought up they said they would have to go get the vacuum from the other building not sure why they did not . Shower was not clean when asked about the tv they checked and said they were not sure why it did not work very poor work ethic in my opinion. We and an other family stay there because we did there room was dirty and there was blood on the table and rug. Barely a I am sorry. We flew in from Washington state for a wrestling tournament so we where at a lost as where else to stay. I got moved to another room later that day the your work staff keyed my door to come in asked why I was there that I should have checked out. No idea what rooms were vacated or lived in maybe that is why the rooms are dirty. They did move one of the other families the next day late that evening but over all poor customer service . I believe I should be intitiled to some kind of discount but sure this will fall on deaf ears. Ruben Navejas
I rented two rooms the tv did not work in either one. One room was filthy more than the other one. When this was brought up they said they would have to go get the vacuum from the other building not sure why they did not . Shower was not clean when asked about the tv they checked and said they were not sure why it did not work very poor work ethic in my opinion. This place was nothing like advertised. The amount I paid for my room with a hot tub was WAY more than it was worth. The place was run down and gross. The bathroom door was busted and the bottom was screwed back on and wouldn’t shut all the way. The outside of the bathroom was missing a big mirror or something that was hanging. The hot tub was questionable and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The windows were absolutely filthy around the whole building. There were stains all over the couch/pull out bed. Brown stains all over the bathroom door and wall. Not a single decoration. A small tv clear across the room from the bed and not angled to where you can watch from bed. It was hot and the air wouldn’t keep up. The furniture was old, pant peeling, and gross. No big breakfast area like pictured, no food, just coffee and the coffee they had was sitting out and sugar was just in a cup sitting there. Not worth it. This place is not somewhere I would ever go back to.

When checking in we were first given a room that had people in it. Then we were given a room that had not been cleaned and finally we were given a room that had no towels. The property is dirty. The rooms are old. Staff are almost impossible to find.

My son and I came to town for a concert on a Thursday night, so a short stay. Arrived at 530 pm, show at 7pm left at 730am next morning. Walk in to a sign that said "accepting cash only" no notification of that prior to arrival. We were only there briefly, hallway carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. There was not an extra lock on the door. When called about our tv not working they said they would be right up and never came. We were in a seperate building which was not notified on the reservation and had asked for a main level room due to some walking issues which was not granted and hotel was not full. Close enough to down town, right off the highway so was convenient.

Staff was surly to some waiting to check in. Free brew wasn't worth the short walk from my room. No attendant, no cups for coffee juice or milk. No elevator to second floor. Problems blamed on staff shortages.

Seemed very clustery. We were checking in and there was one guy working the desk who didn’t know what he was doing and was on the phone with a higher up and helped one person during the entire time we were there. Someone else came from the back, very sweaty and working his butt off, having just clean someone’s room in the other building. we had to wait 15 minutes for him to tell us that our room wasn’t ready even though it was 8:30 PM when we were checking in.

The pictures of the hotel are completely not current. This place is run down. They actually have 2 building that are not connected. I was in the back building. No ice machine, only one enterance, the back door is boarded up, there is no air conditioning in the hallways.. I felt extremely unsafe and would not recommend this place at all!!

The hotel was very run down. Coffee was absolutely awful. We had to ask for plates both days at breakfast. Nothing stocked. Many items broken. Ice machine was buildings away in a walk that a female unescorted should not take. I would never recommend anyone stay here. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all.

I chose this hotel for price and easy access to the interstate. There were other hotels that were less expensive but not as good in my experience as Baymont properties. My mistake. Other than the room itself, this property was a slum. Hallways and floors were filthy, there was a large bag of garbage full of bees blocking the door to my building, there was a wrecked car with "Runs - Drives" written on it outside my room, some windows were coated with residue, lawn hadn't been weeded or mowed in a long time. I was put in a building completely separate from the lobby, which as a woman traveling alone wasn't reassuring. The chain lock on my door was broken. Room actually was OK, bed comfortable, AC and hot water worked. Fan in bathroom had no cover and mirror was smeared/dirty. TV did not work and a nice maintenance guy tried to fix it but couldn't get the volume to work. I was offered the room next door but the remote control was missing. The area around the hotel is aging industrial park and strip club. If you are with family or traveling alone, I suggest you try a cheaper option as this was not worth the Baymont price.

This was one of the most unsafe experiences I have had at a hotel stay. We were first put in some back building and our door to our room didn’t even close properly. Then we leave to go get dinner and there are people right by our car doing a drug deal right in front of our faces! We were moved to the front building which seemed to be okay for the night. I did inform the front desk what we had witnessed and she said to inform Expedia????? I would advise not to book this hotel and the surrounding are seriously unsafe.

I contacted expedia chat immediately and said I needed to leave. Asthma attack from the smoke smell in my non-smoking room. Broken windows in rooms around property. Very dirty faciility. No work out room as it was closed with broken equipment. Cloudy pool from what I could see. Vacant broken building attached. Strip club on premises. Waited at fromt desk as other couples with children were trying to leave cancel as well.

Horrible experience, trying to get in the room and drug addicts approached us asking for money and drugs, building is not secured very dirty building and room, rat traps at the entrance and building is right next to a strip club. Do not recommend staying here.

The only good thing about this "hotel" is the mini fridge. If I could have slept in it, I would have. The room was disgusting; I wouldn't take my shoes off. The door wouldn't lock. It smelled. It's on a super busy road and all you heard were trucks roaring by. People were coming and going all night. The pictures were NOTHING like the room.

Area did not feel safe. We would not even go into the building. Hotel would not work with us to cancel our remaining nights. Expedia was also not helpful on getting any sort of refund. 0 out of 10 - Would not recommend.

Urine build up behind our toilet and hair which made the bathroom smell like old pee. Public restroom sink had dirt built up in the sink. No paper towels. Limited toilet paper everywhere. Breakfast was sad. Bitten in soft apples and oranges. Gravy was about gone but probably wouldn’t have eaten it. Would not get a room here again.

First room not clean. Switched to different room and still not clean and no soap or washclothes. Breakfast looked nothing like the pictures. Had to ask them to put out waffle batter - wasnt empty, just didnt even put it out. Waited forever for ot only to find out they hadnt turned the waffle iron on. This was at 8:15 when breakfast started at 6

Ice machines broken, pool under maintenance, fitness room closed. Breakfast was out by 8:15. Nothing vacuumed. Had to track down housekeeping for TP. Bedding stained & ripped. Furniture stained. Lawn not mowed. Pictures were obviously not recently taken. Doors appeared to have been broken in. Broken windows right out front. Hands down worst place I’ve ever seen.

The first room had a bench that was all stained, there was very little breakfast to choose from compared to the pictures when I booked it, there were flies and fruit flies by the food, very unappetizing, poor landscaping and weed and grass maintenance outside. Will never stay here again

Our check in process took forever, the room was damp and not real clean, the lamp was broken, and there wasn't an outlet to plug in a charger. The continental breakfast was a joke. There were waffles and toast with no butter or syrup and coffee was only in the lobby with none in the breakfast room. After this I will be steering clear of all Baymont!

With the Baymont by Wyndam brand name I expected more. There was no ice bucket or glass, no outlet for the bedside lamp. There was a used washcloth on the shower rod. Breakfast was skimpy, no fruit. NO COFFEE IN LOBBY OR DIDNING ROOM!!! The room itself was a good size. The frontdesk gal was pleasant, getting me a menu for a local restaurant and coming up to help me figure out tv.

Wish I had looked at reviews. Was in a pinch to book a hotel while getting off the highway. This place is not good. It’s falling apart and there is no care at all for it. Sorry to the mgmt but you need to really decide if this is the business you want to be in. Your facilities are in really rough shape, your grounds are horrible. It looks abandoned. Your continental breakfast was ok for inmates. Not people who pay almost 200 a night. Seriously get it together.

There was no garbage can in the room. There was no exhaust in the bathroom and the hole in the wall had mold in it, which the room smelt like mold. For breakfast there was no plates or cups and the front desk lady told me that she did not have access to any of that stuff. So I checked out and left.

Checkin took along time. Front desk manager was helping to clean rooms at 8:00 at night. When we finally got a room it was clean and decent. Breakfast was sad and lacking.

Terrible experience. Our room had no towels, soap, or toilet paper when we arrived. On the second day, we were finally given hand towels and washcloths, but still no regular bath towels. Towels were stained. The room had a terrible smell, and there appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. The ice machine wasn’t working, there was no breakfast available, and the air conditioning did not properly cool the room. We also received no housekeeping service during our stay. To top it off, there were pets running around the property even though the hotel is advertised as a no-pet hotel. Door wouldn't shut completely. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained and did not provide even the basic amenities we expected. I would not recommend staying here.

This place is very misleading. The rooms were gross. The sheets had brown stuff on them. I had to get new sheets and clean my room myself. There was gum and I hope ketchup on the headboard. Pool look like you would get ill if you swim. Had to go to the Super 8 for ice. No breakfast just a treadmill in the exercise room the only thing good about this hotel is Direct Tv and hot water, Staff tried their best but this place needs shut down. I have never stayed at a place so horrible
