Neighborhood was sketchy and LOUD. The pool was a disgusting disaster.

The bathroom needs more cleaning. and the pool area without towels

Good, clean hotel. Updated with many conveniences and good freeway access. over $150 less than staying downtown. Parking convenient and well lit.

The lobby smelled really bad and the room smelled like mildew. The pool seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the water was foggy. My husband and son ended up getting bit up so i believe our room had bed bugs. All and out it was dirty and smelled terrible! I will never stay there again!

Check ✔️ n was quick and efficient. The property had lost of free 🏞️ ng. 4 pillows in n each of the b day was a nice additional. This is a good hotel, not great.

Very Beat Up Hotel. Coffee Stains on lamp shade, Holes in bathroom door, walls. No Jacuzzi, very Slippery pool deck,

The room was nice and clean. A little disappointed they didn't have biscuits and gravy for breakfast, other than that the breakfast selection is good. Didn't get to swim but the pool looked good.

The nasty, dirty pool was unique

Limited breakfast selection - scrambled eggs, 1 slice of white bread and waffle mix. Pool is unheated which was not as refreshing as you would think after 12 hours of driving. Bed was adequate. Room was fairly quiet and shades did well to keep it dark.

Staff is wonderful, the place needs some remodel but overall is pretty clean, I loved their heated pool. I really enjoyed my stay.

TV was hooked up improperly. Trash behind the TV cabinet. There was a sour milk smell in the room. The breakfast was awful. Biscuits were like bricks and the egg discs resembled but did not taste at all like an egg.

Bathroom toilet had the “clean” tag on it, opened it up and there was "stuff" in the toilet. The room wasn’t cleaned either. Maybe a swift vacuum and a fluff of the sheets.

The main entrance and breakfast area were very clean. The breakfast was good. There was no issue of nuisance noises. The beds were on the firm side, which I prefer. The bedding and towels were clean. The room, itself, was not great. The toilet had fecal matter in the bowl and urine around the lid hinges. The bathroom floors could use some extra cleaning, too. There was also, what appeared, to be urine, or something yellow, on the toilet tank. The space in between the faucet and the backsplash had black buildup and hair. The TV had a nice picture and the fridge kept our food cold. The microwave was not cleaned out. The room could have used a good dusting and walls needed scrubbed down. The shower had good pressure and the water had a good temperature. We didn't utilize the pool. We left early in the morning so we got new towels when we got back at night. The towels that we got from the front desk were small, like an over sized hand towel. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had Lysol wipes, I would have probably found some were else to stay.

AC worked initially, but overnight it either stopped working or became inefficient because the room heated up by morning. Breakfast was average, and we left with full bellies.

The rooms had blood, mold, dirty sheets, bugs in the rooms and bathrooms. Dirty tubs and reaked of cigarettes and weed. Manager and staff were extremely rude and when we asked for a refund they said no. When we asked them why, they said you think you guys are just so cute and cant take no for an answer. Told us its to damn bad you arent getting a refund. Aww that sucks for you guys doesnt it. Told us that the rooms were perfectly fine even after being shown they werent. The hotel was disgusting. Our beds were covered in hair and smelled awful. It was clear these had been previously used. The shower had lots of dirt and hair in the bottom and in the drain. The door didn’t close properly. When we checked in, the receptionist was rude. We will never use the Quality Inn chain again.

Room 107 needs work on shower drain and tub to shower control knob.

It was a nice two queen room but the sink water faucet had limited water flow and the bathroom also water ran slow, the Wi-Fi barley work. And the staff did not clean or changes our bed sheets once during our 4 days stay, they was trying to rush us to check out wasn’t even ready and the staff force me to pick Diderot wash rag and it was their job to do it,

For the price of the hotel we can’t complain too much I thought bed was comfortable but husband did not

Stay was good. Comfortable and clean. Didn't like smoke alarm was hanging down from wall by the wires. Overall nice place. Very reasonable rate.

The freeway noise was loud. Not the greatest area, hard to find. Screams outside at night. No one in lobby to check us in. When someone arrived they said they were short workers and he was working on something

I couldn’t check in because they wanted to charge me a$150 deposit on top of the 80 I had paid for the room. It was after 3 pm so I had already been charged for the room . I understand needing a back up card for incidentals but a 150 deposit is outrageous especially for a quality inn.

There was no breakfast at 7am. When I inquired at the front desk (I had to wake up the person at the desk) they said they were out of food and waiting on a delivery.

Check in was fine. Surprised with a $100 incidental deposit tho. Nice 0lace!

Friendly staff

George and JJ were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Bed was comfy. Breakfast helped start the day.

Reservation was for 2 days Aug 23-25th with a complinary late 1 pm check out. I arived at 2 pm to check in and my room was not ready. I was asked to either wait or come back in 1 hour. I waited. I was not very happy one bit to have to wait. Around 11 am the following day, one of the desk staff were asking if we were leaving or not. They should look at the reservation on the computer to see instead of bugging the customers. The cleaning crew came by the next evening to give more towels when the ones we had were still okay. The cleaning crew an older man and woman kept knocking on the door periodically and asking what our plans were, checking out or staying. Very ANNOYING. The accessible walkin shower didn't even have a shower head. I had to use the wand. The reason I that room was so that it would be easier to bathe since I'm in a locked knee brace. The room has a musty smell to it and the a/c unit needs work. It is Very NOISEY. The room next to me was noisey most the night. There was a lot of banging /sounding like kids jumping off the beds to the floor from above our room #111. George, the night manager was very friendly and assisted twice with the tv. Only had one remote to control the channels and not the tv. We could not watch anything without a different remote. There was a Quality Inn sign that came up on the TV and would not go away without the 2nd remote. Me staying looks very vaige. There are a lot of issues and training to be done over.

Excellent customer service from the entire staff.

It was difficult to get to and find - Google Maps was of no help! We had an accessible room, which was comfortable and clean - but the carpet could use an update - had some wear holes in it. The fold down seat in the tub and around the grab rails in the tub could use some good cleaning - there was some mold around them. Otherwise seemed clean, the breakfast was adequate, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location to interstate and easy to get down town. Breakfast was not the best and multiple items were out. Basics were except cereal were there. For the price this was unfortunate but also something I could accept. Not much in dining in area except for a Kwik Star.

The pool was warm but the breakfast was non-existent for people coming in the last 45 min - they did not restock breakfast at all once it was gone no one else got anything

The room had an unpleasant moldy smell as we first walked in. Maybe it was the cleaning product. The Breakfast area was unkempt. We got there at 8:30, breakfast ends at 9. No meats, a little eggs gravy empty, food and crumbs lined the counters. Bagels underside soggy. No plastic forks-we looked through cabinets till we found some. Trash full, floors messy, tables not cleared. A young man did bring sausage links out a few min later.

Breakfast was including from 6-11am. When we got there at 8am. There wasn't any left. We just left and buy us breakfast somewhere else.

Room was comfortable and AC was great. Bathroom floors were dirty around the edges especially. Breakfast was not well stocked and food was dry and cold. They ran out of things way before closing time. They need some better management, or more workers to accomodate the guests.
