WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! We stayed here for the second time as our first experience was good. Upon checking in, they asked for a credit card even though I had already paid for the room through Hotels.com (apparently for “incidentals” even though we never incur those). After checking out, I noticed that Fairfield Inn charged my credit card $123.31. I called them three different times and explained to whoever answered the phone that the room had been prepaid and we shouldn’t have had any additional charges. Two of those times I was told the manager would have to call me back but never did. The third time I was given the manager’s number. I left a message at that number and was never called back. I then sent an email to Marriott and attached copies of all of my receipts. They passed it along to Fairfield. I received a call late at night and I could barely understand the gentleman. From what I could gather they went to a new computer system and would have to investigate further. I then got an email asking what name the reservation was under and the reservation number. I provided that information along with copies of my receipts. It’s now been over three weeks since I sent that information and no response. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Friendly front desk staff, clean room and comfortable bed. The free breakfast was a step up from other hotels. The waffles were phenomenal! They had some type of sweet crunchy stuff on the outside. The only thing that could have made breakfast better was flavored coffee creamer. Would definitely stay here again!
