We searched for a room on two criteria. Pool, and pet friendly. The pool was empty and it was hard to find any grass that was not covered in feces. Pet owners are not cleaning up and neither is the staff. No waste bags are provided, neither is a trash can. Previous guest left pet food on our carpet that was not vaccuumed up. Mold stains on the back of shower curtain. The new owners are trying to clean up the place but it will be a long road.

This hotel was the worst.. there was no hot tub and nothing was said. Its cemmented in and blocked.. pool was chipping and chips of paint everywhere.. the rocks around the pool chipping and hurts stepping on them.. the eggs and sausage and gravy was cold not very much fresh fruit.. orange juice and craberry juice were both watered down, the water wasent in the breakfast room very inconveinent. loud neighbors all night even though the front was told. Beds are very uncomfortable. Young adults also drinking in the pool room. This was not a pleasing stay at all and i want my money back.. this was the worst hotel my family and i ever stayed at!! :(

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we didnt like was that the hot tub was out of order and pool was very cold. My grandson lost a very expensive airpod in the couch. They called us to say they found it. We appreciate the honesty. Honesty means alot!

Only issue was being unable to get a ground floor room (due to a disability) and the hotel does not have an elevator. The stairs were very difficult for me to navigate with luggage. I forgot to make the request at the time of booking.

For the 300$ we paid for this room, it was old and dirty! There were blood spots or something on the sheets, comforter, and pillows. Very dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. I would never stay here again! Gross!

The chair in the room was absolutely filthy. Like 20 years of dirt and grime on it. Nearly every piece of linen had a stain of some kind. The bathroom ceiling was cracking. The towels were small and scratchy. There were also a bunch of staples in the bathroom wall, which was super weird. Despite that, the bed was fairly comfortable, and I did get a decent nights sleep. The breakfast was not well-stocked, and there wasn’t any fruit. At one point a staff person came and put out 4 cups of yogurt when there were 6 people in the breakfast room.

The room was nice. The bed was just very uncomfortable, i had a hard time sleeping all night. It just was not for me. The shower took about 10 minutes to warm up so had to let it run a while before i could get in. And the shower curtain had black mold all over the bottom of it. Everything else was fine.

Had to make a last minute lodging change and this was an option at 11 pm. Staff were so accommodating and nice and made our situation so much better. The AC units are a bit loud but everything else was good.

Very noisy. Could hear the neighbors showering at midnight. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were odd tasting and sausage was of a cheap quality. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the gentleman behind the front desk in the morning didn't speak to us at all on check out.

Man at check in asked me questions about my service dog requesting paperwork. He was hard to understand and rude. Also we only had one cup in our room and it was used. The towel rack kept falling off the wall. The carpet was wet by the air conditioning unit. Train your employees on service dog legalities.

The management was amazing. Very friendly and offering help to carry my bags up the stairs.. They also helped me carry my bags back down the stairs when it came time for checkout. I will be staying at this hotel every time I go.. give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

The room and grounds was great. Very dog friendly, lots of grass. However, Annie at the front desk was argumentative and made for a terrible check in experience. I noticed she argued with other guests at check in also. The family who runs this location is very unfriendly. This made it very uncomfortable being out of the room. I would not stay here again.

Booked a room many months ago with a request for a roll away bed. Confirmed the reservation the day before the arrival, again with the roll away bed notation. Arrived at the hotel to learn that the 2 roll away beds they have were both given away before we got there. As we were 3 unrelated adults of mixed genders, we had to get a 2nd room (at additional cost!) While I'm well aware the request was not guaranteed, I would have hoped my request would have been honored since it was confirmed the day before.

The gentleman that was at the front desk in the morning was kind and helpful but the evening and night staff was rude and unhelpful. The place is just very run down for the price. We stayed 11 days and the shower was never cleaned.

The woman that checked us in was extremely nice, thorough, and informative. Our room was very clean except for some mold on showerhead. Our washcloths were stained with someone else's makeup. The pool was decent. The coldest pool I have ever been in. I signed up for The Wyndham Rewards. Had directions from woman who checked us in to collect my Wyndham Card upon checkout. I called for someone at the front desk. I told him I needed my card. He told me I didn't need it. I asked why she told me to collect it. By the time he agreed to come I was upset and left. Continental breakfast was nice to have as well. Overall the hotel was pleasant. Short drive to lake and attractions.

The chair in the room was absolutely filthy. Like 20 years of dirt and grime on it. Nearly every piece of linen had a stain of some kind. The bathroom ceiling was cracking. The towels were small and scratchy. There were also a bunch of staples in the bathroom wall, which was super weird. Despite that, the bed was fairly comfortable, and I did get a decent nights sleep. The breakfast was not well-stocked, and there wasn’t any fruit. At one point a staff person came and put out 4 cups of yogurt when there were 6 people in the breakfast room.

The beds were very comfortable. Room was very hot and humid when we arrived late in the evening as the a/c was not on for our arrival. Staff seemed friendly in general with greetings but not helpful with our one request to change payment method. Breakfast may have been the worst we have ever experienced. Room was clean, water pressure was good but room needs a good thorough paint job done.

Staff were nice and the rooms were clean but the Property was really dated. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Hot breakfast had run out at 7:30am when I came down to eat. 6-9am bfast was supposed to be served.

Hot tub was out of order. Public restroom was out of order. Day staff was not very friendly. Continental breakfast was not very good, eggs were runny and not very hot. Overall, our room was clean.

This hotel was the worst.. there was no hot tub and nothing was said. Its cemmented in and blocked.. pool was chipping and chips of paint everywhere.. the rocks around the pool chipping and hurts stepping on them.. the eggs and sausage and gravy was cold not very much fresh fruit.. orange juice and craberry juice were both watered down, the water wasent in the breakfast room very inconveinent. loud neighbors all night even though the front was told. Beds are very uncomfortable. Young adults also drinking in the pool room. This was not a pleasing stay at all and i want my money back.. this was the worst hotel my family and i ever stayed at!! :(

Staffer was helpful and courteous. Room was nice and mostly clean. Vent in the bathroom sounded like my rototiller when turned on. Bathroom was clean but smelled like a locker room, very musty b.o. smell. Room heater/air cond had a very burnt smell when we turned on the heat. A/C was fine though. Breakfast was very simple but adequate. They were out of coffee on morning #2 when I stopped to eat at 8am.
