Not friendly at all. Hampton was always good for bedding, breakfast and coffee. Just a solid comfortable place. Things now are adequate but not a notch above. Beddind ok. Breakfast mostly tasteless, powdered eggs and dry sausage. Coffee botter. One elevatorbroken.

The property looks a bit worn and is under renovation. Fitness room was closed. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness of common areas was poor. Room was alright but overpriced. As is, rooms should probably bring no more than $80/night.

Pool was filthy as well as damaged furniture and algae green mold all over the towel hamper by the pool. Property was unkept carpets in the rooms were in need of shampoo. We were unable to use pool area at all. Very disappointed

The hotel was under some sort of lobby remodel. I understand that happens, but we felt very unsafe walking around as there were no clear paths for patrons and everyone was stepping around construction debris. Both elevators were broken.

Great! The only mark-down was the ice machines were not working on the 3rd and 4th floor. Our room was on the 4th floor. Don’t know about 2nd floor ice machine—- we just went down to 1st floor to get ice.

They started a remodel in the main lobby. One elevator used by workers and guest. Breakfast area shut down. Breakfast poor. Couldnt get to pool because everything was closed off. They should have made guest aware before arrival.

I booked a 3 nights stay, with no problems. Even though I had no problem getting supplies from the front desk when housekeeping was off for the Thanksgiving Holiday, Breakfast was OK hot every morning with a Different variety. Rooms were very very clean. The smell of the hotel was very nice and it wasn’t that they just sprayed a can of air freshener here and there because, they knew you were coming. It smelled really nice and refreshing throughout the entire stay. Staff was extra nice as well. Although this was not my first time staying there I will book again.

First off, when I booked this room, I booked it with the impression the room would have a sofa sleeper in it and be a bigger size room, as that’s what I booked and picked. I booked the bigger room because when you have a medically needs complex kiddo that has therapies she has to do every night and every morning, you need the room WITH the extra room. Well, there was absolutely no sofa and the room was extremely small for three people. Upon arrival the hotel did not seem “ clean”.. but I looked beyond my anxiety as we were extremely tired from driving from Florida all day. The floors in the room were disgusting , and not only that, but I found two baby cockroach's (pictured) beside my bags that were on the mini counter later in the night. I don’t know how comfortable you are with cockroaches but I have heard it takes hundreds of dollars to get rid of the buggers in your home. I don’t need that added stress with having a medically complex and fragile kiddo. It took every ounce of my being to even crawl into that bed and during the night I kept thinking I was getting bitten by something.. not only was this hotel unsatisfactory and absolutely disgusting it was haunted!

Our bathroom was dirty but we didn’t realize that until the morning when we opened the shower curtain and there was a comb and wet washcloth in the shower. The lobby was dirty with grass clippings. The hallways were dirty as well. Overall, not impressed. We expect better from a Hampton.

I keep water in a cup with a straw. I woke with Roaches and one was on my straw. I immediately got up to get tissues to kill it so show front desk. I discreetly showed it. They apologized for the issue. I went to eat breakfast.Then went back to pack my belonging now there is another live Roach on the tub. I was really upset. Totally unexceptable.

The room was not very clean. There was a Coke left in the mini fridge and someone’s soap/wash cloth left in the shower. The air conditioner does not work well. We set it lower and it stayed the same warm temperature the entire night. The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. The walls were extremely thin. We could hear conversations being had in the room next to ours. People in the hallway sounded like they were in our room. The doors slammed very loudly unless you shut them intentionally gently. We were up from 5am on because everything was extremely loud through the thin walls.

No hot water was the biggest problem. No one would answer phone at front desk so I went downstairs to front desk. And the person’s immediate response: it’s not my fault. I understand she didn’t personally cause the problem. Basically told me there was nothing to until the manager got there the next morning. I said OK, I want to check out and leave with a refund. There’s my next problem. I can’t get a refund without you. And contacting you is no piece of cake

Everything was excellent except check-in where the desk person received a phone call during our arrival and proceeded to complete the reservation while we waited. He could easily have asked to put the caller on hold for the moment it took to give us our room keys.

The front desk clerk was stuck on a call and the line backed up. Other employees walked by and spoke to the clerk on the call but never acknowledge the 6 or 7 customers in line. The parking lot had huge pot holes that were hard to see at night. The room was nice. I was lucky I didn’t damage a tire. Staffing needs to be improved

We liked the convenience to I 20. The air conditioner was nosie. We turn our bed back and found hairs and stain. Requested clean sheets, at this time we were moved to another room. My room was assigned two additional times during my 2 night stay causing me to be locked out because room keys were issued to other guests. The hotel reported my stay as a no show & because I booked with Expedia the hotel wasn’t able to give me a receipt or proof that I was there so all I can do is hope my credit card is billed correctly because it will be at least a month before I get the bill to verify. Unsafe & unacceptable because whoever they issued keys to could’ve been in my room while I was out.

Some construction things around but not in the way. Nice room, clean, comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and area very nice. Many restaurants nearby for lunch & dinner. Right off highway.

Hotel under renovation- we were not notified. Minimal breakfast due to construction. Aging room. Shower head broken, only a small tube of water came out. Initially tub/shower not draining. At five inches of water it drained. Wall hook in bathroom was hanging out of the Sheetrock by a screw and was not useable. The room is poorly maintained.

Not friendly at all. Hampton was always good for bedding, breakfast and coffee. Just a solid comfortable place. Things now are adequate but not a notch above. Beddind ok. Breakfast mostly tasteless, powdered eggs and dry sausage. Coffee botter. One elevatorbroken.

Staff was great, the room was great. The breakfast is not good at all. The eggs are bad the link sausage not cooked right. The oatmeal is watered down. The orange juice was terrible. Need to bring the bacon back and fix the eggs.

They started a remodel in the main lobby. One elevator used by workers and guest. Breakfast area shut down. Breakfast poor. Couldnt get to pool because everything was closed off. They should have made guest aware before arrival.

Not quite meeting the Hampton Inn standard. Lobby, staff, breakfast, bathrooms can all use some improvement. No walk-in shower! Only highlight was the adjacent catfish restaurant Zac’s.

The evening staff was not very polite or informative at all, especially about the broken elevators. One of which didn't work at all and the other one had to have a secret code to open the doors on the third floor! We had no idea of that said code! Till we confronted the front desk after we experienced the panic of the doors not opening when they should and she said it's not her problem and proceed to let us know how to get it to work. The breakfast and morning staff was great and friendly.
