Front staff where friendly and polite. They offered help if needed. The morning breakfast is pretty simple,but you have choices. Sauage,eggs,biscuts with gravey to cold items like yogurt ,milk, hard boiled eggs. And of course make your own waffle.Our kids Fav!!! The pool was a great time to beat the heat! We spent 3-4 hours swimming.

Unfriendly check in experience. It seemed as though we were a bother. Lamp on desk didn’t work and carpet needed a thorough cleaning. Not a place we will stay again.

Check in was good, a new person was being trained on the check in and so it was a bit slow but I’m ok with that. My wife always wipes down our room and she was horrified by how dusty the room was and mentioned several times she doubts it get regularly cleaned. The room smelled of mildew and the room just felt wet. The dehumidifier in the hall way should have been the first warning. The room itself was very poorly lite and if you wanted good light during the day you had to have the curtains open. The queen mattress’s at best were doubles as they didn’t even fill out the mattress frame base, ie the mattress seemed to float in the middle of the frame, this left the corner of the frames exposed to being kicked which happened at least four times during our stay. The room didn’t seemed to be stocked appropriately, 4 of us checked in and yet we only had 3 towels for 4 people. The Kleenex box in the room was empty ( our daughter had the sniffles ) and the hotel just seemed to be out but there was a Walmart a few blocks away. The worst part of the stay was breakfast which said 6-10 but was regularly out of most items by 7:45 and never refilled. On 2 days during breakfast there wasn’t even a front desk attendant to complain too until I realized she (Vicki) was eating breakfast with a friend and completely ignoring the people complaining around her about the lack of food at 8 am those 2 days. I will never stay at the particular location and probably never again at this chain.

Nice place

This place was okay. Our room had a weird peach mildew smell. It was cleaned pretty well for the most part.
