Super 8 by Wyndham Lewiston

The hotel was under construction and a mess. I checked in and my room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. The sink was dirty, floor was not mopped, and bed was messy. They hotel receptionist showed me several other rooms and admitted they were not cleaned to her expectations and they were having trouble hiring a good housekeeping staff. I asked about breakfast and was told I would get a bagged breakfast with an apple, granola bar, burrito and juice. I refused to stay and was told they would refund my stay, but they did not refund it to my card. Not a nice experience at all.

Where do I start.... Horrible Experience! Room was not clean; it had been used by what my wife called an "hourly convenience call." Towels were on the floor; bed had been slept on or used. The soap was open in the bathroom and hand towel on the floor. Television was not set up, the AC unit was not operating, and the smoke alarm was chirping every 15 minutes. When I went to the front desk at midnight for help.....crickets. No one around for over 30 minutes. The second room they moved us to at 3am, was not much better. Bullet holes in the windows, no TV, and the bed frame was broken. Breakfast consisted of a couple of juice boxes still in the cardboard delivery box with a frozen snack (also still in the shipping box) tossed on a counter with a microwave oven suitable for a Childs dormitory room. Definitely a 1 out of 10 experience and, I would never go back or recommend this to anyone.

Parking easy, no breakfast!

AC was hard to adjust, didn’t follow instructions. Refrigerator hummed loudly all night. At first thought was ac but still noise when I turned the ac off.
