When I checked in, the internet was down, and continued to be down for the next 72 hours. Most importantly tho, when I entered my assigned room, it was already assigned and occupied by another customer. That was incredibly awkward and embarrassing as I excused myself. It took another 45 minutes for me to be assigned to my room. I would have liked for the property to have had an elevator and workout room, but I realized that when I booked it.

Our suite was very roomy and comfortable, but the cooling unit wasn't quite strong enough for the size of the room. The staff was more than helpful and pleasant. It's located near all the places I wanted to visit. My only problem was the TV was incomprehensible.

Most everything was great, but cards kept losing the ability to open the door, no matter where I kept it. They look like they could use some new ones, very worn. The air conditioner in our room needs some maintenance, sounds like it’s grinding coffee most of the time. Staff was friendly and helpful, all else was good.

We have stayed here multiple times when coming to visit a relative. It's not the Ritz but it's in good shape, rooms are clean, the price is always very reasonable and the staff have always been super pleasant. Will be back...

Housekeeping tried to come into my room on the day of checkout before checkout time, fortunately I had the chain on so she was stopped from coming completely inside my room. When I went to checkout the employees could not be bothered on their smoke/vape break so I just left the keys on the desk and left, I am sure they prefer that buy I always like to verbally checkout and get a physical receipt. Also I would suggest moving the smoking break area away from the front door, since they are not too keen on moving out of the way when you need to use the door.

The hotel room was clean the problem was the fridge in our room was broke it froze everythg the knob to control the temp was broke off so we couldnt adjust it and i didnt feel safe thier was guys always standing at both entance doors or standing inside the building it looked like they were housing immigrants and the bath tub needs replaced it was discolored and wore out looking

It's not one of those places that will knock your eyes out. But, based on having stayed there multiple times, if you want a simple check in experience, a clean functional room and a fairly decent free breakfast, it's a good choice for not very much money. Never had a bad experience

Room was very nice and clean , the apps on the tv weren’t working . So I reset the tv and updated it along with the apps such as Netflix, YouTube, tubi ect. After that everything worked fine. Breakfast was fairly decent . Wasn’t a big fan on the white country gravy but the biscuits and sausage patties were good . Staff was very friendly and helpful the whole week I stayed .Housekeeping was great at getting you what you needed and did a great job maintaining it’s cleanliness.

Room was very nice and clean , the apps on the tv weren’t working . So I reset the tv and updated it along with the apps such as Netflix, YouTube, tubi ect. After that everything worked fine. Breakfast was fairly decent . Wasn’t a big fan on the white country gravy but the biscuits and sausage patties were good . Staff was very friendly and helpful the whole week I stayed .Housekeeping was great at getting you what you needed and did a great job maintaining it’s cleanliness.

Basic room. Probably good if I need a place to crash on a road trip for a few hours. Not good for a family. Worn out mattresses, tub was dirty, smelled like smoke in my No Smoking room, and the carpet had lots of stains.

The hotel is just good enough but definitely not a place I would pick if there was other options at the time. Everything looked clean but the curtains still had a cigarette smell from decades of use.

SMELLY!! Room smelled soo musty we could hardly stand it. Room was located under the stairway. Bad design.. foot steps from people going to second floor is very load.
