We were very happy with the suite and loved how spacious it was. they doublechecked the room to make sure it was clean since we checked in earlier than expected. only drawback was the hot tub jets weren’t working but the tub was certainly hot and nice to relax in. the staff made up for that and we appreciated that. the breakfast was great with a wide variety. The staff recommended dinner locations snf they were amazing. i’d return back to this peaceful hotel.

The shower has little to no water pressure or even water coming out. Was also very cold. Didn’t even get warm. Sounds easily heard through ceiling and walls. Lots of constant noise.

The bed was comfortable the room was clean. The front desk staff is non existent. I waited and waited for someone to show up at check in she was just hanging out in the back and no one was around to check out.

The hot tub was down. The signs were not clear as to the pool still being open. The divider door in our room 246 fell off the tracks and did not close which was the main reason we booked that room! We opened the pull out sofa and there was trash on the mattress. There was food left in the fridge that certainly wasn’t ours. We woke up Sunday to leave for our daughters competition to find ZERO hot water in our bathroom, when I called downstairs the guy said “yeah we’ve been having a problem with the upstairs water heater I’ll go check”. We ended up leaving without a hot shower and after her competition we had to drive 9 hours back home with no morning shower which just is not something we do. We will be traveling to Iowa once a month and had planned on using this hotel but will now be seeking alternatives as this was just an incredibly disappointing stay.

I took my family out for a weekend getaway. The hotel itself was great, and so was the staff. However, none of our TV's worked in our room. After an hour and 15 min, she was able to get one to work. The thing that baffled me, was when maintenance was on the phone, they were aware of the problem prior to us being in that room. We got the suite, because we were travelling with two little kids. I then asked if there was anything else they could do, switch rooms, etc and nothing. So why pay for a suite with an extra room, when only half of it works? I then asked if we could get a compensation, and she said she could do $10.00........ I recommend this place to a lot of people, just disappointed.
