Best Western Plus Caldwell Inn & Suites

We got the family suite and it was so nice and spacious.

My review is based upon disappointing housekeeping services. I was asked upon check in for my 2 night stay if I wanted housekeeping service. I said yes please. I was very disappointed to come back to the room in the evening to find no service has been performed. AND when I called down to the front desk to ask for clean towels I was informed I needed to bring down my dirties to be exchanged!!! That is extremely poor service. No, I will not stay here again and it is highly unlikely that I will consider staying at a Best Western in the future.

My husband and I stayed two nights. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. A great variety and choices. My favorite being the biscuits and gravy. Our room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy -what more could we ask?
