Quality Inn Meridian

Pool was definitely NOT as shown. No handrail for entry and pool surfacing is in terrible condition. Not safe. I would never stay there again. Even though I was in a non smoking room the smoke from other rooms and hallways was so bad I had to put a towel at bottom of door to keep out as much smoke as possible.

This place was filthy. The entire building smelled like smoke and it was foggy inside. The place was dingy. The sheets, the bed, and the quilted bed covering were all stained and had holes in some of them(cigarette burns). And I am talking big, yellow, brown stains. My bed covering was still damp. I went and got new bedding and they were stained as well but not as bad. The AC unit worked but was LOUD. The carpet in the entire building was faded and ripped in some spots. It looked as though it hadn't been re-carpeted in YEARS. The toilet seat had stains on it like mold but it wasn't mold. But it wouldn't come off. The light switch for the actual bathroom were the toilet and shower is half way worked. You had to keep hit the switch just right to get it cut on and stay on. The pillows were half the size of a pillow and had no support. They were uncomfortable. The other guests had their door propped open and were loud. They contributed to smokiness of the building. The front desk worker would spend her time outside in her blue SUV doing whatever she was doing. You would stand at the desk and wait around till someone would come and if by chance she sees you, as she has her car parked right at the front door, she will come in to assist you. The entire place needs to be updated, deep deep cleaned and sanitized, repainted, cracks here and there fixed properly, and better train their employees. Whoever owns this hotel needs to do better.

The shower was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I took pictures and showed the desk clerk when I checked out. I was told I would get some type of refund. I have not received anything

The property smelled of pee in the stair well. I almost threw up because the smelled of stale smoke was so bad. All the way from the lobby up the stairs and down the hall. NO ELEVATORS!!! Had it not been midnight we would have never stayed here.

Floors were dirty and sticky. It seemed as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in days because there was some debris. The room smelled like urine. Beds were comfy but the room really was a downer.

Overpriced and horrible rooms, the rooms are filthy, one bed had holes and stains all over the comforter stain marks on the walls, and there was stuff all over the floor. I wouldn’t even pay a penny to stay there. We checked out as soon as we checked in.

When I got up to my room, I turned down the sheets and there was a dirty, crumbled up napkin between the sheets. It was obvious housekeeping did not change the bedding. I went to the front desk clerk and told her, she changed my room and gave me an upgrade. I got the feeling from her reaction that this is not the first issue they've had with housekeeping. In the upgraded room, the floor of the shower was either dirty or stained, I couldn't tell which. I ended up laying a towel under my feet to stand on while I showered. Front desk clerk was helpful, but I won't be staying here again.

Smelled like weed. Smoke alarm was missing in room. Place was filthy. Towels were actually gray. Very run down. In one word gross!

This place is pretty bad. Smashed up car in the parking lot. Trash in hallway. Room unclean, broken furniture. Other people using drugs (can hear them through the walls) coming and going at all hours of the night, kids screaming, couples fighting at 2 AM.. generally not a good place.

The room was just ok but the staff was excellent.

I loves the bed, it was sooooooooooooooo comfortable

Horrible, just HORRIBLE, the only reason why I stayed was because it was LATE , and i thought it wouldn’t be that bad, the lobby looks decent but as soon as you get to the rooms, it was horrible, wood chipping, the bed was VERY creaky, the covers…BURNT HOLES EVERYWHERE, the bathroom door..didn’t even shut all the way, not to mention the HOT AIR CONDITIONER

I did not stay. I went and got a room at another hotel. I have never in my days of traveling seen anything like that. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. This place needs to be condemned. I looked at 3 rooms. All of them were terrible. Beds broke down. The head of the bed down with the foot up. Desk chairs peeling like a dog with the manes. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It really needs to be closed down immediately!!!

Property is getting past its prime and thought it might be better as a Quality Inn.

Had no shampoo and front desk could not provide. Apparently all rooms should have automatic dispensers but our room didnt so there werent any individual small bottles of shampoo though I did have small conditioner and lotion bottles.

It was well and very polite the room was great

Had to cancel. When I entered the room the smoke alarm was beeping. When I picked up the phone to call desk it was dead. Then when I went to front desk I was told the phones were not working.
