Quality Inn & Suites Twin Falls North

Very encouraging staff. Breakfast was generous and had a good variety of food.

Found a bed bug at the end of my one night stay. Thought I checked well before going to bed. When I woke and moved the sheets there was a bed bug. I reported to staff and their only response was that they would notify management. No apology. No attempt to improve my experience. They just handed me the bill and as I waited for more info they just said , “ that’s all I have for you “. Extremely rude and gross establishment. Would not recommend

Definitely stayed in better hotels. The only hot items for breakfast were some not so great eggs, sausage links and waffles. The rooms were good but the beds are hard and not comfortable at all and the pillows were horrible, actually had to ask for more just to stack them 😕 staff was very kind though and there is a pool and hot tub. So honestly my only complaint is the beds and pillows. It is located in a quiet and convenient location with several amenities in the area.

There was dirt all over the hallways, and stairs that never got cleaned up in the 3 days I was there. The hot tub bubbler didn’t work. The breakfasts were great! Rooms were aged but comfortable.

Breakfast was ok not my favorite. One of the biscuits was so hard couldn't break apart. Only thing that wasn't exceptional.
