Areas of improvement: cleanliness of towels in room, direct tv signal flickered and was complicated. (Reported tv to staff) Breakfast offerings were disappointing (hot proteins would be welcomed, but it’s understandable that this area is a place of waste for hotels.) The outside and inside of facility seems run down. (Rain gutters leaking) Positive: Bedsheet colors and art looked nice.

The area outside is full of shipping containers, looks like a freight terminal but less tidy. The breakfast was pathetic. Coffee tasted like the cardboard box it came in, only cereal and toast and no sugar.

Staff were not very welcoming, short answers and kind of crappy. The breakfast offerings were crap; cold cereal was the only offering. The property was in ok repair, but it would be nice if they had benches outside the entrances for smokers.

We were there for 5 days for work. Got clean towels twice. Bed made once and it never got cleaned. No microwave. Went and bought a cheap one at Walmart so I could have coffee and a hot meal. Terrible place

I checked in and was assigned a room. Upon opening the door to my room I immediately was hit with a very strong urine smell. I honestly couldn’t tell if it was human or animal. I pulled back the sheets on one of the mattresses to find it heavily stained and covered in hair. I went to the ac unit to get some air moving in the room. The more I walked on the carpet I realized my shoes were sticking to it and I was being bitten by fleas. The carpet was very soiled. The tub was rusted out and the faucet was leaking. I immediately departed the room and went back to the front desk. I told the young lady what was wrong with the room and asked for another room. She acted like I insulted her and said the only other room was being cleaned. I told her I was going to run errands and to notify me when the room was ready. The hotel was not responding to my messages later and they never reached out to notify me of the other room so I booked and stayed elsewhere. They still have yet to respond to me and they better refund my deposit and not charge me for a stay. Stay away from this “hotel” it is filthy and poorly ran. I will be reporting them to the city and the BBB.

The door to the left was open and the door to the right is closed. Our room was to the right. As soon as we opened the door to the hall leading to the rooms you were hit with the stench of smoke. We were denied a change of rooms, stating they were full. The front desk staff did not care and attempts to reach the property manager were fruitless. Ours does not seem to be an isolated case from other reviews. I can't express this enough but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!

I had high hopes that this property would be an affordable and convenient option for my weekly trips to Champaign, but unfortunately my experience was far from pleasant. While the bed itself was reasonably comfortable, the main issue was the air conditioning unit. When it was running, it blew air that smelled strongly of mold and mildew, which made the room feel unhealthy and uncomfortable. Because I checked in very late, I wasn’t in a position to request a room change, but the odor made it impossible to get any real rest. On top of that, the neighbors — who seemed to have at least two if not three rooms — were partying late into the night. Multiple pizza deliveries showed up, with drivers struggling to locate the right rooms, adding to the noise and disruption. Between the poor air quality and the lack of quiet, I finally gave up and left at 5 a.m. after a very restless night. It’s disappointing, because I was hoping this hotel could serve as a regular stop during my weekly travel. Based on this experience, however, I’ll need to look for other options in Champaign.

We are traveling with a service animal and they went against ada regulations and charged us a pet fee plus a 100$ deposit. No elevators, place smelled of drugs, mini fridge didn't work and we set the ac to 61 and it didn't cool down the room at all. Over all I'm highly disappointed and will never stay there again. For anyone that doesn't know you can't be charged for having a service animal with you and the ada doesn't require documentation however she was in vest and i stated that she is a medical alert service dog

What a disappointment!!!! After check-in we made our way to the room which was on the second floor. At the top of the stairs there are rooms to the right and left. The door to the left was open and the door to the right is closed. Our room was to the right. As soon as we opened the door to the hall leading to the rooms you were hit with the stench of smoke. The stench did not dissipate once in our room. In fact, it may have been emanating from our room. There were burn marks on the floor, blanket and sheets, plus an ashtray. We were denied a change of rooms, stating they were full. The front desk staff did not care and attempts to reach the property manager were fruitless. Ours does not seem to be an isolated case from other reviews. I can't express this enough but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!

The staff, and the rooms were very nice. The hotel is located in an area with wide varity of shopping and dining options. This is a great hotel is you have a pet. There is a huge area to walk pets and plenty of sidewalks to walk along to go to other places around the hotel. The only things that we experienced that was disappointing was the lack of hot water and wishing there was more offered for breakfast like meats, eggs, waffles... other than those two things, we hope to stay there on another trip.

Comfortable beds and basic amenities. Close to the highway for easy access on and off. Plenty of dining and shopping close. Staff was quick to follow up on a concern and made the minor fix. We have stayed before and would again.

Areas of improvement: cleanliness of towels in room, direct tv signal flickered and was complicated. (Reported tv to staff) Breakfast offerings were disappointing (hot proteins would be welcomed, but it’s understandable that this area is a place of waste for hotels.) The outside and inside of facility seems run down. (Rain gutters leaking) Positive: Bedsheet colors and art looked nice.

The area outside is full of shipping containers, looks like a freight terminal but less tidy. The breakfast was pathetic. Coffee tasted like the cardboard box it came in, only cereal and toast and no sugar.

The breakfast was bad. Even thogh there was no sign of any sort, the staff said we cant take breakfast in the room. I stayed in so many hotels and this was first where they make their rules as they go.

Plenty comfortable and quiet, which is the main thing. But don't plan on breakfast being much. Cereal was stale. Yogurts were "all gone" at 7:30. Apples were old and stale. Just not a lot there. And what was there was in pretty sad shape.

Unless you really need a cheap place to stay i wouldn't recommend this place. It smells bad and everything feels as though its been cleaned with dirty mop water. Don't think im gonna do this again.

the HVAC in the room barely worked. the motel smells like is was just renovated with paint and other chemicals leaving an overwhelming nauseating odor. The doors instead of being replaced or sanded were painted over so the door didn’t shut properly. The bedding had a horrible laundry chemical smell, and when you walk into the lobby, there’s an overwhelming Jazmine smell that smells like they’re trying to cover up the smell of curry, which was also nauseating! Then they want to try to charge me for my daughter staying with me, assumed her age and I had to snap at the guy then they want to charge me $100 deposit that wouldn’t be refunded for 3 to 5 days so I had to get someone when we were leaving at six in the morning, who didn’t want to check out the room, but I made them check out the room and say that everything was intact. I would never ever recommend anyone staying here! The whole experience was so bad that I didn’t even take my continental breakfast to go. I just checked out.
