I have stayed at this location many times.I stayed for 3 days,extended for three more.I asked for my room to be cleaned,tissue never got clean,got 1 tissue roll the day before.I was very dissatisfied I will never stsy again,I have told family about this.My family come from out of town,I have always recommended this one never again

Really liked this hotel. Modern, clean, spacious breakfast area and adequate offerings including hot/cold. Room was clean, updated, bed was comfortable,‘bathroom clean. No issues. Would recommend.

The bathroom was dirty and the floor was slimy. The bodywash was empty. There was nothing to explain how to get to the tv guide. WiFi didn’t work, coffee maker didn’t work properly ,and the room floor had dirt on it, like it was never vacuumed.

Overall it was a decent stay. The room was adequate, although we arrived in the middle of the night and our AC was set on 60 degrees so we were freezing upon entry to our room. I booked through Hotels.com. Not sure where things went awry, but we arrived around 3 AM having traveled all day and when I gave my name at the front desk the woman there was puzzled to find my name and reservation, but no rooms available! She apologized profusely and spent the next 20 minutes or so trying to find a solution. She finally found a room she thought would work. We went the room and tried to go in only to find it occupied. We woke up some poor guy at 3 AM. Awkward! The front desk help apologized again and finally got us into another room which was unoccupied. The front desk person also had computer issues getting us checked in and out. Breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular. One elevator was broken and the rooms weren't immaculately clean but passable. The hotel looked a little "tired" (carpets in common areas needed vacuuming etc). Overall experience was ok, but not great.
