Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good and there was a curved shower bar. WIFI was good. Check-in was fast and friendly. Parking lot was cleared of snow promptly. Breakfast buffet was decent. Literally my only complaint was that they ran out of gravy for the biscuits. We would stay here again.

Was put in a room with a tub drain that did not work. Meaning you could not fill up bath tub or take a bath. Toilet did not flush. And door did not latch shut I could only use door deadbolt. Batteries were dead in my tv remote. And heater barely worked. Luckily it was just for a one night stay due to weather. Breakfast was amazing and so was the parking.

The wheelchair accessibility was great. The ramp could be better, as it had several cracks that were difficult to get across. The breakfast offerings were very good. However, the mattresses were very hard and lumpy, and the toilet seat was loose and flimsy.

Bathroom needs major overhall. Ceiling was peeling. Light fixtures were exposed. Ceiling was open above lights. No light coverings. Hallways did look nice seemed to been repainted and updated.

Property was very clean, freshly painted and smelled really good. Friendly staff. First hotel room we’ve ever stayed in with an oversized rocker recliner! Bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price!

We checked in for 2 nights. The room hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. There were qtips, toilet paper on the floor. Razors and toilet paper, and mud on bathroom floor. I asked the manager to sweep and vacuum and she assured me she would but never did. We only got 2 towels later in the night after check in,but that was all. No new towel the next day. The manager was no where to be found and left her number to call if we needed assistance but she wouldn't answer. Horrible horrible experience. Do not stay here and frankly it needs to be removed from hotels in Algona

Check-in was quick and easy. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly. Room was clean. Found an old 1/2 full pop can in the windowsill under the curtain. Needs new toilet seat or seat needs new bolts. When for a ride every time we sat down!!! One bed was soft the other very, very hard. No one at desk at checkout to get receipt!

John the manager was phenomenal!!! He bent over backwards to find the right room for us with my partner's health conditions! This young man knows what it means to serve... his customer service was easily the best I have seen in any industry! This company has a jewel in John! He made our stay even more enjoyable! We will stay again the next time we travel that way! Thank you!

The condition of the room was terrible. The toilet handle would not flush, the shower curtain was about to fall of the shower rod, the staff were very rude (stopped helping us to talk to each other about a personal reason) and when I asked a question, the lady snapped at me.

Our room used to be a smoking room. Room was marked non smoking. Smelled musty and like old smoke. Used to be a smoker so I know the smell. Went to breakfast at 730am (starts at 6am). No breakfast ready. Girl had been there all night and was trying to get the food out. She was very nice but I believe overworked.

Our room used to be a smoking room. Room was marked non smoking. Smelled musty and like old smoke. Used to be a smoker so I know the smell. Went to breakfast at 730am (starts at 6am). No breakfast ready. Girl had been there all night and was trying to get the food out. She was very nice but I believe overworked.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was good. The breakfast was poor. Not alot of options and all of it seemed like it had been sitting out a while. I guess its what you get for the price.

The wheelchair accessibility was great. The ramp could be better, as it had several cracks that were difficult to get across. The breakfast offerings were very good. However, the mattresses were very hard and lumpy, and the toilet seat was loose and flimsy.

The staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was as great! Best link sausage I have ever had and the waffles were better than what I make at home. My husband loved it he biscuits and gravy.

The room was dirty, the staff were hanging outside in the patio smoking or having friends over. The lobby smelled, dogs barking. The couple that were checking on before us had their room double booked-so someone was already in their room when they were trying to check in.

Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff acted as if they had never checked anyone in before, went down twice to eat breakfast,the first time at 6:15 and it wasn’t even open yet, no one around! The second time was at 7:15 and they were open but all that was available was coffee! Went back to the room packed up and went back down to check out and no one was at the desk. Found them outside smoking cigarettes! We stay at Super 8 quite a bit, and this was by far the worst stay ever!

Clean room, maintained, typical hotel breakfast, staff was nice. My only gripe is the room was overpowering smell of cleaner. I've been on the road for a week so smelling lots of this, but this one was crazy. Usually you get use to it, within an hour or so, but I smelled this one till checkout. Sort of made me wonder if they were trying to cover up another smell, or if the cleaning staff had some spillage. I suspect that this was not their norm. The hall didn't smell like this.
