Clean and great service. Room was little older and needed some minor repairs. Elevator wasn’t working when we checked in but was fixed quickly. Good made to order hot breakfast. TV was oddly small for what you expect now a days.

Nice place. I can see that is was a very nice place about 20 years ago. Now it is a functional hotel with conference rooms and large event hosting. I understand that it wouldbtake a very large amount of money to bring it back to its "Showtime" level, so im not complaining. The very best part is the pup on the first floor! Great service and awesome food at a level a full notch above normal pup offerings.

The main issue was the cleanliness of the shower/tub. There was a bunch of dirt and hair in it when I arrived. There were a couple of strands on the shower wall as well. I tried to rinse it down and take my shower anyway. When I ran the shower, the tub filled up and I realized the drain must be clogged which made everything back up into the tub. So I was standing in other people’s ick. I got out and washed my feet under the running water. I didn’t use it the rest of the time. I mentioned it to the desk gal during check out. She seemed surprised and said they have the highest cleanliness rating in the state. I also saw some crunched up M&Ms and a fruit snack on the floor of the room. In the main hall where the elevator was there was a lot of water damage in the ceiling and there was water dripping from the ceiling as I walked out. The beds were very soft and clean. The staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was made to order yet my sausage and potatoes were cold. The waffle was delicious! Parking lot was overcrowded due to the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. I found a spot close the first night. The second night (Friday) it was more difficult to find a place to park.

My room was actually like a suite. Good for reading in a comfortable chair, paper work at a desk, and a well designed bathroom with a shower that was easy to use. The breakfast service is outstanding. The drain in the sink closed well (most motel sink drains don't.) This is at least my third time at this location. I am very fond of it. Parking is a bit of a problem in the evening, when there is an event in the facility.

Great location, for everything I needed to do. All staff, I met was friendly and provided welcoming customer service. Breakfast a plus, made friendly. Oliver's Bar was convenient with cold drinks, good food and friendly wait staff.

Stayed at the not so Quality Inn. Had multiple issues and the maintenance necer came, they had no water and the bathrooms are awful. I never gove poor reviews but from the front desk all the way through it was a bad experience. The first desk people were nice, but today was poor. Mold in bsthroom and vents were gross....

The inside is clean, although reeks of cigarette smoke, and got noisy late night from drunk guests coming back. The staff was very nice. The outside is rundown and felt unsafe. The entrance to hotel was blocked by a group of guys smoking and swearing. The clerk did ask them to move when I pointed this out. But since the hallways reeked of smoke, it may be the norm.

NOT one of the hidden gems. Clearly a struggling property, that is under-maintained. To be fair, I’ll start with the good stuff: it had a room big enough for our family of six, with a working fridge and microwave. The made-to-order breakfast is an attempt to make up for some of the other shortcomings. The front desk tried to help with the towels, but it seems housekeeping is letting them down. The bad: - the room’s floors made your feet black, - the shower head had to be positioned just right to not fall down/off the sliding mount, - the bathroom door handle fell off (because the door gets stuck), - they didn’t exchange towels on the second day and didn’t have enough replacement washcloths at the front desk when we asked for them. - The plastic shower floor was cracked and pops up - the water pressure was too high in the shower (incredible as that might seem) - breakfast choices are slim, though again you do get scrambled eggs/omelet, but tends to be overcooked and not really as nice as what you were imagining.

The first room wasn't clean and they immediately gave me another, which was immaculate. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent. There was a soft chair in the room which was appreciated. They only had caffienated coffee in the room. When I asked for more coffee, they only gave me 3. Didn't try the coffee at breakfast.

Our first night was imperfect as the mattress had low spots including one severely low point on my wife's side. The hotel was totally full so moving wasn't an option. When we inquired about it the next day - they said they would find another room even though it was likely they would be full again. The new room's mattress was perfect and again the room was clean and orderly. Kudos to the staff for "making it right" despite the obstacles.

My family and I had a weekend stay at Quality Inn in Nov 2024. I saw the hotel rated as 2 star on some of the platforms but I believe it should be at least a 3-star now that I have stayed. For the price paid, I got more than I expected. The rooms were clean, a good size and bed comfortable Basic toiletries were provided but you will still need to bring your own if you are staying longer than overnight. The room had a fridge, percolator and microwave. Tea & coffee supplies were provided and replenished. Wi-Fi was very good TV was good size and adequate stations for watching were available Breakfast was the biggest surprise - it was included in the already economical cost of the room and choices included omelette with your choice of fillings, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, hash brown, biscuit & gravy, yogurt, fresh brewed coffee, tea, juice. Very filling and hearty potions too. You can dine in or have breakfast to go. There are a number of restaurants in the general area and the hotel also has an inhouse restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

My room was actually like a suite. Good for reading in a comfortable chair, paper work at a desk, and a well designed bathroom with a shower that was easy to use. The breakfast service is outstanding. The drain in the sink closed well (most motel sink drains don't.) This is at least my third time at this location. I am very fond of it. Parking is a bit of a problem in the evening, when there is an event in the facility.

Had a great time in Bradley. The restaurant on site is amazing! Food was so good! The bed was perfect. Rooms very quite from outside noise. Breakfast was the best we ever had. Reasonably priced and very nice!

The first room wasn't clean and they immediately gave me another, which was immaculate. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent. There was a soft chair in the room which was appreciated. They only had caffienated coffee in the room. When I asked for more coffee, they only gave me 3. Didn't try the coffee at breakfast.

Our first night was imperfect as the mattress had low spots including one severely low point on my wife's side. The hotel was totally full so moving wasn't an option. When we inquired about it the next day - they said they would find another room even though it was likely they would be full again. The new room's mattress was perfect and again the room was clean and orderly. Kudos to the staff for "making it right" despite the obstacles.

The inside is clean, although reeks of cigarette smoke, and got noisy late night from drunk guests coming back. The staff was very nice. The outside is rundown and felt unsafe. The entrance to hotel was blocked by a group of guys smoking and swearing. The clerk did ask them to move when I pointed this out. But since the hallways reeked of smoke, it may be the norm.

Upon arrival the woman running the front desk was rude to our party, the mattress in our room was stained and gross. We were offered an extra blanket to "cover it up". Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, there was no hot water for the showers

Hotel was not helpful in when our car broke down and we gave u all our money and then they then tell us we need another 100 so we slept in our van so thank you

Good location. Fantastic individually prepared breakfast omelette! Clean Large room in good condition. Large parking area. However, there was a faint smell of bad drains in many places, and when I used the shower, there was a strong odour from the drain. White plastic buckets in the halls at various points--perhaps related to the fact that they were repairing the roof?

Clean and great service. Room was little older and needed some minor repairs. Elevator wasn’t working when we checked in but was fixed quickly. Good made to order hot breakfast. TV was oddly small for what you expect now a days.

My family and I had a weekend stay at Quality Inn in Nov 2024. I saw the hotel rated as 2 star on some of the platforms but I believe it should be at least a 3-star now that I have stayed. For the price paid, I got more than I expected. The rooms were clean, a good size and bed comfortable Basic toiletries were provided but you will still need to bring your own if you are staying longer than overnight. The room had a fridge, percolator and microwave. Tea & coffee supplies were provided and replenished. Wi-Fi was very good TV was good size and adequate stations for watching were available Breakfast was the biggest surprise - it was included in the already economical cost of the room and choices included omelette with your choice of fillings, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, hash brown, biscuit & gravy, yogurt, fresh brewed coffee, tea, juice. Very filling and hearty potions too. You can dine in or have breakfast to go. There are a number of restaurants in the general area and the hotel also has an inhouse restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

NOT one of the hidden gems. Clearly a struggling property, that is under-maintained. To be fair, I’ll start with the good stuff: it had a room big enough for our family of six, with a working fridge and microwave. The made-to-order breakfast is an attempt to make up for some of the other shortcomings. The front desk tried to help with the towels, but it seems housekeeping is letting them down. The bad: - the room’s floors made your feet black, - the shower head had to be positioned just right to not fall down/off the sliding mount, - the bathroom door handle fell off (because the door gets stuck), - they didn’t exchange towels on the second day and didn’t have enough replacement washcloths at the front desk when we asked for them. - The plastic shower floor was cracked and pops up - the water pressure was too high in the shower (incredible as that might seem) - breakfast choices are slim, though again you do get scrambled eggs/omelet, but tends to be overcooked and not really as nice as what you were imagining.

Staff was friendly, at front desk and restaurant. We had to switch rooms due to tv issues, which actually put us in an upgraded room, if that was even possible in this place. Building needs to be majorly updated. Very worn out and outdated. Beds, tables, furniture were functional but in need of replacing. Don’t know if there was a pool, we weren’t offered that info at check in. The elevator was sketchy. Made me very nervous using it. Free breakfast was not that good, but glad it was offered. Overall it was Ok, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.

We stayed here 5 years in a row. We fly in from Arizona to see family and go to Chicago. Always a great experience here. Staff is great friendly and knowledgeable And the restaurant being right there is great also.

I selected this hotel because it was the second cheapest in town and I got what I paid for. The hotel had several areas that needed repairs that looked they were being neglected. The key card lock system had just been replaced but would take numerous attempts before finally opening my door or have to go downstairs to the lobby for a new card. My room had empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower and no sample sized bottles in the room but the lady at the lobby was quick to get me some. Again, got what I paid for.
