TVs didn’t work and had to call to fix it. My sister I. A separate room had to call multiple times to get any response to have here TV fixed. My room had what looked liked blood on the wall. Lots of flies. The toilets are tiny. A very basic breakfast is available. The pool is nice and clean. If you need a place to go that has a fresh bed it’s an okay place to stay.

Great service at check in. Clean comfortable rooms. Easy parking. Typical hotel breakfast which was just fine. Service was great. At the last minute I had to bring our dog so we were grateful the hotel was pet friendly. We will be in town several times this winter and this will be our hotel of choice.

The pool is nice. The rooms and hallway smelled like they had been smoked in a long time ago but it’s still lingering. The breakfast is terrible, if you could even call it breakfast... The room should have been maybe $60 not over $100 like we paid. Overall, they need a major overhaul. We will not be staying again.

Room had many unclean spots on the walls, curtains had strange stains and looked gross, dusty, bathroom was outdated, dingy and had cracked floor tiles. Linens were clean and room smelled fine. Carpet was clean as well. Overall ok. Could use updating and better cleaning.

The bathroom ceiling was all moldy and the ceiling tiles looked like they were going to fall down. Also, the shower rod was broken and hanging by a screw, causing it to sag and not close the curtain properly. This caused water to go ALL over. The hinges on the door were covered in rust so this has been a problem for a long time. The cleaning person was doing it all! She was helping at the desk, cleaning the rooms, running the breakfast. All by herself! She was the only employee we saw there other than the owner/couple. I left a tip for the maid since she was cleaning the best she could. As we left to check out, the owner entered our room. I'm not sure if he was inspecting the room or if the maid ever got our tip.

The lobby and hallways smelled very heavily of Marijuana. The plug-in air fresheners did not mask the smell. Thankfully we could not smell it in our room. The bathroom needs an update, but the rest of the room was okay. The air conditioner is extremely loud and had to run almost constantly to keep it comfortable. We will not stay there ever again!

First time in a year I slept all night. Never woke up went to bed @ 9:30 Pm and woke up @6:00 Am. Maybe I should rent a room at Super *8 ever night.

This hotel is older but the beds were comfortable. The room and overall hotel was clean. There was a safe in the room and the refrigerator worked great. The air conditioner in the room worked good. The bathroom is small but very doable. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but other patrons complained that the pre cooked sausages were cold.

Hotel was very quiet. Only issue we had was that our hotel room door would not shut all the way unless you pulled it shut. We left for the day and pulled the door shut, when we came back it was slightly open. Super glad we did not leave anything important in the room. Hotel was very quiet.

Room very dated toilet ran constantly enter door you had to put full body weight to open it. Said Breakfast was still frozen had to go nuke it. Kids jumping on the ceiling all night. Shower bluntly sucked. No water pressure. Asked for receipt at check out person refused to come to the desk and print me one. Said they would email one they didnt. Someone siphoned our gas tank over night would not stay there again. No security no one at the desk.

Staff was rude. Wouldn't allow you to take breakfast outside of the dining area. And yelled at me for leaving behind a waffle stuck in waffle maker even though they didnt have any non stick spray to use.

The entire staff was so impressive. At other hotels/motels I've recently stayed with, the staff simply ignored me and acted like they were doing me a favor to simply issue a room key. At this motel every single worker made sure to say hi and ask if they could assist me regardless of what they were doing if not with another customer. This hotel was very clean and everything worked. Definitely recommend and I will gladly stay with them again.

When we arrived, we were happy to learn that our room was “upgraded” because there was an issue with our original room! However, that room had no heat or hot water and the telephone didn’t work! When walking down to the front desk to ask for additional blankets because the room had no heat we were informed there were no blankets available. Not once did she ask about the room not having heat or offer any suggestions. After one short shower, there was no hot water, and around 1130pm, there were children screaming in the hall ways in what sounded like fear of the adults they were with, and the adults fighting in the hallway. Without a working telephone in our room, we were unable to call the front desk about the situation and were a bit disturbed by the situation unfolding outside our room. When checking out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk to discuss our concerns with. Will never stay there again. Would have been better to sleep in the car, at least there would have been heat!!

Great staff and property was nice. Was around a lot of different stores. Only bad thing was vending machine for soda doesn't accept cards, didn't take my coins and writing refund my dollar bill. Very old machine.

My husband and I stay at this Super 8 when we show at Iowa Falls. The hotel is close to the arena. They have a nice breakfast and coffee mornings which is very handy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall easy to get to and handy to use.

What I liked, I liked that the Hotel was "a hands throw" to the Hospital I had a short term contract. What I didn\'t like; My room was on the first floor and Walmart reserved rooms on the second floor. Whoever the person was above me was a very loud and quite annoying pacer who moved furniture through out the night and through my 2 week stay. I shortened my 3 month stay because of this. Very sad to say, I was totally displeased with the whole event.

Motel was convenient for us. Had a rather strong foul odor everywhere inside. Room was clean for the most part. Refrigerator was not much cooler than room temperature. Bed was comfy. We arrived fairly late and left early so was ok for the price.

TVs didn’t work and had to call to fix it. My sister I. A separate room had to call multiple times to get any response to have here TV fixed. My room had what looked liked blood on the wall. Lots of flies. The toilets are tiny. A very basic breakfast is available. The pool is nice and clean. If you need a place to go that has a fresh bed it’s an okay place to stay.

This hotel is older but the beds were comfortable. The room and overall hotel was clean. There was a safe in the room and the refrigerator worked great. The air conditioner in the room worked good. The bathroom is small but very doable. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but other patrons complained that the pre cooked sausages were cold.

The pool is nice. The rooms and hallway smelled like they had been smoked in a long time ago but it’s still lingering. The breakfast is terrible, if you could even call it breakfast... The room should have been maybe $60 not over $100 like we paid. Overall, they need a major overhaul. We will not be staying again.

Room very dated toilet ran constantly enter door you had to put full body weight to open it. Said Breakfast was still frozen had to go nuke it. Kids jumping on the ceiling all night. Shower bluntly sucked. No water pressure. Asked for receipt at check out person refused to come to the desk and print me one. Said they would email one they didnt. Someone siphoned our gas tank over night would not stay there again. No security no one at the desk.

My husband and I stay at this Super 8 when we show at Iowa Falls. The hotel is close to the arena. They have a nice breakfast and coffee mornings which is very handy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall easy to get to and handy to use.

Staff was rude. Wouldn't allow you to take breakfast outside of the dining area. And yelled at me for leaving behind a waffle stuck in waffle maker even though they didnt have any non stick spray to use.

Wonderful having breakfast available. Sausage was cold, so heated it in microwave. Would have like bacon as an option. Loved the option of waffle. Coffee was very weak.

The property was cleaned and cared for. The staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean.. they still the room daily to see if we needed anything. Close to shopping and food

Towels were a little dingy. The safety bar in the tub came off in my hand. They do not have an elevator, but the desk person carried my bag up to the 2nd floor. Which was very nice. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We were shocked and disappointed to learn that Wyndom took out the racks to hang clothes on. What the left was three small hooks - no hangers and so no real way to hang one's clothes in a straight way to avoid the hook marks. WE TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH WYNDOM AS TO WHATEVER RATIONAL THEY HAD FOR DOING THIS. We noted that the safe is on the bottom shelf of a nightstand so one practically has to get on one's hands and knees to use it. There are no drawers, just open shelves. Again, we're really sorry Wyndom made these changes as they a real inconvenience to guests.

Everything was great other than the breakfast. There was nothing but cold cereal, waffles and juice. We had to go to the gas station to get a better breakfast.
